The reason why I promote "my threads" has nothing to do with the fact that I have authored them;
And everything to do with the fact that I believe that people will be edified or saved through the reading of them.
I am not going to stop bumping them up just because you don't like it; for I consider you to be an enemy.
As much as I love you, I love the people who can be saved and edified through what I have written even more.
It is for their sake that I will continue to bump up pertinent threads.
It makes my work easier in that I don't have to repeat myself in newer threads; because newer people can go to the older threads and receive the truth that I have spoken in them.
While, of course, I will also repeat myself in newer threads also; because it is written,
Luk 8:11, Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
2Co 9:6, But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
Ecc 11:6, In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.
And everything to do with the fact that I believe that people will be edified or saved through the reading of them.

Nope, it is the abject truth.
I don't think of my contributions as "more" edifying than those of others...
However, I do know that they are edifying period...
And anyone else is welcome to bump up their threads; no one is stopping them from doing that.
Of course I want a reward in heaven for the things that I contribute to the body of Christ; which also have the capacity to bring salvation to those who read them.
Since I know this about my posts, I promote them in order that people might be saved and edified through what I have written.
Jesus will reward me on that day for the people who have been saved and sanctified through my posts;
And therefore you are not going to stop me from seeking that reward by placing some of my threads on the forefront so that more people can be saved and edified through them.
If someone else is also producing saving and edifying posts or threads, they can bump up their threads so that people can be saved and edified through what they have written.
You do not have any truth to contribute to me. You rarely quote or reference holy scripture but your contributions consist mainly of "x's" on posts that show forth the truth of holy scripture.
Therefore it is my opinion of you that you are simply one who is resistant of the truth.
2Ti 3:6, For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
2Ti 3:7, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
2Ti 3:8, Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
2Ti 3:9, But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.
Now, there is nothing in the truth that I don't like.
So, if you will tell the truth for once, you can be certain that I will love what you are saying.
So, speak the truth for once and watch me praise you for it.
I don't think you have referenced or quoted one scripture in all the time that I have been conversing with you.
