Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6. Jesus didn't teach Old Covenant- He taught how to enter the narrow path back to Him- He died for our sins and lived as our example to follow 1 John 2:6 He is the Way- there is no other door.

Paul was a servant of Christ and never taught another gospel than what Christ taught. Jesus commissioned the apostles to observe everything He commanded. Mat 28:18-20 Paul never taught anything different, which is why we have a warning on Paul’s teachings 2 Peter 3:16
That's correct. The law was always supposed to point people to Christ. Fallen man's utter inability to keep the law was supposed to cause Him to fall on His face before God and cry out for mercy. But Israel was under the old covenant and God was dealing with them as a nation. And individually, and corporately, they failed miserably to keep the covenant. So God had no choice but to pour out His wrath upon them
The new covenant isn't between God and men. The new covenant is between God the Father and God the Son. That's why it is an everlasting covenant that cannot fail. So new covenant saints are not under the law, but are kept by the grace and mercy of God. The only thing required to take part in this covenant is belief. If one believes, they are placed in Christ. And as He will never fail, those in Him will never die. Easy peasy.

This is also changing the subject...

2 Timothy 3:16-17, "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." So even though Paul originally wrote this about the Hebrew Bible (the Old Testament), most people consider it to apply to the entire Bible.
I didn't change the subject. I merely responded to someone else who did.

So many people misunderstand the New Covenant. It was established on better promises Heb 8:6, nothing that says new or better laws, it still has God’s law written in the hearts Heb 8:10 and still a sin to break Rom 7:7 breaking one we break them all James 2:10-12. Jesus is that better promise. His law is perfect for converting the soul Psa 19:7 as He is perfect and could not make an imperfect law that He personally wrote and spoke Exo 32:16 Exo 31:18 and is in His heavenly Temple Rev 11:19 as we will be judged by His perfect law James 2:10-12. We are the ones who are imperfect.

Sad when people teach we shouldn’t follow the teachings of Jesus after everything He has done for us. No wonder why so many people are confused.
Anyone would be confused by your jumping all over the Bible -- excerpts from seven "books" from both testaments -- to explain the New Covenant.

Scripture says otherwise which is what I follow.

Heb 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be M

Heb 10:16 “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,”

I am not sure how we can have faith in Jesus, but not have faith in His teachings or live by His every Word Mat 4:4.

Scripture says Jesus is the example we are to follow, . 1 John 2:6 Heb 4:15 1 Peter 2:21-22 but if one prefers to follow the creation instead of the Creator, we have free will.

I'm happy to go through any verse with you one by one to show how they connect. Most don't even look them up, otherwise they would see how they connect. The more we read and search the scriptures, the more we see how it is all God's Word, divinyl written all connected, no contradictions, just misunderstandings..

Sad when people teach we shouldn’t follow the teachings of Jesus after everything He has done for us. No wonder why so many people are confused.
  1. Direct Statements About Personal Opinions: Paul occasionally indicates that certain statements are his opinions rather than direct commands from God. For instance, in 1 Corinthians 7:25, Paul explicitly mentions that he is expressing his own thoughts regarding singleness and marriage
  2. Cultural Context: Paul's letters reflect the culture and situations of the communities to whom he wrote, leading some readers to interpret his teachings as culturally bound rather than universally applicable
  3. Genre Differences: Paul's letters are epistles, which are occasion-specific and address immediate concerns. They are not designed to present comprehensive theological systems, leading some to argue that they cannot serve as the sole basis for understanding complex topics like salvation
  4. Modest Language: Paul uses humble language in some instances, which can be interpreted as indicating that his teachings are open to debate or interpretation. However, this approach is consistent with his desire to avoid appearing arrogant to congregations prone to pride
  5. Challenges to Pauline Authorship: While the majority of scholars accept Paul as the author of most of the letters attributed to him, some skeptics challenge the authenticity of certain texts, arguing that later scribes added material to the original works
Despite these challenges, the vast majority of Christians recognize Paul's writings as divinely inspired and authoritative for the church. Many scholars note that Paul's use of the term "my opinion" does not diminish the value of his teachings, especially when viewed in the broader context of his apostolic role and the guidance provided by the Holy Spirit.

Sad when people want to stay in the gospels but not follow "MY gospel of Paul"
J.
Gal 1:6-9 -- there is only one Gospel
Gal 3:8 "THE Gospel was preached to Abraham"
Heb 4:2 "THE Gospel was preached to us just as it was to them also"

Read the post and what they say, and that only. But there is much here that needs to be addressed, but it's dinnertime.

Red-letter Bibles are the product of the publisher. The emphasis does not appear in the source texts.
yes I know, it just makes the lord's words stand out, I do not know why they chose red?
