Marijuana is legal for public licensed scales and private consumption in Washington State. I do know a lot of the street lingo and lived in central Seattle for five years very close to at least three pot bars, within walking distance and close to other businesses I already patronized, including the Walgreens, the grocery stores, and bookshops. I understand it. If you had George Orwell's 1984 assigned in High School, think back on that. The cannabis culture is just made of linguistic double meanings, and the effectual results are obvious.

In states where it is legal it's the same as alcohol being legal. People drive and smoke.

Sometimes I walk by people so loaded with that smell that it could cause a contact high.

They drive and smoke. You can smell it at red lights when sitting right beside their car.

Inevitable this would happen.

i have experienced a couple of false accusations on forums, slanders and malicious gossip its not nice. People get these strange ideas in their heads or misread your posts and then start personally attacking you for no reason but the way to deal with it is just report them then ignore them.

Dont do the same back, dont get revenge, they dont really KNOW what they are talking about and just blasting hot air, maybe they actually got nothing better to do, they are bored housewives or unemployed or whatever.

I think in the realm of social media, and forums (being public and social) netiquette seems to fall by the way side, but even in real life that happens, Ive seen teachers do it to their children in schools in front of the class, single someone out, look for someone to blame and its often they just dont know how to deal with life.

People talk about "'constructive criticism' but actually most criticism is actually destructive. If someone wants their errors pointed out all the time they will ask for help but thats actually not the way to learn things. People tend to point out everything thats wrong in someone else but never point out the things that go right. Plus they have motes in their own eyes while they do this!

As christians we are to be encouragers not discouragers and critics. Satan is always the accuser of the brethren and thats his modus operandi. Satan is not going to approve of ANYTHING a christian does anyway. As Christians we are to please the Lord with whom we have a personal realationship with. Nobody else can have a relationship with God on behalf of someone else, so they dont really have a right to judge you on what you do for Him.

If your civil and conform to a few basic Christian doctrines, you have nothing to be concerned about.
a seems like this message belongs in there somewhere to create some urgency to repent and change our ways

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:10-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

notice how that’s in all Paul’s letters ? The same principle of accountability mean ? It’s because that’s an appropriate part of the gospel message

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6:7-9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It’s not to condemn us for what’s behind but to teach us to press onto what’s before us in the right thinking about our own deeds and accountability if we know we are doing something wrong we should feel concerned enough to make it important to change

For instance if we have issues in n these areas we need to let these words o to pit thinking so we’ll take it seriously and repent

“But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5:3-7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:19-21‬ ‭KJV

those things are warnings to believers in Christ. They are there to correct our thinking when we aren’t taking our own actions seriously in fenders repentance to accomplish salvation

we should be concerned if we’re not living like we know we should be living that will lead us to where we need to be but if we say “ I don’t need to change and do better “ we’re not letting the gospel work in us to this point to change us actually

“Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputings:”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2:12-

He’s working in us by faith , changing our Will and our actions if we let him but we have to take it seriously when we know we’re sinning or know there’s things we need to be doing better and there always is

again this is meant to stir us up to good works and not condemn us for our failings and short comings

“This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.”
‭‭Titus‬ ‭3:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

when we talk about repentance and good works it is to this end

“Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) and let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10:23-24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Not a cause for initial salvation but it’s what we who do believe now are meant to start learning and doing what we do to represent Christ in earth

Provoking one another to good works does not mean stoning each other I would think

When the woman caught in adultery was about to be stoned, Jesus stopped the men (who had also sinned) from stoning her and just told her 'Go and sin no more'

If you want someone to do GOOD, you provide them with the opportunity, or as Jesus did, gave the woman an 'out'. its like this,,,if you want prositutes to stop what they are doing for a living, you need to provide them with some alternative employment, because that may be the only thing they know how to do to put bread on the table.

Actually it was the Pharisees who gave this woman the out. Had they brought both adulterer and adulteress together and presented them to Christ, the Law would have applied: And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. (Leviticus 20:10)

When Christ was on earth, the Law of Moses was in full effect in Israel. But the Pharisees were failing to apply it lawfully in many ways.

Can't agree with you on this one. Jesus actively went about changing things and ushering in the new and better way of mercy and grace... and He was very vocal about what He was doing and why He could and should.

