The body is not immortal on its own. Without Gods sustaining power they would die just like the unsaved.
No, once God makes someone immortal they don't require anything extra to remain immortal.

And, when given an resurrected body it would be like the one in I Cor 15. There is no reference to the wicked not getting that kind of body? or is the body of them spelled out somewhere?
They smell like goats!

From 1 Corinthians 15:50-54
Thank you for the handy reference, sis, which says...

...I declare to you that flesh and blood cannot INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable..."

the wicked will NOT inherit the imperishable kingdom of God, their only inheritance is complete destruction which is absolutely the polar opposite of imperishable immortality

The Bible declares that the reasurected bodies of the unsaved will be cast into the eternal lake of fire where they shall suffer eternal torment..

To be raised from the dead means we are raised back to life.. Physical life.. Jesus was not raised from the dead as a Spirit.. The apostles thought He was a spirit when He appeared to them after He was raised. He had to get them to touch his hands and feet and he also ate physcal food in their site to prove that He was raised from the read.. So when the Bible says that the unsaved will be raised from the dead they also will be raised in bodies..

The Bible talkes about saints being raised from the dead at the first reasurection,, at the return of Jesus,, but that others ( the unsaved) will be raised later for the final judgement..

(Revelation 20:5-6) "But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. {6} Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years."

Only God is immortal.
Now, yes. But I have already proven people become immortal at the resurrection and rapture.
Actually everyone is immortal.. saved and unsaved.. No one ever ceases to exist.. The only difference is where people will be spending eternity.. Some with the LORD in His perfect eternal existence and others in the Lake of Fire in torment for ever and ever..

No one will cease to exist...

False. The unsaved will not be immortal. Immortality is only for the saved.

Mat_10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell2Co_2:15 For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:.

Being destroyed means they are Annihilated.

Psalms 37:20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.

Perishing and being burned and being consumed into smoke means they are Annihilated.

Joh 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
Joh 5:25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
Joh 5:26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;
Joh 5:27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.
Joh 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
Joh 5:29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
That does not say they will not have a body like ours.

God was not showing His wrath to the bush, nor Moses for that matter ;)
Yes. Addressed to brothers and sisters in the Lord :)

Who puts on the imperishable? Only believers.

Those who remain perishable shall perish, just as Scripture attests.
The text does not say they will not have a body like ours. Matthew 25 gives me the idea both will have the samekind of body.

I believe the answer you are looking for is found here.

1 Corinthians 15:35 But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?

36 Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:

37 And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:

38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.

I speculate and say I think THIS is where the change comes about, especially with the 'wheat' reference. Maybe, just as there are vessels of gold and honor down to vessels of wood and dishonor FOR THE SAVED, there is a system like that going the other direction for the UNSAVED. IDK. We do know that we don't want to be found naked. I think this all ties in with OUR WORKS do follow us, and the linen is the righteousness of the saints.

39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.

40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.

41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.

42 So also is the resurrection of the dead.

It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption

And this is kind of a 'mean' thought, but would be JUST, the lake of fire would be much worse for an 'imperishable' body than a perishable. I know they would both be consumed, but the imperishable one would make death a bit harder, I SPECULATE again. To me it gives more meaning to the verse Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Well said, brother friend

The bodies of the saved are immortal:

1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1Co 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1Co 15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Rom 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
Rom 2:6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
Rom 2:7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
The text not say they will not have a body like ours.

Flesh and Bood refers to the human body, not the resurrected one.

Matthew says God is able, not that he will.

Psalms 37 only says they will get physical death in this life, does not speak about eternity.

37 Don’t get upset about evil people.
Don’t be jealous of those who do wrong.
2 They are like grass and other green plants
that dry up quickly and then die.
3 So trust in the Lord and do good.
Live on your land and be dependable.[b]
4 Enjoy serving the Lord,
and he will give you whatever you ask for.
5 Depend on the Lord.
Trust in him, and he will help you.
6 He will make it as clear as day that you are right.
Everyone will see that you are being fair.
7 Trust in the Lord and wait quietly for his help.
Don’t be angry when people make evil plans and succeed.
8 Don’t become so angry and upset that you, too, want to do evil.
9 The wicked will be destroyed,
but those who call to the Lord for help will get the land he promised.
10 In a short time there will be no more evil people.
You can look for them all you want, but they will be gone.
11 Humble people will get the land God promised,
and they will enjoy peace.
12 The wicked plan bad things for those who are good.
They show their teeth in anger at them.
13 But our Lord will laugh at them.
He will make sure they get what they deserve.
14 The wicked draw their swords to kill the poor and the helpless.
They aim their arrows to murder all who live right.
15 But their bows will break,
and their swords will pierce their own hearts.
16 A few good people are better
than a large crowd of those who are evil.
17 The wicked will be destroyed,
but the Lord cares for those who are good.
18 The Lord protects pure people all their life.
Their reward will continue forever.
19 When trouble comes,
good people will not be destroyed.
When times of hunger come,
good people will have plenty to eat.
20 But evil people are the Lord’s enemies,
and they will be destroyed.
Their valleys will dry up and burn.
They will be destroyed completely.
21 The wicked borrow money and never pay it back.
But good people are kind and generous.
22 Everyone the Lord blesses will get the land he promised.
Everyone he curses will be destroyed.
23 The Lord shows us how we should live,
and he is pleased when he sees people living that way.
24 If they stumble, they will not fall,
because the Lord reaches out to steady them.
25 I was young, and now I am old,
but I have never seen good people left with no one to help them;
I have never seen their children begging for food.
26 They are kind and generous,
and their children are a blessing.
27 Stop doing anything evil and do good,
and you will always have a place to live.
28 The Lord loves what is right,
and he will never leave his followers without help.
He will always protect them,
but he will destroy the families of the wicked.
29 Good people will get the land God promised
and will live on it forever.
30 Those who do what is right give good advice.
Their decisions are always fair.
31 They have learned God’s teachings,
and they will never stop living right.[c]
32 The wicked are always looking for ways to kill good people.
33 But the Lord will not let the wicked defeat them.
He will not let good people be judged guilty.
34 Do what the Lord says, and wait for his help.
He will reward you and give you the land he promised.
You will see the wicked being forced to leave.
35 I once saw a wicked man who was powerful.
He was like a strong, healthy tree.
36 But then he was gone.
I looked for him, but I could not find him.
37 Be pure and honest.
Peace loving people will have many descendants.
38 But those who break the law will be destroyed completely.
And their descendants will be forced to leave the land.[d]
39 The Lord saves those who are good.
When they have troubles, he is their strength.
40 The Lord helps good people and rescues them.
They depend on him, so he rescues them from the wicked.

Yes there is. Read the parable of wheat and tares. Tares are thrown into the Lake of Fire, where there is eternal torment.
