I see you have made your profile unavailable today. I don't blame you. Yesterday you had 84 posts and over 42 negative responses from members! More than half! A true indictment to just how divisive you have been in being here a scant week.

So the REAL question is, why are YOU allowed on a Christian site?
Did he leave willfully, or was he shown the door? Lol

I find it troubling that a staff member of this site gave a thumbs up to this post.
I think if you, look she made a negative comment after that post. It could have been an error. And she meant to give another sign, but accidentally hit like.

I'm not sure what the point of this thread is, but I sure turned miasmal in a short time.
I make it a rule to assume the best of a Christian brother or sister until they prove their true nature. I think this is a good practice not because the person but because the spirit of Christ in them. We are all human and fallible as thusly capable of being caught up in our flesh, but if you are indeed Christian a kindly correction should remedy the error.
Remember, above all things love one another.
So let us refrain from making the claim that a person is not a Christian unless they espouse heresy and refuse many corrections. Also let us not be so quick to see someone banned.

I think the user himself can make his profile unavailable. But you may be right. It may be unavailable because he was banned.
I would agree, when a person makes their profile hidden the wording is different than "user profile no longer available"

"… you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether (slaves) of sin leading to (eternal) death,
or (slaves) of obedience leading to righteousness … so now present your members as slaves
of righteousness for holiness. For when you were slaves of sin … the end of those things is
(eternal) death. … For the wages of sin is (eternal) death …" (Romans 6:16-23)

"For those who LIVE according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh,
but those who LIVE according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally-
minded is (eternal) death, but to be spiritually-minded is (eternal) life and peace.”
(Romans 8:5-6)

• "For IF you live according to the flesh you will die (eternal death);
but IF by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live (eternal life).”
(Romans 8:13)

• “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows,
that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption
(eternal death), but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.”
Galatians 6:7-8

• “But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare,
and into may foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition.
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil … Let them (rich Christians) do good,
that they may be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up for them-
selves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.”
(1 Timothy 6:9-19)

• “ ‘Now the just shall live by faith; but if anyone draws back,
My soul has no pleasure in him.’ But we are not of those who draw back to perdition,
but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.” (Hebrews 10:36-39)

“Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved,
he will receive the crown of (eternal) life which the Lord has promised to those
who love Him … when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin when
it is full-grown, brings forth (eternal) death. Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren.”
(James 1:12-15)
We are slaves to Jesus Christ therefore eternal death has no domain over us. Your post is a moot point.

"Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey,
you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether
(slaves) of sin leading to (eternal) death, OR
(slaves) of obedience leading to righteousness?" (

I would suggest (slaves) of sin leading to (eternal) death as redeemed (slaves) of obedience leading to righteousness.... all fall short of the glory of God....

We are on a learning curve..not them

I find it troubling that you have to snipe at that staff member rather than pm them for better understanding

but then I have noticed that seems to be an activity in which you do rather well

seems the thread is all about warning without instruction but rather implementing 'scary' scriptures to sound authoratative

you need a strong arm to toss that big Bible into the crowd and will be held accountable before anyone you happen to hit with said Bible

Paul gave instruction and solutions along with ALL prophets including Jesus

I see nowhere in scripture warnings are given without remedy

I appreciate all the warnings and instruction but without a foundational knowledge of how all fits together, it can create a cult that believes in punishment rather that the love of God keeping those who are His

now if this is supposed to be some kind of sinless perfectionism being preached behind a veil of 'you better watch out', then the danger for the writer is increased

I respect the warnings and I believe them. I disappoint myself regularly but God has never told me to get out of his sight nor has He told me that all He wants to do is yell at me

Well, I pray

Problem resolved... :D
The Miracle of God’s Word

Proverbs 24:17
Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:

Here again we see the child of God who is EXPERIENCING their justified position in Christ as they are grieved over the enemies fallen state rather than rejoicing about it. The child of God who is walking after the Spirit, and not after the flesh (Romans 8:1) will not be glad when those who have done them wrong are stumbling. It is only those who look through the blood daily that can guard their hearts with all diligence realizing that out of it comes the very issues of their lives (Proverbs 4:23).

God our Father in heaven loved us so much that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, for us, and Jesus loved us so much that He gave His Life for us, and the Holy Spirit loves us so much that He refuses to point to anything other than that. This is all because our faithful God loves the fallen and all those who stumble, therefore let us pray for those who stumble and those who are fallen, that they may be recovered from the snare of the enemy (2 Timothy 2:24-26), just as He has delivered us.

Seeking God in His Word and experiencing Him through faith in the sacrifice of Christ!

She is a staff member that gave a thumbs up approval to a post that attacked a poster and said he was unsaved.

You openly attack others in this forum, and now attack me.
It is obvious who you approve of and those you do not.

If this site allows a staff members to openly approve attacking of posters, YES, that is troubling to me.
I voiced my concern to all just as she voiced her approval of that post to all.

She can address my concern openly or just ignore me. Really makes no difference to me.

Ok listen, guys and gals. I am not in charge of the banning. It is not my call or authority. I was just letting you all know the concern was handled, in hopes to move forward.
.
I do not care to be a source of contention. I believe that I made it clear in my comment that I didn't care for Him saying that; something along the line of ugh@that. It was my opinion as just another member here.

I have a habit of being too quick on the draw with the emoticon responses. I am seeking to be more circumspect in that endeavor as to avoid more aggravation in the already heated debates.

Things get lost in the emoticon translations, lol.

But have any of you liked aspects of a post without agreeing with everything they say? I suppose that this points to remembering it isn't necessary to respond to every thought, hahaha.

Your welcome for my finally getting this. Old fleshly habits die hard sometimes, though, huh? I am talking about mine, not anyone else. No hidden bash.

I did like His scriptures just didn't see the relevance as it tied in to the title of this thread. I need to go and find it though because my 54 year old self doesn't remember liking or not liking it, lol.

Well your response was fair as I scrolled back and yup and the one thumbs up was mine. :O!!!

While I can not prove it was an error, probably moving too quickly through things (I really do need to slow down), I ask that you give me the benefit of the doubt, seeing that my verbal comment after it disapproved.

Love in Christ to you all, and my prayers for you as you continue to appeal for the cause of God.

❤ God Bless ❤

I appreciate it.

Please remember everyone here.

Charlie is a staff member, and as she said she doesn't have the authority to act in the way that you have asked her too.

She can only communicate that to the above people.

But as a member she has every right to participate in threads.
