It certainly is not love.
1 Corinthians 13
4Charity
suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
5
Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
Your "love" fizzles when a woman changes her hair-doo. Rather fickle....

I forgot to add.....a couple of years later I was at a coffee shop near my home and Linda and her friends walked in.
I noticed she had changed her hair style.....I don't know why, but it really changed her looks. I was NOT attracted to her at all. We did talk for awhile. After she had left, I sat there and thought....Thank GOD I did not connect with her.
I don't know what I saw in her before.
Apparently, you were turned on by her hair-doo.
I love you John, but you really need to examine your motives. Love is not some self-serving thing that is only interested in sexual fantasies and hair-doo.
