but to say No, to that, is Grieving the Holy Spirit.
God cannot use you.
so, you will never be bearing fruit.
why keep you then, when God says He cuts those kinds of branches off?

He cuts the dead parts off and burns them so the living can bear fruit.

i did not say you could.
i said you can separate yourself from God to the point he cuts you off.

how about go for next few months doing nothing but Grieving the Spirit and see what happens.

He cuts dead parts off me and has been doing it for 40 years.

I know exactly what it means

A branch however, that has never produced fruit.. Well I would ask you why. did God fail?

Paul also said this.

2 Cor 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

How many believe they are sealed but may not be.

i can speak yiddish some farsi, aramaic, and short hand Hebrew.
the strength of a rhino compared to God who created the Universe.
don't see the connection.

we are only the Branches.
what does Jesus do to DEAD Branches that are connected to Him?

Exactly. Not everyone that believes they are saved and sealed(Holy Spirit) will have the Holy Spirit. Perhaps they will be sealed in the future. Or maybe they will never be sealed.
