US taxes to support Israel

Why do so many Christians want US taxes to support a Jewish homeland in Israel? Galatians 3:28 says “There is neither Jew nor Gentile,... for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” If we are all one in Christ, why use US taxes to create a homeland just for Jews?

There are lots of Christian and Jewish neighbors we love that we don't give 3 Billion US tax dollars to every year. Sounds like everyone is opposed to US foreign aid to Arab countries, no surprise there. I would still like to understand why so many Christian support foreign aid to Israel. I am reading that Israel gets more US foreign aid than any other country, over THREE BILLION DOLLARS in 2012 alone! The article I am reading says the main reason is US Christian voters who feel the funding is needed for dispensationalism. I don’t understand why dispensationalism would create this US funding need, can anyone explain it to me?

Greed and fear. They think they get Abrahams blessing and that blessing Isreal is blessing Abraham.
Even tho Christ brought us that Blessing....but who reads Galations anyway?

Why should we give Egypt 1 Billion a year as we currently do. Why do we give the oil rich Saudis foreign aid. Money does not buy you love. Our GOV can't understand that. We have cities going bankrupt right here at home yet we give billions to countries that use that money to try and kill us. We are very smart people, right. What has Israel done to us? They certainly haven't tried kill us or dealt deceitfully as all the other countries we give to. So why the uproar against Israel. It must be a spiritual thing as far as I can figure. Our GOV rejects anything that resembles GOD.

I think we established early on that no one was in favor of U.S. foreign aid to Arab countries. The only question I have is "Given we all agree there should be no U.S. foreign aid to Arab countries, should we get rid of U.S. foreign aid to Israel as well?"

DId you not read my post which pointed out that the "Aid" sent to Israel goes mostly on weapons research and development, in turn most of this money is promptly handed over to US based and owned companies.

I'm only funny until the money fails. Now according to the system, it is squatting when according to the heart, it is giving a house away to one who needs it. But I ask you, Zone. Who made the system we live by? Surely if we made it, we can make a better one.

you don't know anything about who God said are his people.

The issue ISN'T about who God's people are or are not. The issue is God pointing out
the Jews, the tribes, the nation and saying, "You bless them and I will bless you.
You curse them and I will curse you." It is still valid. You can argue who you "think" is
God's people....all day long. But how you treat Jews is another subject. Even if you think
the Jews have no more place in history and that the church took their place, God didn't
put an expiration date on His promise concerning blessing/cursing, the Jews. Its still
valid. He specifically pointed them out. And God will carry through with it.
