Mikey the cretin, who must hate his own shadow, rides again, now the "Army of one" translates to the "Army of homo" one must suppose. Makes you proud to be an American!

In the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s decision to redefine marriage in all 50 states, the Pentagon is now being urged to “cleanse itself” of chaplains who refuse to support same-sex marriage.

Activist Mikey Weinstein, president of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, is demanding the U.S. military conduct a purge of chaplains who holds to the traditional teaching of homosexuality and marriage espoused by the first commander in chief, George Washington.

Weinstein claims chaplains who are “maintaining the state of antagonism between their religion and the sexual/gender identities of service members” have no business serving in the military.

Pentagon urged to boot chaplains who oppose ‘gay’ marriage

But the leaders and the people of this nation have generally been moral by the standard of Christ's sacrifice, imputed righteousness, and spiritual/moral leadership through the Holy Spirit.
I'm sorry... but what? Anyone passed an elementary level of history will know how corrupt our presidents have been. No one expects perfection out of any one person or leader, but there is an exponential difference between "not being perfect" and allowing the Japanese to attack us, creating the Federal Reserve, assassinations, etc... Those are some of the milder things they have done too (I don't want to get too graphic).

Actually, it used to be illegal in every state of the union and even every colony before they became states. Kind of why The Supremes created a new law. They skipped the Constitution all together to make this "law." (They also have no rights to make laws, but do it anyway. And the President of the United States has all rights to simply veto a SCOTUS ruling, which is long overdue to happen again.)
Very true, but I meant "it was always legal" before the ruling. I didn't mean it's always been legal in history. Sorry for the miscommunication on my part.

Nevertheless, the court "interprets" law, they don't legislate it. It's a distinction without a difference. It's part of our 3 part government system (for better or worse). They didn't do anything unconstitutional, they just did what they are suppose to do (interpret law), even if we adamantly and vehemently disagree/oppose it.

Heard a pretty good saying from Adrian Rogers today, it goes something like this..."God's wrath is slamming against the walls of His mercy"

...and it won't be long for those walls be lowered.

Loving v. Virginia did the same exact thing people are complaining about in the gay marriage ruling. They went above the state's head (as states constitutionally had the right to set their own marriage licensing standards) by "creating a law" (interpreting law) and invalidating any anti-interracial marital laws. We can't condone one action by a court when we agree with it and condemn it when we don't agree with it. A bit hypocritical, no?

Perhaps it's a mercy Adrian is with the Lord now, that he didn't live to see this. But we know what he'd be preaching, if he were still with us!

oh what a patient God we have, willing that none be lost. As long as their is hope for people to come to him, he will continue to be patient,

But like you. I agree, it will not be much longer. we are in the last days, the people show it, the signs of the age show it, everything shows it..

we need not judge now as a body, we need to teach the good news of Jesus.

If God is going to judge our land and people, judgment must first start at the house of God. My personal conviction about any judgment will be according to (James 2:13) and not because of sin running rampant. Those who worship the creature more than the Creator will be given over to their lust and that will be their retribution from God. Some will become sick and sleep and other will continue in their sin. However, the judgment that God may bring upon the house of God will be upon those who do not know his mercy and have never showed mercy. These are the those who live in a righteousness that is not from God and do not know his finished work nor have they seen his goodness. Some will sleep because they have not turned from their sin and others will fall away because they have not continued in his work. The unbelievers will be subject to circumstances where they have no control and no remedy from any source. They will be subject to fear because all that they trusted in fundamentally and otherwise will be shaken from them. In the same measure that one judges another, they shall be judged by that same measure.

How interesting the tie-in...

2 Peter 3:5-7 (KJV)
5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

As believers we can't blame anyone or any group for the state of our nation. It is the believers responsibility to grow in His grace and knowledge. And if God has a pivot of positive believers, who are functioning in Gods plan for their lives..........God protects that Free Nation because He has a pivot of positive believers there.

We have very few believers who are positive to God and growing in His grace and knowledge. This is why we are seeing what we are seeing in the USA.

Nations may go through 5 cycles of discipline. Each cycle is to bring the believers back into the pivot of the nation. ANd it is not "activism" or "Christian causes" that is the answer. It is occupation with Christ and going forward in His grace and knowledge.

Hosea 4 is the reason for the 5 cycles of discipline for Gods client nation.

Hosea 4:1 (NASB95)
1 Listen to the word of the Lord, O sons of Israel,
For the Lord has a case against the inhabitants of the land,
Because there is no faithfulness or kindness(Grace)
Or knowledge of God in the land

Hosea 4:4 (NASB95)
4 Yet let no one find fault(Activism/Evil), and let none offer reproof;
For your people are like those who contend with the priest.(Gifted teachers/No one will heed sound doctrine.)

The way to cure our nation is to witness Christ to unbelievers(Grace.) and for us(Believers) to grow in His Grace and knowledge......study and grow spiritually. He protects a nation that has a pivot of positive believers.

.... we do not improve our society by allowing sexual perverts to impose their perversions on the rest of us in the name of civil rights.
"Perversions" ?
"impose" ?
No law has been passed making homosexuality compulsory ..... even if that were a 'perversion'.

Society might well be improved if "the rest of us" respected the civil rights of minorities who strive only for equality under the law.

While I respect your opinion, this is clearly just your opinion. There is no evidence to suggest this however. Especially considering one could make a legitimate case that the US is just as wicked as it was during the birth of our nation. We can't ignore context.
I think its evident the blessing of the Lord has been on this nation above all others...if you know the bible, you know the blessing comes because of those righteous men and women that serve and honor Christ.
There has never been a more moral nation than this nation, even with all its problems and failures. This has made our nation great, but now we are becoming as the other godless nations of the world and even worse because we have had so much given to us by God.

Yes its a sexual perversion and as a society we now have to recognized this sexual perversion as a civil right, protected by the force of law. Don't you understand how the system works?

Sexual perversion is not a minority race and its sad that folks would even mix the moral and honorable defense of the equality of races, with this sick and perverse lifestyle.

By simple definition, a conspiracy is "a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful." If people want to think the holocaust was only a conspiracy, that's okay, I would rather not debate them either. It would be fruitless. We can discern which conspiracy theories are just assumptions and which are actually plausible based off of actual facts. I'm not sure which "conspiracy theory" you think lacks legitimate facts that I've mentioned.
