Seems you don't know what this mean because you are not raised in your specific group to be able to do it? You are kept a Baby. For the sake of the honor of your "boss" and his money?

I have to Edify you. And what Jesus is to me will never Edify you. You can not ask your mom what your dad is to her. And expect that to help you with your lack of motivation to study. Or whatever problem you experience as a child. You are growing now in what He is to you. Which should be much more than what He has been to you before we ventured into this situation. But if you perceive anything wrong in my Food I am giving you, which is Jesus, then you should point it out.

You seem to be disregarding God's teaching that only some are called to be pastors, teachers and elders, but we are all called to maturity in Christ.
You seem to like speaking from your mind in carnality. Without asking your Dad to give you the Word to speak to "Edify".

Someone mentioned this already. That the Gifts are "grown into". After using them and getting experienced. As you should have been a "Teacher" by now. But you are being lied to by your "boss". Keeping you away from it. Because that Baby Brother of yours wants all the honor and the money just for himself.

You actually missed this. Which was already mentioned. Seems you are actually here "just for strife"? Not interested in growing up in the Life of your Dad. There is so much to still enter into. Don't allow for the evil spirit of your particular "boss" in your group of strife keep you from it.

But of course it is your choice. Love can not be forced. If you want that spirit. Dad will supply you with it.

Going by the various posts you have made, you seem to think that if anyone disagrees with or challenges you, you automatically think that person is a "baby". Is that what you think?
I am not into thinking. That is carnality. Human existence by the intellect. i am Spiritual and Living Spiritual. I am "Feeling" the spirit of that person and waiting on God to give my answer in Spirit/Feeling too.

If someone wants to Edify me i will "Feel" it. If someone Feels from God to rebuke me there will be the Sharpness of the Sword of God in my Soul. That needs to be "feared".

1 Tim. 5
20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.

But evil challenges will be "Laughed" at. God can not be "challenged".

I am not scared of the humans ways to find something to "belittle me". That is why Scripture say that "the Spiritual Judges everything and himself is not able to be judged of man."

1 Cor. 2

14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Rather then finding ways of "strife" seek Growth. There is so much still waiting for you.

i would say He holds death in derision when we find it present in our flesh. the context of the opening stanzas of Psalm 2 is an antichrist type; sin that dwells in our flesh is crucified to us and to Him. He's redeeming us, confirming us to His likeness - like a potter removing excess clay and shaping us with His hands, dipped in water, casting it into a water barrel to dissolve and be reformed.
remember Paul talking to the Corinthians told them to "
be unleavened, as (they) really are" -- the leaven that's removed isn't "us" it's the alien thing dwelling in us, alien to us because we are become a new creation, just as the dross removed from the silver is no part of the finished vessel.


so God is not holding His children in derision. i think that view is antithetical to the gospel. He holds the vanity of Satan/antichrist in derision; the sin at work in the old man, which He condemned in the flesh. if we truly 'know no one anymore after the flesh' then we should not be contemptuous, but gentle, towards 'the weaker brother' and we should not blaspheme God's faithfulness to complete the work He began.

Sure. God never fights against His Children. Just against the evil in them. When they use it to attack Him. Then they will experience His "rod".

1 Cor. 4
18 Now some are puffed up, as though I would not come to you.
19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power.
20 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
21 What will ye? shall I come unto you with a rod, or in love, and in the spirit of meekness?

For their own sake. Because He Loves them.

When a father loves his child he does not take away his bicycle. But give him a car in its place. Same with God. He brings the Greater Existence of His Family in its place. Where group life is exchanged for Family Life of God. It is like going from an "orphanage" into a real loving family. God never intended for His Children to be in an "orphanage". They created it for themselves. And suffering the consequences of their own creation.

The Gospel of Jesus is not about "yes and no" but it is the Word of God. Spirit and Life. To give Birth to God's Children and to raise them in their Live as a Child of God. Growing up in the Live of its Father.


1 Peter 1
23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

If you don't get that "desire" for God's Milk you will stay a Baby in your particular group of strife.

