That's all well and good brother, but it is not Scriptural evidence that Luke was the official scribe for Paul......just saying....
Colossians 4:14 Our dear friend Luke, the doctor, and Demas send greetings.

2 Timothy 4:11 Only Luke is with me. Get Mark and bring him with you, because he is helpful to me in my ministry.

Philemon 1:24 And so do Mark, Aristarchus, Demas and Luke, my fellow workers.

Great, now show me the scripture where Paul said: I, Paul, a special vessel chosen by God to preach the Gospel to the Gentiles, am not educated enough to put pen to paper and write to you, so I have employed Luke to be my official scribe..........

THEN YOU GOT SOMETHING

FOOD FOR THOUGHT:

EXCERPT FROM ARTICLE

The Apostle Paul's Strengths:
Paul had a brilliant mind, a commanding knowledge of philosophy and religion, and could debate with the most educated scholars of his day. At the same time, his clear, understandable explanation of the gospel made his letters to early churches the foundation of Christian theology. Tradition portrays Paul as a physically small man, but he endured enormous physical hardships on his missionary journeys. His perseverance in the face of danger and persecution has inspired countless missionaries since.

Great, now show me the scripture where Paul said: I, Paul, a special vessel chosen by God to preach the Gospel to the Gentiles, am not educated enough to put pen to paper and write to you, so I have employed Luke to be my official scribe..........

THEN YOU GOT SOMETHING
1 Corinthians 3:5 What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task.

Galatians 2:7 On the contrary, they recognized that I had been entrusted with the task of preaching the gospel to the uncircumcised, just as Peter had been to the circumcised.

Writing or taking dictations and putting on paper was a skilled that hardly no one has the knowledge of in those days; but right now everybody in the world know how to work an computer and know how to play a video games. Jesus have had multiple of tasks that He had perform because an olive tree was use for a multiple of purposes, and which the oil were use lighting the lamps to guide people that were in the dark, for healing wounds, for food and comfort.

Luke 4:20 Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down. The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him.

Luke 4:14) And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.
15 .) And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.
16 .) And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
17 .) And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,
18 .) The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19 .) To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
20 .) And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
21 .) And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

This is JESUS CHRIST...........not the Apostle Paul..........goodness........oh me...........and while your assertion may well be true of some, or even most of the original 12, there is no evidence that it would apply to Paul. Paul was well educated, and I have given evidence of such.........so........anyway........

Still, you have not given the scripture that clearly states Luke was Paul's official scribe.........

Who said that I was referring to Paul; I was showing that a son of a carpenter was able to read the scrolls and which the scribes or the Pharisees that were rehearsed from a scribes in what it had said in the scriptures. Didn't you noticed that Jesus got upset with the Pharisees and the teachers of the laws for being hypocrites? He didn't got mad at the people for not opening their little scroll on their scroll shelves and reading them. Why do you think that they have two different understanding about what Jesus has said on the cross. Most likely the Pharisees had told the people (and which none of them didn't knew ancient Hebrew language) that Jesus was saying that God has forsaken me for claiming that He was the son, and which He was really saying that Luke the scribe translated saying I'm coming into your arms like the story of Lazarus.

Matthew 23:13 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people’s faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.

There is teachers and there are listeners that absorbs information by listening; and that doesn't mean that they know how to read and write.

Insight as a means to develop understanding features strongly in a range of Eastern and Western philosophies as well as the arts and sciences. Developing insight for example is a main component to developing Buddhism which is often called vipassana.

Essentially, insight is the best way to learn more about a subject, about life and if we are specialized, to end stress and understand the mind and body dynamic as a whole, rather than bits of our emotions, thoughts and reactions.
