Six hours of lectures are a burden you cannot bear?
Tragic.

Fortunately, I have heard all of those lectures. Several times over in fact.
Consequently, this phenomenon has become manifest....

Jhn 8:31
Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.
Jhn 8:32
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

Free of the vast ignorance so prevalent in the Church today.
Free of doubt. Free of error.

Thank You Lord!
Time for what?

Not, when I am already studying from a pastor-teacher (who to me is far superior for my needs) who taught us daily from the Hebrew and Greek texts, which included excellent history lessons on university level. ( he was invited by the student body to teach a seminar at MIT).

And, most likely? ... the one you recommended was at some time influenced by my pastor-teacher.
For, pastors from all over the country would order his lessons for their own personal study.

If you want to learn something to diminish your own ignorance?
Go for it!

There will be no money asked for if you wish to order lessons.

Whatever you might think......your take on Adam is horrendously wrong. Nightmarishly.

God HONORED Adam for his actions. And Adam REJOICED at Eves confession.

As an aside - the root of the Greek word for "twinkling" translates to "Casting", referring to when Peter walked on water as long as He looked at Jesus.
Which word in the following text (your reference) might you be referring to?

Matt14 -

25And in the fourth watch of the night, He went to them, walking on the sea. 26And the disciples having seen Him walking on the sea, were troubled saying, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out in fear.

27But immediately Jesus spoke to them saying, “Take courage! It is I. Fear not.”

28And Peter answering said to Him, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You upon the waters.”

29And He said, “Come.”

And Peter having descended from the boat, walked upon the water and came to Jesus. 30And seeing the charging wind, he was afraid, and having begun to sink, he cried out saying, “Lord, save me!”

31And immediately Jesus having stretched out the hand, took hold of him and says to him, “O Little faith, why did you waver?”

I'm curious to know which word (in the above text) is the related word you are talking about (in the Greek).

____________

As I understand it, the phrase "in the twinkling of an eye" refers to a very specific point in time, when one day turns into the next (like, in our modern day, we would use the expression, "at the STROKE of midnight" or "when the clock STRIKES twelve midnight" for example)...

...that is, (according to their time references) "when the sun is eight-degrees below the horizon, at SUNDOWN" (when one day turns into the next).

It is a reference to the moment just prior to [just prior to the START of] "the Day of the Lord" (earthly-located time-period of JUDGMENTS unfolding upon the earth [the 7 Trib yrs] followed by BLESSINGS [the MK age]--ALL of that is "the Day of the Lord"--a very lengthy time-period with MUCH transpiring within it!

It STARTS OUT with the "IN THE NIGHT / DARK / DARKNESS" aspect [i.e. 7-yr Trib])

I am not inclined to type out 6 or 7 hours worth of lectures (made by the finest living expositor) on a mere message board.

Open the links and download to your phone.......and emancipate yourself from the thrall of stygian heresy.

Your view has Adam a TYPE OF SATAN! Get a grip man.

Strewth! If cursing the ground you walk on and getting kicked out of your home is being honoured? Now I have to listen to those links you put forward to see how such a thing can be arrived at.

Maybe something you are failing to appreciate, is when people simply quote or point to the words of others, it tells us nothing of your own understanding. For all we know, you may have completely misunderstood the teaching. One needs to use links etc as a backup to what they are saying, not as a replacement. :)

No, he definitely DID NOT believe that.
On the contrary, Adam sweat great drops of blood in the garden agonizing over his deliberate (NOT DECEIVED per 1 Tim 2:14) FREE WILL choice to be SEPARATED (aka ***die***) from his God in a calculated gambit to SAVE his bride the Woman.

Which of course is why Adam is a type of Christ.

Get the picture?
Adam ate only after he saw that Eve did not change visibly.
She did not die physically.
For, the spiritual death she had could not be seen, nor detected.

Adam wanted very much to become like the Lord who taught them daily in the Garden.
The Hebrew indicates that when Adam ate? He did so vigorously.... He munched it down!
Why? He wanted to become like the Lord.

“You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman.
“For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will
be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
Genesis 3:4-5