This is not a "simple question". This is the heart of our Relationships. Who and what Jesus is only known more as you grow up. As your Spiritual age increase so does your Revelation on Jesus and his Father. The Babies of course do not know much about Him nor His Father. So it is not really about satisfying your curiosity. Nor about finding something to "judge" me on. This is the Babies Existence in their evil spirit of strife. Fighting one another. It should be to you about Loving God more and entering into more of what God has for you as His Son in The Word that is Jesus.
it is a very simple question and most who know Jesus have no problem with doing. in personal relationship with him we come to find out just how much we do not know about him. Yet we have come to know him as Savior and Lord. As we grow in the Grace and knowledge of him we learn his healing, and his calling to the position of the five fold ministries, which is a call to serving others.

Impatience is carnality. And is revealed. It shows your attitude is not wanting to grow up. Not from the Holy Spirit. But another spirit. This of course is Baby Existence. Caused by the groups of our day.

Your "bosses" in your groups making slaves out of you are "nothing". It is about God that gives growth and said there is "no divisions". While you adhere to the group you are under and evil spirit of strife. Keeping you in your Baby Existence. And your "carnality" shows.

When we become Adults in The Word we enter that Ability of God.

1 Cor. 6

2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
5 I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?

When we are born of God we have His Life in us. In which we grow up to enter the Life of the King of kings and the Lord of lords.

Mat. 19
28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Just make use of God's Real Gifts and you will get there too.

Eph. 4

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Here you go people. Classic example of a self-proclaimed prophet. Please everyone pay attention. This person speaks down to everyone yet, thinks God is directing him to do so.IF you do not agree with him, it is because you are immature and lacking the Holy Spirit. To suggest one has entered the ability of God? That God would give to this one person outside of His word the word of God to only him wow BINGO!

Really ? I asked my dad what is mom to her and he told me. Jesus came to reveal the Fathers will and Jesus said if you see me you have seen the Father.

WE have pointed out what the issue is with "your food" and it is not Jesus it is you. You think you have meat while lambasting the milk.

We are not to forsake the milk of the word we are to build on it so we learn to receive the meat of the word NOT Force it down peoples throats. IF you were used by the Holy Spirit then we would be edified and saying amen to you. Yet you came from the opening of this thread from an allegorical position all most a type of gnosticism.

As so as one questioned your point You attacked them by saying they did not understand because they were immature, which is the main point you have made. Those who disagree with you, did you make point to from the word of God to edify? No, you used scripture to justify your error then, try to make all who would not agree as to being immature or against God because they would not hear you.

I have pointed out very clearly to you, your ability and lack thereof to properly bring forth what you believe God gave to you for others in the following biblical way.

  1. every message given by God is to the person for most who received
  2. after much prayer and self examination formulate by the Holy Spirit the message to give out
  3. never forget the message was about you foremost before it was to "them"
  4. finally the message should do four things: edify, comfort, exhort, and confirm the word of God
I have done what you have asked of me, when you said "then you should point it out."

Take it or leave it either way that will be between you and God.

Interesting how the [Thread Op] see's most believers in Christ, as Babes still nursing on milk. Then for those participating in this thread, it's been a reality of insults and misinterpretation of Scripture while trying to reason with the thread Op. Ultimately, JohanA believes he has [Discernment] to be on any platform [in person, online, virtual] and can see where Believers, maybe going on 40+ years of living in Christ, are no more advanced in their walk in God than the first day Christ entered their lives and Saved them. And evidently, this thread is doing just that.

That leaves some interesting unresolved issues.

First of all, does JohanA have [Discernment]? Does that Discernment reveal [lack of growth] in other Believers? And does JohanA explain and instruct back in a manner that resembles the [Love of God]? Is JohanA [Called] by God and fulfilling the {WILL} of God by the "purpose" of this Thread?

It would seem, the real Gift of Discernment is the [Theme] of this Thread. Since it takes the true Gift of Discernment to see what it is we're witnessing here!

esus didn't bring a doctrine. He just was "Himself". He just Lived his Life. Humans make doctrines because they live intellectually. And their is no Life in the intellect of dead Adam.

And yet you want us to take onboard your doctrine (teaching)..irony?
