Precious Saints,

Now this will indeed open our eyes to some of the "hidden reasons why we are sick"

NOT DISCERNING THE LORD'S BODY......1 CORINTHIANS 11:27-31 PLEASE READ IT ALL......

Wherefore whosoever shall eat this BREAD and drink this CUP of the LORD unworthily, shall be guilty of the BODY and BLOOD of the LORD..... BUT LET A MAN EXAMINE HIMSELF (internal search for sin that is not repented of, including unforgiveness) and so let him eat of that bread and drink of that cup.

FOR HE THAT EATETH AND DRINKETH UNWORTHILY,* EATETH AND DRINKETH ****ATION TO HIMSELF, NOT DISCERNING THE LORDS BODY. FOR THIS CAUSE MANY ARE WEAK AND SICKLY AMONG YOU, AND MANY SLEEP.... FOR IF WE WOULD JUDGE OURSELVES, WE SHOULD NOT BE JUDGED.....

Ok, let's take a closer look at some of this..........First of all that word UNWORTHILY WITH THE ASTERISK NEXT TO IT, DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN CHRIST.............FOR INDEED
If you have accepted JESUS CHRIST as Savior and LORD ACCORDING TO ACTS 2:38 AND YOU HAVE TRULY MEANT IT IN YOUR HEART............Then you are saved.

This word is indicating there is unrepented sin in our lives.............Maybe you are holding your husband guilty for whatever, or your wife, or your kids, your Mother.............It could be a bunch of different things.........NO MATTER WHAT IT IS, EVEN ANGER AT GOD..........YOU MUST REPENT SINCERELY FIRST, OR NOT TAKE COMMUNION........BEWARE! If you do take it you are guilty of
the SINS, that CHRIST ALREADY FORGAVE MEN FOR..........Now remember something here.....

JESUS CHRIST already died and payed the price for your sin and the one you might be holding guilt against........This will not work in COMMUNION, IT WILL CAUSE YOU TO GET SICK AND DIE EARLY...

This is what is meant when in that verse it says AND MANY SLEEP...........This is not a reference to going to bed, or falling asleep in Church........lol........It is a reference to DYING YOUNGER THAN YOU SHOULD.......

So, the next time you go to the COMMUNION service at your Church, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL ISSUES CLEAR BEFORE YOU TAKE COMMUNION..............

When you are free of unforgiveness, blatant unrepented sin, and you take COMMUNION, IT ACTUALLY REBUILDS YOUR BODY THROUGH THE MIRACLE OF HEALING YOUR TISSUES, AND ORGANS....
There is a ton more about this teaching and the physiological effects of this are not fully known yet.....
However, IT IS CLEAR THERE IN THIS SCRIPTURE WHY MANY OF US ARE SICK AND DYING OF VARIOUS DISEASES WHEN QUITE HONESTLY, WE DON'T NEED TO.........

More prosperity gospel, fear mongering gos-se, I see. This idea that if you die young or get diseases you're somehow weak in the faith is ridiculous.

I don't think that's what he meant.. I think he meant you shouldn't go to communion without really feeling you are ready for it.

the last time there was one in my church I was praying over it for a long time before I went up, because I knew my state of mind wasn't right. However,if one is not aware of it being wrong, I strongly doubt God will make you ill for doing it...

I thought that at first too, but then he said this:

hmmm, oh well, different people have different opinions.

The last one would make more sense in a different setting: We are ill because we pray without believeing we will be healed?

Well, that's certainly true about anything. Without belief, ANY prayer will fall flat.

Just go before HIM on this, we indeed are responsible for" keeping short accounts with GOD" Why would JESUS SAY IN THE GOSPELS THAT IF WE DO NOT FORGIVE OTHERS OF THEIR SINS, GOD WOULD NOT FORGIVE OUR SINS, if it were not so........

70 X 7 = 490 TIMES A DAY...............THIS NOT ONLY COVERS THE NORMAL TIME IN A DAY.........24 HOURS, (8 X 3) BUT ADDS AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES TO GET IT RIGHT BEFORE BED......LOL. BE ANGRY AND SIN NOT.....LET NOT THE SUN GO DOWN ON YOUR WRATH......EPHESIANS 4 : 26

I agree completely with this, friend. It's the idea that:

1) Communion physically heals you
2) People who get diseases are weak in the faith
3) People who die "too young" are weak in the faith

that I disagree with.

I KNOW God can heal, but He won't always... so you can't say I'm (or the one I pray for) is guaranteed to be healed only because I believe and go to communion

Sorry Everybody,

I DID A CALCULATION ERROR ON THAT 490 TIMES EXAMPLE.............It's supposed to be this way.......There are 3 parts to our 24 hour day, 8 for work,ministry,etc... 8 for time with our families.......and 8 for sleep........well the LORD Commands us to forgive 490 times...........

So, in each 8 hour segment of the day, there are 8 periods of 60 miinutes each........60 x 8 = 480 minutes.......In other words we are to keep short accounts with everyone before GOD............Remember, HE has already forgiven us of ALL of our sins, so we must go and do likewise......So if someone hurts you daily, you are to keep them in constant forgiveness up to 490 times a day..............

Good on ya! Frustrates me too. So many people are turned from G-d or put in spiritual bondage because of this false theology, thinking that everything that goes wrong in their lives is because they don't have enough faith.

If JESUS said in the Gospels, UNLESS YOU EAT MY FLESH AND DRINK MY BLOOD YOU HAVE NO LIFE IN YOU......Was this a reference to Communion?

2) Is this "weak" you are referring to HAVING TO DO WITH FAITH.........?

3) People dying too young is a direct effect of taking Communion UNWORTHILY, NOT a reference to their faith.

Let me know your thoughts on this.......

Ah but we are absolutely to partake in communion!!!! this is communion with God, not bowing down to a waffer. Dont get me wrong... I still love ya loveschild!

I do think many people partake of communion and take it way to lightly...like its just another ritual , go to church ,sing a few songs , o yeah take communion, i believe we do need to beware that the act of partaking of communion which should be very sacred doesnt become just another religious duty.
