So you blame me for your own words
that you post to me? I don't think God will accept it.

I do not have anything to do with you doing what is right or wrong.
If I had any control over you...you certainly would not be the way you are now.

Oops. Did I give the wrong scripture?
No Col 2' he took what was Handwriting r requirements which was against us, contrary to us and nailed them to the cross.

the handwritten requirement was the law, cursed is everyone who does not obey every word, that means the law s contrary to us and against us and places us all under a curse.

Looks like we are on the same page for the most part. At lest for 17. 18 however tells us Until all be fulfilled. Being as it is worded a bit different, I take that to mean as I pointed out in Luke. I hope that makes some kind of sense.
As for you slip I didn't even notice, so hay tells you how much that made a difference .
yes, it looks like the "till all is fulfilled" from verse 18 is where we read it differently.

I think all being already fulfilled dovetails nicely with

Galatians 5, For all the law is
fulfilled
in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

The truth behind the Laws of Jesus Christ

The truth is the law.

The laws of truth.

Break not the laws of truth and it will make you free
from the bondage and snare of evil spirits.

There is a great reward to them who walk in the laws of truth.
you broke at least one, that means you failed, and are doomed.

once you break one law, that law is useless to you, all it can do is condemn you more every time you sin,

think about it, each time you have ever sinned in your life, you owe God your life (the death penalty)

now how how can the law, which condemns you, make you free?

I think you ask me to many stupid questions trying to trap me in my own words..
if your words were truth no one could trap you in them, if you think someoncould trap you, its most likely because there is a flaw in your words or thinking

Who told you that I thought someone could trap me in my own words?

WOW! Read through 200 some posts! Even Jesus himself, said that the "Sabbath was MADE for man (by God)!! God did not create man, to "place man UNDER the law, NOR sabbath, for that matter. But, was rather, actually an "conditional" agreement, God made with Himself, TO, or FOR His children, that He wanted for to be HIS "people", and HE would be THEIR GOD! But? invarably, or more correctly, INEVITABLY, EVERY thing, man touches, or thinks he has "liberty" to "play" with? BECOMES corrupted! To the point, where "doing good in ones own eyes" is better (and as in most cases, easier, and oft times only for the "privileged few"), then following God's Word!

There are "hints" of a "previous" earth age, or sometimes referred to as "AN" Everlasting. As "FROM everlasting, TO everlasting". Another hint..."the "earth" BECAME void, and darkness, and WITHOUT FORM on the face of the deep. Many Christian believers hold fast to the COMING OF, the next Earth/Heaven age, and the (how can I say), a "mini-age", when the devil is released again to "try mens souls", which leads into the Great White Throne Judgement! Yet?...Have no clue, nor does it seem interest in, to the age, OR AGES that have transpired PRIOR to this Heaven/Earth age we currently reside in! Why? tis easier, I reckon! Yet, the hints are included in that which we call the Holy Bible! Admittedly, however, in one's seeking out this/these "instances" (if you will...lol), it will cause one to "expand one's horizons", as far as what is the "canonized" Bible. As well, as questioning the wisdom of the men (or women...lol), who rejected those parts!

Sir you can't have it both ways You can't say the earth became void and without firm because that is to at that there was at least one time that the earth has form and also became formless

and sunxwbyou are more inteeesred in not the physical structure of the earth but the inhabitants of it, tell us when there was a time prior to the first creation account that GOD created and completely destroyed mankind so that it BECAME dark, void and formless

Firther...where the SPIRIT of GOD is there is LIGHT

Not darkness

I'll try this again:

Naybor Bear

Sir you can't have it both ways
You can't say the earth became void and without form because that is to say that there was at least one time that the earth was not void and was with form and then became void and formless

and since we are more interested in not the physical structure of the earth but the inhabitants of it, tell us when there was a time prior to the first creation account that GOD created and completely destroyed mankind so that it BECAME dark, void and formless

Further...where the SPIRIT of GOD is there is LIGHT

Not darkness

That is also to say, according to you, that there were more than one beginning for mankind

JPS Tanakh 1917:

Genesis 1:1-2

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2Now the earth was unformed and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the spirit of God hovered over the face of the waters.

I'm asking for it now, but how do you explain v.2 of Genesis 1?

2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
the 'deep' refers to the water I think? yet the Spirit of God was hovering over it (the waters)

I think people need to be careful about supposing what God and cannot do or whether or not the Holy Spirit can be in darkness

did not God create both? if you refer to 'darkness' only as a 'spiritual' darkness, then how do we explain v.2 ?

can you supply scripture that attests to what you say regarding that where the Spirit of God is there is ONLY light?

please try to think about this. arguing is the last thing on my mind.

ps...we do know that there is no 'darkness' in God at all, but I think that means spiritual darkness?

thinking out loud here so please don't blast me anyone

5 This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. I John 1:5

The same way It made Jesus free.
To lose your life is to save your life.
oh boy

Jesus was born free, and he was free as long as he obeyed the law Which he did completely.

He lost his life on the cross.. I lost mine when I decided I could not earn my way back to God, I needed saved by God.

When did you give your up?
