While those verses in isolation may suggest a simple form of communal ownership of goods (which is not "communism", by the way!), Peter's question to Ananias in Acts 5:4 refutes that idea. Private ownership of goods was still practiced and affirmed. Paul refutes it further when he asks Timothy to bring him his scrolls (2 Tim 4:13).
The early Christians shared and gave generously of their belongings. They did not hold them in common ownership. There is a massive difference.
