Phil,
Did Jesus run after the young rich ruler?

In fact, did Jesus run after anyone who rejected him?
I am not Jesus, but I do like the way Paul did it. When he saw how they were doing it on Mars' hill, he didn't wait for an invite, he spoke right up.:)
Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars' hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious. [SUP] [/SUP]For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, To The Unknown God. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.

that was the official democracy of Germanies stand in 1933 when RELIGION was made part of the DEMOCRATIC GERMAN REPUBLIC

they were NAZIS and they hated PAul

please dont derail the thread with false facts. And dont blame the worlds problems on Germans: for something they had no part in. Especially German Christians.

Those kinds of non-sesne seek to divide Christians one from another. With lies and deception. Which, i wonder if some people here truly are ignorant enough to fall for. Or are deliberately spreading discord among the brothers for Satan's purposes and the synagog of Satan.

This thread dose not have to do with Germans . And now I wonder who is spoon feeding you those stories. And do you really expect people of to buy that as you have ?

Good grief, i mean people sometimes, I wonder.

Just letting you know where that false doctrine of PAul not being an apostle started
google it
It is in the constitutional law of the said country and we have many German immigrants since then
that is where it came from
it is a false doctrine

all christians believe the Gospel and paul as a prophet and apostle

All I said is easily provable I could put up the papers here, but not necessary
go search.

There are is a lot of information on the internet, the majority of which that's having to do with Christianity, has nothing to do with truth at all, but a divide and conquer strategy, which perpetrates one false hood with another, that has a compounding effect, so once absorbed, prevents yet another truth from God's words from taking hold on a person, a Christian.

Your Google so called- info about Germans and Paul, is designed to prevent you from getting some truth , and I know which ones, that's how i know its a cow load of bull.

So I'm not talking about bull with you.. It did not start with Germans.

It starts , like any lie, when a Christian, decided, they will listen to false information, and lies, rather then God's simple truth. All lies start with the Enemy coming in, with lies to take away what little truth was there.

Matthew 13:19

When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away( harpazō ) that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

I think he said Nazis...not Germans.
The majority of Germans did not ascribe to Naziism.
Of course the Nazis hated Paul...they were anti-semitic and Paul was a Jew.
I don't know why they gave Jesus a pass except for expediency.

Are Nazis a race unto their own ? It's non sense. This thread is not about Germans. It is about correcting the misinformation, that gullible people buy, that Paul was not an Apostle or false in some way.

Also Paul is recorded as being from the Tribe of Benjamin.

There is no scripture stating he was from the Tribe of Judah. He maybe could identify with them because those in control of the temple at the time where "Jewish" and because Gamaliel who Paul studied under, was Jewish himself.

But Paul was a Benjamite , of that tribe ( Romans 11:1 ). Not a Jew.

Any Christian, and Christian Germans, would know this. That is of course , if they are familiar with God's words. Which many Christians are not, they like to listen to false info on the internet instead.

Most of the Old Testament, the bulk of the bible, is using history to illustrate God principles, using history to show us God. Yet when someone on cc uses our history to illustrate how God is working there is a great put down of the poster, forgetting we are to encourage and build up another. There isn't even an attempt to find truth, or illustrate if they think some of it is not truth.

The whole purpose of the thread was to cover scripture. How is that possible, if everyone is entertaining hear-say, and assumptions .There's No Bible in any of that Period.

I was hoping there would be some opening of the Bible, and posting from things there. But instead, I'm hearing about Nazi's and the Catholic church, and every non-sense under the sun.

I may come off as a put down, but I'm fed up with a total disregard for what is written in the history of the Bible.

How about Christian start picking up the Bible instead of putting that down . I could care less about people if they want to say things like Paul was not a apostle. Or entertain, total untruths.

I don't believe his self-proclaimed status as an "apostle", but yes, I believe he taught against righteousness by obedience and taught a new message of grace- and faith- alone.
I think that Paul was of God, but people who read Paul speak falsely about what Paul says. When Paul said that we should use the Holy Spirit to guide us to the spiritual law, demons lead people to say Paul was against what Christ and the Father says about the law. Paul wasn't changing that we need guidance, Paul only said to use the new guidance Christ brought in. I think if we understand what Paul taught, we would find that every verse of the bible has but one message, and Paul was part of the message.

I would as soon listen to demons preach as to listen to some of the distortions of Paul's words. Paul spoke truth.

I did ask for anyone to let me know which part of the Word is quoted in the video. I asked because if it is all from the Epistles there would be a grievous conflict of interest in relation to Paul; he authored most of them.

Can I claim to be an apostle too?
Sure you can claim it and many people both false and true have claimed it.

Lol and if you fit the four criterion in my other post (1. direct witness to Jesus life, 2. work with the other Apostles, 3. teachings are in harmony with Jesus and God and the True Apostles 4. and suffer much persecution and execution for your belief in Jesus) then I will call you an Apostle too.

Also on a note of Saul of Tarsus and Paul. Remember Saul of Tarsus was a murderer, a pharisee, held the coats of the sadducees as they stoned Stephen.

So you attack him on that basis. You forgot one thing. After Jesus spoke to him he was born again as The Apostle Paul, the self-described Least of the Apostles.

Think about it like this since thou have the jewish flag and identity to it. Moses was a murderer according to Moses own words! Moses was raised in the royal court of the Egyptians of all people. By adoption, Moses was related to Pharoah. Heck the Pharoah's daughter gave him the name Moses, according to Moses.

Yet something happened to Moses one day on Mount Sinai and he spoke to Jesus and it changed Moses' life forever. The same is with Paul.

That makes no sense why ask what scripture is In the video, when you can just press play, you can even skip around. Why comment even in the forum then, if you dont want to address the Original post ?

How could anyone put an entire study of the entire bible into a few scripture posts here?

If Paul was of God and speaking for God, then what Paul says would agree with all other scripture. Some men say that Paul says Christ was wrong when Christ asked for obedience, and Moses was wrong when he said the law was for always. Some say to listen to Paul, not God for what they said was obsolete. Some say Paul was not of God.

I am certain (I am a "man") that Paul is speaking God's word, that what Paul says is not opposed to all other scripture, but man's interpretation of what Paul says is wrong. I think we must listen to Paul. Paul tells us that we should listen to the Holy Spirit to guide us to spiritual law, that rituals were to guide man before Christ but with Christ came the Holy Spirit. I think when man says that the entire law is obsolete, they are wrong about Paul.

I agree that people don't understand the the bible, because they don't actually read the Bible. They are unwilling to open it: that is why people question Paul, because they are not familiar with what the Bible teaches as a whole, then they would ideally see an hear, Paul alines perfectly to scripture. I'm in agreement with that.
