If one should not turn to mediums (Leviticus 19:31) and Satan can masquerade as angels (2 Corinthians 11:14-15) then how does one draw the distinction between people who see or hear angels or other spirits? Wouldn't that change some stories from the bible being that any angel or spirit could be Satan? Let's say someone experienced seeing something like that, how would they tell if what they're seeing is holy or unholy?
Even when Christ was here he resisted all attempts to widen his authority, as it is written, by worshipping angels as false mediators.

People today who say they see or hear angels or other spirit . In regard to that kind of will worship , if the Son of man resisted worshipping an angel who brought lying thoughts in the fleshly mind of Jesus, showing Jesus all the kingdom of the world and all the glory of them without moving one inch. Therefore Jesus did not see by the faith that alone comes from hearing the will of our Holy Father in heaven . He refused to puff up his fleshly mind.
Colossians 2:18Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