Jesus was STRICTLY under the Law. Any changes would have reflected the proper understanding of the Law. But where the Law applied, He complied. Do you recall Him sending Peter to go and fish out the temple tax? What did He tell Peter?

Jesus was STRICTLY under the Law.
Jesus was strictly over and above the OT Law. He taught His disciples to make peace and not buck the system unnecessarily, but Jesus was the fulfillment of the Law and that changed some things.

Kindly pay close attention: But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. (Gal 4:4,5)

Why was Christ "made under the Law"? Because it was necessary that He obey the Law perfectly, and then fulfil the Law perfectly. He was the only Man who could do so, since He is also God. Thus Christ became the Sinless Substitute for all of humanity as well as the Lamb of God who took away the sin of the world.

If you want someone to do GOOD, you provide them with the opportunity, or as Jesus did, gave the woman an 'out'. .

This is a perfect example of how the human intellect cannot grasp the real understanding of what the real message is here -----with the Adulteress and Jesus -----it wasn't about the stoning of the woman and Jesus giving her an out -----that is just your human mind using the Scripture to suit what point your trying to get across -----which is to help someone do good ------

How can you say the prostitute did anything good after Jesus released her ??????

Jesus said there is no one that is good ------all Jesus said was go and Sin no more ------the scripture leaves it at that -----we have no idea if the woman stop her sinning or not -----

f you want prositutes to stop what they are doing for a living, you need to provide them with some alternative employment, because that may be the only thing they know how to do to put bread on the table.
your whole Statement here is futile -----as your saying here ----If You Want Prostitutes to Stop get them a job =-- If you want ----is ego speaking ------

I say -----you can't stop a person from doing anything they don't want to stop doing ------you don't have the power to do that --so this is a poor example of trying to get someone to do good ----in my view

If you want someone to do Good --you lead by example and you do good yourself -----and you can't do good and give God the Glory without God In You ------and then it is not YOU doing the Good it comes by way of your Love for God and obeying His Will which is to do good to others ----so that He is Glorified not You -----

He was not the fulfillment of the law until he had been sacrificed. That is why He said from the cross 'IT IS FINISHED' and then gave up His life.

Yes, I see your point. He was the perfect servant when on Earth, fulfilling all requirements for perfection. I see what you are saying now.

There seems to be a common pattern of people stoning each other consistently.

Im just wondering are these individuals private messaging each and saying you stone me and I'll stone you, and then we will get a debate going.

I want to subscribe to threads but im not sure if there's a silent moderator at work or perhaps it's a wannabe moderator.

This type of behaviour also seems to be common from moderators.

The silent moderator.

There seems to be some silent moderators here,

Could you speak up and Mr silent moderator Lol lol lol lol lol. 😊
Seriously, you claim to be a prophet of Christ. But your Postings showing nothing about the love Jesus shares. Instead you are critize the moderators and make them bad, because they dont function according your will.
Your words reveal who you are.

You can make a person a smile you can make a person feel good or laugh,

But whether not a person is happy is deeply and totally out of my control.

The free time I have to spend with Christians should be that they nourish me and inspire me and feed my flame.

But when I look at my last 5 text messages I wonder are those people feeding my flames or dousing my fire.

Are these message throwing logs on my fire or are they pissing all over it.

Two words mean spirit.

frustrating I know brother, but I wouldn't use this place as a reference for how true Christians behave in the real world.
Many marriages are successful many are not in the real world.
But in the marriages that are successful the husband ministers to her bride in the same Jesus s ministers to his bride us the church.
And a husband is called to display the same duties as a minister caring and honouring the bride.
There is hope in this.
It's how most people live there life.

Everyone's duties and calling and personal relationship has different circumstances or a different relationship with God,

For a lot of people it's about living a quiet life and minding there own business, which you can be called to do so, this is written in the bible.

But obviously where in a place where cultures upbringings faiths beliefs and personalities clash.

All you can do is state your faith and leave at that.

What you say today may not have an immediate effect but it could further down the line.

A message you deliver to day could be useful in a future event for someone ☺️ so keep your chin up bro. Keep smiling keep walking and keep your dreadlocks curled and keep eating your crusts.

I'm just so happy I got my garden finished today
