"Warnings appear subtle, yet of profound significance, bringing cause of being
completely ignored, and this being a grave error.
Yes, for example how many see the warning in Genesis 6:14?
14 Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.
Boat builders always have pitched boats on the outside to make them watertight. Whether it is shellac or something cruder, the purpose is universally understood. But no one pitches a boat within. that would make the boat stink, it would make the walls and floor of the boat kind of gross. There is no reason to do that as far as keeping the boat watertight. But if the purpose is to preserve the boat for posterity so that the wood doesn't rot, well then, you need to pitch it within and without. God knew there would be mockers and scorners so he intentionally made the ark so that it would be preserved for posterity.
Also, why have the boat come to rest on top of the mountain. If it had come to rest in the valley it would be so much better. Noah could cannibalize the boat to build his house. Also the boat could be used as barn. But by bringing it to rest on a mountain that is too rough to live on the boat was left behind to be preserved and found later.
So be careful when you mock and ridicule God, He is omniscient, He sees you coming before you do, and He has left a witness for Himself that will put you to an open shame.
