all i asked was do you wait patiently for the day of redemption,, is that such a hard question ?.

I wait patiently for that day do you ?

and im not trying to work your salvation out im asking you if you hope for that glorious day..
Jimbo, I hope you don't mind me calling you Jimbo, I have a good friend called Jimbo.

Can I just ask you cause I'm confused by you.

Why patiently waiting and the reason for it? What is it that you are patiently waiting for?
Are you saying that you hope when Jesus calls time that you are saved?

To me you say "Is that such a hard question? And to me it is because you haven't expanded your thoughts pertaining to the question.

You may have in a previous post and I haven seen it. If you have then in a nutshell for me please.

cause patience is a virtue.. it stop you from taking things for granted. like automaticaly thinking people are bad when actualy you just saw them at there worst...

Are you saying that you hope when Jesus calls time that you are saved?.
yes. that would mean i have been comfirmed..

Now i know im saved if i keep the faith.

Ive read this scripture and i know it applies to those who have been justified amen but this only speaks of the first justification.. the second justification is at the end..this clearly states nothing about the final justification on the last day it just says we shall be saved,, meaning the person who spoke this scripture into existence believed like you and me that he shall be saved ,,,,, why,,,,,,,,,,,because !!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE KNEW HE WAS SAVED AND HE WOULD KEEP HIS FAITH TO THE END.........

now that said none of theese scriptures mentions the day of redemption.. just we shall be saved... which is ok in my book to believe that...

BUT I STRESS THIS SHOULD NOT STOP YOU HOPING FOR SALVATION...

oh and well done billy for again reminding that we should hope,, by the way your mate dc disregaurds JAMES because he favors paul..ps think on mate... kindly.
What is the second justification and mean to you? Do you believe we are saved by the first justification or second?
Whats the difference between redemption and salvation?

FYI I can't see that I have reminded you that we should hope based on the verses I quoted.

The verses from Romans say "Having now been justified by faith we shall be saved from wrath through him"

To me the word Having and Shall negate to hope.

To hope in something is to think along the lines of

to want something to happen or to be true, and usually have a good reason to think that it might happen (CED)

If I walked in that hope and believe me I have, then it's like a ship on a stormy sea. The ship is tossed around, it may sink it may not. Will I survive or not?

All that does Is install fear and not confidence. It seems to me that you are not fully confident when Jesus calls time and you stand before him you have no idea what is going to happen.

If my assumptions are wrong then please let me know my friend.

Think on about this theres several diffrent scriptures stating saved or salvation or justification.. all eternal life... there are those scriptures that state what we must do for etenal life and there are those scriptures that state we will have it if we do..there are aslso those scriptures that truly believe we will recieve salvation like romas that states we shall recieve salvation..

Theese are diffrent sences and meanings of saved and salvation which mustnt stop you from hoping for redemption adopted into his kingdom..

if you deny this hope you deny the word of God.. not i dont want you to right now and not that im saying you wont be a full chicken if you dont right now..

But what i am asking is will you think about this and pray for it..

To be honest mate you interpret one way I the other.

You ask me to think about it and pray for it.

I have done that, spent many many hours looking at both sides. And I am sure you have.

You say I deny the word of God and I say you do and I don't think we say it to each other in a condescending way.
You have asked me to think about it and pray for it and I the same to you.

We are not enemies and I would say I don't want to be your enemy.

You love Jesus, I love Jesus. You want others to walk in Christ and so do I. We love our brothers and want the best for them in Christ.

We have that in common.

Peter and Paul had a fallout. Peter said

2 Peter 3:16
as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.

Lets just make sure we don't go in a way that leads people down the road to their own destruction.

That destruction is not placing their faith in Jesus.

Just so you know I won't got at you but am willing to discuss with you.

Afterall you are my brother in Christ and I yours.

You KNOW....adding to the word = Satanic

New American Standard Bible
And take THE HELMET OF SALVATION, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

King James Bible
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
This where Grace needs to be applied. I could argue you are adding to scripture
and taking away much of it.

What is clear is evil behaviour needs to be resolved in Christ and not buried.
If we can agree on this amen. If not there cannot be peace.

God is love and in Him there is no darkness. So we must walk in the light
as he is in the light or we have no part of Him.

SOOO, you're taking it for granted that you are saved? You should KNOW that without a doubt..If you have confessed Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then you are saved. If you have believed on him and have faith in him, then you are saved.. :) People misplace their faith all the time. That doesn't mean they aren't saved anymore. Salvation is a one-time deal. So stop taking your salvation for granted. :) Start BELIEVING that you are saved, and that your "bread" will remain "buttered".

Not hardly pal....I don't post a verse and ADD WORDS to the verse to support a doctrine.....you really take the cake...just don't even engage me if you cannot be honest....many here are sick of your rigmarole......

Walking In the light has more to do with your honesty about who you are as a fallen man in need of a savior than it is about your personal holiness that you think will get you thru the gate.

How did he add to the "word"?

The verse he gave is from Thessalonians.
He has been arguing non stop for days about his view of HOPE and rejecting ALL who show him the biblical HOPE....and has even rejected the Ephesians version on numerous occasions....so...regardless...your stepping into the middle of a ongoing conversation fraught with the rejection of the word hope itself and what it actually means in the N.T.

keep in mind that mr. jens does not use the Biblical definition of sin, that being to miss the mark, falling short of a standard, knowing to do good and not doing so. his definition changes, depending on the day, but he does not use those standards.
