Babylon is NOT Jerusalem. Jesus was physically crucified in Jerusalem but that's not what the text says. Read it again please:

Spiritually Sodom and Egypt.

So then, which city is it that is spiritually called Sodom and Egypt if it is not the city that the scriptures say that it is?

Your argument appears to be that the statement made by the the scriptures is not true because it is "spiritually" called something. So do you consider all things spiritual a lie?

No one here claimed that Sodom and Egypt are the same as Babylon. Neither does the scriptures say this. What the scriptures say is that both are "great" cities. This adjective does not make them the same city. The New Jerusalem is also a "great" city, yet it is neither of the fore mentioned cities.

Scriptures say that there shall be those that are blinded to the truth; not that God hides the truth within lies to be discovered.

It is written throughout Psalms as well as many parts of the old testament. People utter it all the time not even knowing what it is.

It is mount that the City of David was upon, it is the mount that God told Solomon to build the temple of God upon telling the people that it belonged to him (God) and to keep it holy. It is all throughout the scriptures plainly to see; Mount Zion.

"Pale" is an incorrect translation. The Greek word CHLOROS found in Rev 6:8 is interpreted "Pale" by the translators of the KJV. Everywhere else the word Chloros is found it is correctly translated GREEN. This is because when translating, you are to use common sense and GREEN horse did not make sense to the translators so they used a secondary meaning PALE instead. However, GREEN is the primary translation for CHLOROS and once you understand that the 4th Horse is GREEN and represents ISLAM, then using GREEN makes sense as GREEN is the color of ISLAM.

I agree, Muhammad is NOT the False Prophet of Rev 13. However, Muhammad is the Last Prophet of Islam and he is a False Prophet. Islam, Judaism and Christianity are all waiting for the same entity, the CHRIST. The Jews are waiting for the first appearance of the Messiah while the Muslims and Christians await the Second Return of Messiah. Since this False "Christ" comes before the real Christ, so much of the world will be deceived.

Currently, Islam is waiting on the 12th Imam, the Mahdi, who is considered the messiah of Islam. He is considered to be Allah in the flesh. Islam states that he will be made known when Israel is overthrown. They plan on placing him on the throne of the Dome of the Rock which currently sits on the temple mount. The temple mount is God's whether they like it or not, the temple belongs to the landlord (God). When he is placed on the throne, he will claim to be god (Allah). He will eventually call out to all Muslims hidden throughout the world to rise up and destroy all of those that will not convert (bringing death as the pale horse and persecuting and martyring the saints as it is written).

The descriptions of him (the Mahdi) in the Qu'Ran are an exact reflection of the man of perdition (Antichrist).

I implore you to study this and look into it as it appears you were already on the path to discovering this.

As far as Babylon being NYC, it is certainly something to take into great consideration. Especially since Babylon falls AFTER Jerusalem. Islam has declared that they will first destroy Israel, then the United States.

It has been a practice of Islam to place a mosque in the most sacred places of conquest. Thus the Dome of the Rock sits upon the temple mount. It is of no surprise that they are trying to build a mosque at ground zero.

Pale is not a color. However, pale was in fact used to describe green in the time that John wrote Revelation. So, what he is saying is true.

Furthermore, this explains why God uses an earthquake to destroy the temple. It is NOT after God's design as was given to Solomon and is therefore an "abomination".

Lastly, Jesus gave a sign to those to know of his arrival just like was done for his birth.

John 2:19 Jesus answered and said unto them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”

We understand that Jesus meant his body, but he also meant literally. Again, scripture is true in all regards. So then...

Three days after the earthquake that destroys the Dome of the Rock, Jesus arrives with the new city of Jerusalem with the temple in its midst. This is how the 144,000 will know when to gather at the mount for the day of the Lord.

Just more things to consider and seek the Lord on.

I've seen and read many commentaries about the RCC. For a long time I thought the AC would be a Pope and Francis is definitely moving away from many long held Catholic doctrines and being more open towards gays, etc. But I agree that Rome is not the 8th King. There is no evidence of Rome, the RCC or Italy making any kind of come back. I will check out a bit of the video in a little while...

I'm not sure where you live but I assume you are in that part of the world where there is a great deal of Islamic influence? Be careful my friend. Right now the radical movement is relatively small but ISIS or ISIL is growing fast and I truly believe they are the start of the entire Islamic world going fanatical against Christians and Jews.

You probably don't own the Interlinear Bible or Strong's Concordance so let me show you the original Greek. The original translators of the King James Bible from the 1600s did not have our events and prospective to help them so they make an occasional mistake. I will show you the proof. The original translation used PALE GREEN, as you will see from the first image, but the original Greek word is 5515 CHLOROS which is used correctly as just GREEN in other places in Revelation as you will see.

There is another important fact from the above translation lesson.

The original translation used the term "WILD BEASTS", not just BEASTS as the KJV says now. BEAST is a kingdom as we are told in DAN 7:

[SUP]23 [/SUP]Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

So it is a "WILD" kingdom, not a wild animal. We have all seen images of the wild Islamic fanatics in IRAN, IRAQ, SYRIA and elsewhere burning flags, shooting in the air, and waving signs of hatred and promised death to Jews and Americans.

What other religion promises to KILL and BEHEAD those who disagree with them? I've been a Christian a long time and NEVER have I heard any preacher teach that we Christians are to kill those who don't convert. We are not the judge, GOD is. What other religion BEHEADS?? From Rev 20:

[SUP]4 [/SUP]And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

ISLAM beheads. We are only at the beginning of the 4th seal being opened. It is going to get a lot worse.
