correct me if I am wrong, but it seems you are saying that Timothygroup is the only person you have met who is close to God?

do I have that wrong?

mind you I don't agree with what Hann is saying.....
I apologize I meant to say he is one of the few people that I have met that is that close to God.

Oh boy. Here comes the next attack. And isn't this what I said would happen if we started talking about the Gospel? The "church" will remove you. They will hate you. You won't be invited back. Just as I explained above . . . it's happening.

@Blain - Don't worry Brother . . . @SophieT was on my blocklist for good reason. Looks like she's headed back to it.
No @SophieT is actually one of the good ones she was just confused by the way I put it I sometimes type so fast that I write things differently than what I meant.

The gospel of Christ who gave it to Paul to give to us. That is simple. 1 Corinthians 15: 3,4.
Rom_1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Rom_1:1 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,
Rom_16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
It is all the same gospel Paul preached. This is the gospel you need to believe to be saved.
What is the gospel of Christ to you?

Actually I am guessing @Hann57 has me on ignore so could someone ask him what the gospel of Christ is to him? He says the gospel of Christ that Paul preached and is given to us but unless I missed he never gives detail as to what that gospel is to him

@Hann57

Blain is asking that you take him off of your blocklist.
Well he can keep me on there if he wishes but it does make it difficult to ask questions directly to him and even if he does take me off odds are he will eventually put me back on he is not the type suffer opposition

If someone has placed you on their blocklist, they consider you to be "dust" off of their feet. I'd let it be and be grateful that he has elected to not cause you further frustration.

well I agree it is the gospel of Christ and not another that secures salvation for all who believe (meaning in truth)

your op does not exactly read that way though. as you can see, you are getting varied answers

your bio also states 'not Christian' so what do you believe then?

he seems to have further clarified his position I think

It is just very confusing to me because I have spoken with him many times before about this but he never really gave an answer I would say I trust in the gospel of Jesus Christ to him and he says I do not believe the gospel Paul preachedI speak of the relationship I have with God and again he says I do not believe in the gospel Paul preached he even will quote scripture but then says things that contradict the scripture he posted and other times when scripture is shown to him that disproves something he said he calls it a fable and made as if he hasn't read the bible.

the fact that his bio says not Christian is also confusing and from I can tell he seems to worship Paul so to be honest I just don't understand his pisotion at all

You betchya, sir. I'll respond to your second email tomorrow. I've still got studying to get in for the night. The amount of studying required to receive the Real Estate Brokers license is ridonculous. ;)

I believe the gospel Paul recieved from Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:3,4.
That has to be believed by anyone who hears the gospel to have salvation.
Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

If they do not believe this gospel alone for salvation God's words says they will end up before the judgement seat still in their sins.
Or if Christ comes and they are alive, He will come in flaming fire punishing those who know not God and do not obey the gospel of Christ. To obey the gospel God requires us to believe it.

2Co_5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

2Th 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

@Blain

Hann57 has graciously removed you from his blocklist.

I would contend that if you both wrote to each other with Love in your hearts, your following conversation will be edifying . . . even if you don't agree. And yes, this is good advice for myself, too. I have found that if you say, "I love this person" as you write, your words will come out differently. Again, this is advice that I ought and must apply to myself.

I believe in both of you.
