FAQ: Are Passovers observed away from Jerusalem acceptable?

A: They are unacceptable. (Deut 16:5-6)

Passover is a pilgrimage type of feast. If Jews are out of country and can't
make it to Israel on time, they have to wait and do theirs one month later
than usual (Num 9:5-11). Everyone who partakes of a Seder this coming
March 27, 2021 will be doing so illegally should they do so while here at
home.

In addition, the lamb has to be roasted with fire and eaten entirely intact. It
must not be butchered (Ex 12:9). Modern Seders consist of dismembered
lambs. Everyone who partakes of a lamb in that condition will be doing so
illegally.

The rules governing Passover are specific (Num 9:12). Failure to comply
with them merits execration. (Num 9:13 and Deut 27:26)

If your statement that it is unacceptable to celebrate Passover away from Jerusalem, then it also would be unacceptable for Christ to celebrate Passover in an upper room.

We are to obey in the spirit of the commands, not obey legalistically. The spirit of the command to celebrate Christ on an appointed day with joy and feasting is the spirit of the command, not physically going to Jerusalem.

We are to obey . . .
Christ's followers are not required to comply with the covenant that Moses'
people agreed upon with God on oath per Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and
Deuteronomy.

Jerusalem, then it also would be unacceptable for Christ to celebrate
Passover in an upper room.
The upper room was in a home located in the city of Jerusalem in the
country of Israel; in compliance with Deut 16:5-7.

The followers of Jesus-Yeshua should obey God according to His teaching. His teaching on what and how to obey are totally different from what most here know.

My only hope is that all learn of Him.

A covenant is a promise. God made a promise on Sinai with mankind for we find that God welcomed any human who wanted to join Israel in worshipping Him to be welcomed. You are saying that God cannot be trusted to keep His promises. If this is true we cannot rely on anything God or Christ tells us for their promises can be cancelled.

I think you are wrong about God being a promise breaker.
