That is definitely one option. But kindly invest in Nave's Topical Bible (KJV) which will be a tremendous help. But even beyond this, just go through the Gospels and epistles to see the impact of the resurrection of Christ on all Christian activity and teaching. Looking only at the last chapters of the Gospels and Acts 1 we see:

1. After the resurrection Christ taught His apostles that everything about Him was revealed in the OT, while at the same time establishing the authority of the OT canon. Then He spent 40 days on earth teaching them many things.

2. It was only after the resurrection of Christ that He said that all power and authority in Heaven and earth had now been given to Him. Thus Jesus of Nazareth became "the Lord Jesus Christ", since "Lord" denotes His divine authority.

3. After that He gave the Great Commission to the church, to preach the Gospel in Jerusalem, then Judea, then Samaria, and then to the uttermost parts of the world. And miracles would accompany the preaching of the Gospel.

4. Christ's resurrection and ascension were critical in order to fulfil the promise of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the earth (as seen on the day of Pentecost and later). Thus the Church was founded on the basis of His resurrection.

5. The miracles which the apostles and their companions did after the ascension of Christ were directly related to His authority as both Lord and Christ. Peter and John healed the lame man perfectly in the name of Jesus of Nazareth. And many miracles followed (many of which are not even recorded).
I will look up the Nave’s topical bible

Hello @Roar . . . Our Lord's resurrection provided tangible evidence that there is another life besides this one. We can know there is a paradise of eternal bliss because Jesus went there and returned.

#3 = receiving their crown = Life
Ever notice this?

Rev 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

These already have their crowns and are warned not to lose them.

“The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.”

We are given life by the same Spirit that is in Christ! That same Spirit lives in us today!
Father, Son , Holy Spirit - i think we're on to Something here...........maybe a Holy Trifecta - "have you considered Job My servant"???

Frequently used as a justification for a change of observance from the seventh day of the week to the first day of the week.

DavidTree,
re: "What day of the week do we keep God's Sabbath..."

The fourth commandment (third if your RCC) says it is to be the seventh day of the week. However, not too many observe it then.

What about today = are we commanded to keep the 7th day as in Saturday and no work permitted or Death?

In this modern day we are still to keep the Lord's Sabbath day on the seventh day of the week. Jesus made it clear that the seventh day was made for mankind. (Mark 2:27-28) (v.27) And he said unto them, The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath: Do we understand that, the Sabbath was made for us, not us for the Sabbath. (v.28) Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath. The Son of man (Jesus) is the Lord God of the seventh day Sabbath (Saturday). (Ex.31:16-17) (v.16) Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. (v.17) It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

You see that the Sabbath day is a sign between God and His people forever. Israel was His people then and whoever chooses to obey Him now are His people. God intended for the weekly Sabbath (this word means rest in Hebrew) to be a refreshing blessing for mankind. God knew that human beings would need periodic rest and change from work. But the purpose for keeping God's Sabbath goes far beyond simply resting on that day.

There is a Death Sentence upon any and all who work on the Sabbath.
So are you saying it is mandatory upon us Today under the New Covenant to 'rest' from Friday at sundown to Saturday sundown???
What about the Blood washed Brethren that work on Saturdays and even Saturdays and Sunday???

What are the after effects of Jesus’ resurrection? Some of these after effects I see is because Jesus is risen, he is Savior of the world and there is life in his name. Believers in Christ will be raised in the same way as Christ.

What other after effects of the resurrection of Jesus do you see?
I see that God is greater than death. Because of him, we're never going to perish.

Precious friend, we can "know, with Paul, our Pattern" (1Ti 1:16), the following:

Php_3:10 "That I may know Him, And The Power Of His Resurrection, and the
fellowship of His Sufferings, being made conformable unto His Death"

Amen?

GRACE And Peace...

Let's understand this, because The lord have not changed his ways. For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed (Malachi 3:6) or Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

With this being said, let's understand that the Lord have put the Gentiles in power, and that the Lord have put the Israel in captivity under the Gentiles, even to this day. Because the Gentiles run the world, but not all the tribes are directly under the Gentiles. The Lord don't change and the Bible have been given to man to follow instruction on how to serve the Lord. But Israel is under the Gentiles and the Gentiles has come up with other doctrine and has cause confusion among the people. But let's look at an example after the death of Jesus and see how this word suppose to go out even to this day. Now lets take a look at; (Acts 13:13-15, 42, 44) (v.13) Now when Paul and his company loosed from Pa’-phus, they came to Per’-ga in Pam-phyl’-I-a: and John departing from them returned to Jerusalem. (v.14) But when they departed from Per’-ga, they came to An’-ti-och in Pi-sid’-I-a, and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down. Paul went into the church (synagogue) on the sabbath day the seventh day not the first day (Sunday). (v.15) And after the reading of the law and the prophets the rulers of the synagogue sent unto them, saying, Ye men and brethren, if ye have any word of exhortation for the people, say on. (v.42) And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.

The Gentiles didn’t asked Paul to come preach us something different next Sunday. They wanted Paul to preach to them the same thing that he taught the Jews, the next sabbath. Even the Gentiles knew that if they were going to serve the same God that Paul and the Jews (Israelites) served that they would have to serve him on the day that God had set up. (v.42) And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God. Not the next Sunday but the next sabbath.

Let's look at a situation concerning working on the sabbath day. Let's go to Luke 14: 3 And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day? 4 And they held their peace. And he took him, and healed him, and let him go; 5 and answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day? 6 And they could not answer him again to these things.

Some people have to work on the Sabbath day in this modern day, but you still have to understand that this day represent a day far beyond us. But the Sabbath day is part of the Ten Commandments which is still good to this day.

What were the Apostles teaching on the sabbath day???
Not the Law, but that the Messiah had come as spoken by Moses and the Prophets and He has Risen.

If Saturday is still required for Sabbath rest then you are still dead in your sins and Jesus Christ was not the Messiah.

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you. Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

If you think this passage of scripture is beautiful and seek to continue in it as a Friday night to Saturday night rest of God, then you have missed the Gospel message in it and are still under the Law and dead in sins and tresspasses.

"In the resurrection therefore, when they shall rise, whose wife shall
she be of them? for the seven had her to wife. And Jesus answering
said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the
Scriptures, neither The Power of God? For when they Shall Rise from
the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as
the angels which are in heaven.
And as touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in the book
of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I AM The God
of Abraham, and The God of Isaac, and The God of Jacob? He is not the
God of the dead, but The God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err."

Well at lease you admit that the Sabbath day was being kept after the death of Jesus, but you fail to realize that it was being kept because it was the law (Commandment). You also fail to understand the reason Jesus came and died. Jesus also warned us to repent (turn from our sins) and be prepared for the coming of his kingdom. If we truly believe the gospel, then we will obey God's commandments. "...The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God" (I Corinthians 6:9).

Paul say in 2 Corinthians 11:4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. Now any Christian in their right mind wouldn’t dare say that it’s okay to steal, kill or commit adultery or break any of the other seven commandments. But when it comes to the fourth commandment (Sabbath day), people avoid it like a plague! You are either uninformed about which day is the Sabbath day of the God of the Bible or you are just following the tradition of religion that was passed down through the family or maybe you have let some preacher give you other excuses for ignoring God’s true day of worship.

Let’s take a look and see what Jesus did when he came in the flesh, And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all. And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. (Luke 4:14-16)

So now Sunday has become a custom to the people and it's not written in the Bible to do nor observe as the Sabbath day.
