All people in the OLD TESAMENYT, had a disadvantage to the NEW testament people,.,, God saved hidden Truths for His Son to UNVEAL or REVELATE, or SHOW... Jesus was the FIRST to say this.... I HAVE MANIFESTED THY NAME UNTO THE MEN THOU GAVEST ME.... God's Name was NEVER manifested to the fulness BEFORE JESUS MANIFESTED IT TO THE ONES GOD GAVE HIM.

We can quote scripture till we blue in the face, but the REVELTION of God's fulness and the fulness of the Spirit in BORN FROM ABOVE is only done AFTER Jesus shed His Blood.

Righteousness imputed is ALWAYS from God, but now the FULNESS of Christ is available, that NEVER were in the Old Testament. Just a fact. That the Spirit of God was there, there is no doubt, but the BORN OF GOD, Only AFTER Jesus Died and was REsurrected, and SENT IN THE SPIRIT to manifest ONCE AGAIN in FLESH!... AFTER He was sent as SPIRIT.

Baptism of Holy Spirit, is BORN FROM ABOVE. Nothing else is, And not a single person in th Old Testamen was Born from ABOVE. Some were prophets, FILLED BY THE SPIRIT, but not to the level of Christ. 2 Peter1:21 says... HOLY MEN OF GOD.. .so they were holy, but they were not BORN FROM ABOVE. God's Spirit moved them, but not to the level God can move us.

John was the most special born from a woman, but even he cannot be compared to one BORN FROM ABOVE, they are ALL MORE SPECIAL... John is the smallest in the kingdom of God. And ALL BORN FROM ABOVE IS BIGGER...

The lamd was slain from the foundation of the earth, but the blood was only shed when Jesus shed it on the cross... When Abraham met the three men. two were angels and the third? Lord? Jesus? God? But the Jesus that rose from the grave, said to Mary,... Touch me NOT for I have not yet.... Read it... Yuo will understnad what Jesus had to do...

And the first men to KNOW ALL, was the EMMAUS men.... Not the people in the upper room at penticost. Jesus opened the scripture to them, and THEY KNEW HIM... WHEN HE OPENED THEIR EYES... This was huge. Imagine Jesus open scripture for you, and you KNOW HIM! WOW!

UMM Cobus what do you do what Jesus said here? Please note this was before the cross and Jesus died and rose again.

John 3

Jesus Teaches Nicodemus

3 Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. 2 He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi,we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.”
3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.[a]
4 “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!”
5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You[c] must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”[d]
9 “How can this be?” Nicodemus asked.
10 “You are Israel’s teacher,” said Jesus, “and do you not understand these things? 11 Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony.12 I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? 13 No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.[e] 14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,[f] 15 that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.”[g]
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Lighthas come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed.21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

We can quote scripture till we blue in the face, but the REVELTION of God's fulness and the fulness of the Spirit in BORN FROM ABOVE is only done AFTER Jesus shed His Blood.

!
Remember the lamb was slain before the foundation of the world. That means His blood was also shed from the foundation of the world. Christ did not lie when He said one must be born again to see the kingdom of God. He made no exceptions for those who lived before the crucifixion and resurrection.

Mat 17:1-3 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.

Remember from mans perspective the events described in Mat7:1-3 occurred before the crucifixion and resurrection, yet Peter, James and John all saw Moses and Elias. How can that be if they were long gone and the resurrection had not occurred?

Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

If Christ’s statement in John3:5 is true, and we can be sure it is, then either Old Testament saints like Abraham, Isaac and Moses were born again “of water and ofthe Spirit or they will not see the kingdom of God.

Considering what Peter, James and John saw on the mount I believe one would be hard pressed to say that Moses and Elias were not present with Christ prior to the crucifixion so apparently (at least from my perspective) Old Testament saints (believers) were born again precrucifixion. If they couldn’t then there will be no one from before the crucifixion that sees the kingdom of God.

Do you believe saints(believers) spoken of in the Old Testament, like Noah, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob will/do see the kingdom of God? If so then how can that be in light of what Christ said in John3;3-6, unless of course they were born again prior to the crucifixion?

After all one can only come to the Father through the Son.

Isa 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

Isn’t it time we started looking at these things from God’s perspective instead of man’s? Remember from God’s perspective the Lamb was slain from the foundation of the world, not in the first century as we see from our perspective.

Simply put from Adam until Christ’s return there is only one way to see the kingdom of God and that is by being born again and being washed clean by the shed blood of the Lamb that was slain from the foundation of the world!

And just how was said faith produced apart from Gods word?
I don't understand, who said it was produced apart from God's Word ?
