Be gracious , don’t hold grudges but be forgiving always , be helpful , don’t let lust dwell in your mind , don’t be greedy but be generous to the poor , don’t judge others condemn others or deem them in acceptable in your mind and heart.
be like the Good Samaritan if you see someone in need go out of your way to help them don’t be like the levites and pass by and look the other way. Just do what’s right , don’t go around no TV ring or harming people , don’t gossip about people , don’t partake of rumors and idleness.
feed the hungry , clothe the naked , befriend the lonely , honor the elderly and weak ect ect
the Holy Ghost of someone was in perfect tune with it would be living every aspect of the gospel to perfection and wouldn’t be battling with sin left behind in Jesus tomb
as for sin we have confession and repentance humility

don’t take revenge when insulted or wronged , turn the other cheek , do good to your enemy bless those who curse you , forgive the undeserving accept the weak in faith , go the extra mile when someone needs you be willing to put yourself in the back burner when you need to
the things Jesus taught are what we are to follow after I’ve never met someone actually living that perfectly I take it as a high calling and always just beyond our reach goal to Keep us actually being fruitful in our own life and always growing and producing a bit better life that actually does this which is where one would be perfect
