Its so simple to me. The Holy Spirit fully resides in Christ. The deity of the Father is fully in Christ. He is the holy and only begotten Son of God. There is no difference in the essence of Christ. No trinitarian church I have ever been to in fifty years has ever demanded you must title Christ the one true God to be saved. That is nearly always to be found on the internet.

I really wish someone could rationalise this. Many on here say because the Father is fully in Christ we term Christ the one true God. If I say the Father is fully in Christ via the Spirit but I term Christ the son of God, biblically, where the title of Christ is concerned I am on very safe ground indeed. However, what the bible demands and what head theologists demand is two different things.

I'm sorry, I'm not getting into a discussion swapping scripture verses. Jesus said the Father is the only true God, no one is ever going to make me change my mind, I stand on the words of Jesus, regardless if I get banned from any website for doing so

Nothing in these verses you have used say, state, or hint that Jesus is not the way of Salvation TO the Father.


Jesus is the truth, or He is not. Jesus said in verse 17 that you failed to see or read.


Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.

Jesus Said No One goes to The Father But by HIM.

God the Father said

5 He was still speaking when behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.”


You are trying to diminish the Lord Jesus Christ as you think if you God straight to the Father, He will hear you because you think that Jesus saying, "HE is greater than I" ? Jesus is greater than you.

And God the Father only hears HIM, NOT you. So think you can bypass the lord? Foolishness.


That is some kind of arrogance and JW SDA mumbo jumbo

Reusing the same ploy again and again is not helpful, since you ignore many other things Jesus said and
what is written again and again by many of the other Scripture writers. Do you have a problem with them?

If you do not or will not acknowledge the Lord Jesus Christ, the Father doesn't hear you. If the Father doesn't see the Blood applied to you, you are none of his.

it don't mean a Thing if ain't got the King.

I'm sorry, but how many times can I say this. You and I completely agree as to the essence of Christ. Im afraid its nonsensical, in the circumstances for anyone to say you cannot then inherit eternal life if you title Christ the Son of God. You may as well throw out the entire bible if the name son of God is not enough to believe in to get to Heaven

I think you believe that God is ONE and deals with humanity in 3 specific distinct ways that are extensions of the One God.

I think you see God as Triune in how He Works.

You just don't call it a trinity.

and no need tom because trinity, is not a biblical term.
