Jesus will be found where His WORD is read and honored: not in some crack, drug house where drugees hang out. It is a very wrong, wicked thing to say that Christ can be found in "dens of inquity" and not in a good Bible believeing Church. Jesus found me in church related activities. We don't want to give people the false idea ,if you want to find Jesus in life, blow your brains out on dope. If one wants to find God, they need to go to a good Bible church where God hangs out, with the righteous people, God's people. Of course there are liberal churches where God does not hang out , but if God's WORD is faithfully read, God will let Himself be found there. Jesus does save the "up" and out as well as the "Down" and out. But when Jesus saves the down and out He usually bring them to us to witness to them or with the radio, Jesus does not want us going to the prostitute houses to witness to them there. Romans one tells us that at a point God gives up on the wicked and just punishes them by their own home grown jails they live in, with natural dieases. Psalms one tells us that the wicked will not stand in the congregation of the righteous. There are truly good people whom Jesus says these are the only ones who will be saved. The"born" of God people will be "good" and these are saved. If you don't agree with this, it is because you don't know God, and you don't know God's WORD.! Love to all, Hoffco

We are in fact in a state of gestation , not as yet born again, we wnt be totally born again til he collects all from the four corners of the globe ,
Well, actually, according to the NT, there is no partial rebirth of our spirits which are born without the Holy Spirit (dead,) and are raised from their death (first resurrection) in the rebirth to eternal life. Our spirits are in full possession of eternal life.

The Holy Spirit is a guarantee we are gods children and are about to be born in him? Fully spiritual ? First natural then spiritual ?
Rebirth is of our spirits, and they are reborn into the eternal life which Adam lost when he rebelled.
Our spirits are not partially reborn into eternal life.

The Holy Spirit is a deposit guaranteeing the inheritance kept in heaven for us (1Pe 1:4) which we will receive at the end of time.

We ought be as. Babes? Not scholars...[/quote]
This is not according to the NT, where we are instructed to

"Prepare your minds for action." (1Pe 1:13)
"Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that is in you." (1Pe 3:15)
"Watch your life and doctrine closely." (1Tim 4:16)
"Contend for the faith (doctrine) that was once for all delivered to the saints." (Jude 3)

If we were totally born of the spirit we wouldn't be here in this body now? We are not yet fully born again? We are becoming sons of god bt we are not yet quite his sons ? If it were so we would be with him?

Christ came, not to destroy the NATIONAL (moral) Law and Prophets (only the ceremonial sacrificial Law, which was only a school-master to bring people to Christ) but to fulfill them. The prophets all prophesied about The Kingdom and the setting up of The Kingdom, with its Laws; Statutes; Judgements; Economic Policy; Agricultural Policy etc. and the peace; prosperity
Those were fulfilled under Solomon (1Kgs 4:21-24-25) when Israel occupied the land to all the boundaries promised by God.

and blessings it would bestow on ALL mankind - "Summer".
Christ Jesus is the promised blessing to all mankind.

All promises to Israel have been fulfilled, including the return to the land, fulfilled under Ezra and Nehemiah when they returned after the Babylonian exile.

The Mystery of Israel's Blindness
Concerning the mystery of Israel's blindness, Paul states: "For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in" (Rom. 11:25). Why is Israel an enemy of the Gospel in this age and blinded in unbelief? Paul answers this by stating that Israel had sought after the "law of righteousness" but had not attained it "because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law, for they stumbled at that stumbling-stone" which is Christ (Rom. 9:31-33).
And the following is in no way, shape, fashion or form related to what Paul explains in Ro 9.

Jesus was to go first unto His own house, the nation of Israel, "to the Jew first" (Rom. 1:16). John states that Jesus "came unto His own, and his own received Him not" (John 1:11). Therefore, when Jesus was rejected by the rulers of the nation of Israel, He hid the treasure (Israel) again
Israel is not the treasure.
Eternal life is the treasure.

(Matt. 13:44). He later spoke to the chief priests and Pharisees concerning the Gentiles, "Therefore say I unto you, the kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof" (Matt. 21:43). Even though He was rejected by His own people, He did not reject them, but paid the ultimate price at Calvary. He sold all He had to pay the redemption price for His treasure Israel.
That is some serious warping of the NT.

The history of Israel's past, present, and future is given in the Book of Romans chapters 9-11. In Chapter 9 Paul explains Israel's past election in relation to God's sovereignty. In chapter 10 he explains Israel's present rejection in relation to God's righteousness
No, in chap 10 he explains Israel's rejection in relation to his ending of chap 9, where Paul states that Israel was rejected because of its unbelief in righteousness by faith, and seeking it by works.

and in chapter 11 Israel's future restoration as a nation.
Chap 11 is about the grafting back, if they do not persist in unbelief (Ro 11:23), into God's one olive tree, composed of branches of believing Jews and grafted branches of believing Gentiles.

Chp 11 has nothing to do with a nation, it has to do with God's one people, his one olive tree, the Church, composed of believing Jews and Gentiles.

This whole explanation of Ro 9-11 is pure myth.

we must love Israel come what may even when thier leaders are corrupt the people and land of Israel is we're the god of all things has chose as his home anyone wants god change his mind is in for a rude awakening ? God does not change?
Israel is not the center of God's plan.

The body of his Son, the Christ, which is the Church and the Bride of the Lamb, is the center of God's plan to glorify himself through the glory of salvation in his Son.

Your understanding of the NT is defective, replacing God's plan in his Son with your own Biblically unwarranted plan in the land of Israel.

All the Bible is inspired by God and all is still good for our instruction today. We MUST study the old ways of God, O.T., but with the understanding that none of it is in force today, that we must obey it. Jesus kept the O.T. perfectly and did away with it.! After Jesus death, the N.COV. was put into force. The N.T. is the only part that we are required to obey as LAW for us. The gospels paved the way for the N. Cov. Jesus' teaching corrected the Pharisees corruption and restored the Spiritual meaning of the O.T. Law.
That is not a Biblical concept.

There is no "spiritual" meaning of the OT law.

It means exactly what it says, no less and no more.

Mattithyah 5:19, "Whosoever, therefore, will break one of the least of these Laws, and will teach men so, he will be called the least in the Kingdom of Yahweh; but whosoever will do and teach them, the same will be called great in the Kingdom of Yahweh."

Luke 16:17, "But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one yodh of the Law to fail."
Love is fulfillment of the law. (Ro 13:8-10)

All scripture is complimentary not contradictory ? Your making contradictions to justify your question and stance on the issue its not a question of Paul being least nor greatest The Lord himself only knows what roles are ahead and for whom? Arguing and dissecting scripture is futile unless the Holy Spirit shows means and context the verse is futile the lords words every letter of every word only means what it means when the spirit shines in the believers heart, and shows him hidden things , 160 pages and still same people prolonging after many have shown the true meaning, lets move on shall we?
God's word is exoteric, not esoteric.

To homwardbound, You are confusing what happened 2,000 yrs. ago, with our being born of God today. God did not save us when Jesus died. We were not yet born. We did not exist! The "death" of Christ did nothing TO us or IN us. WE WERE NOT THERE! When the Bible say"dying with Jesus and rising with Jesus" it is not "literal" it is "symbolical" of what is to come latter, after we are first born of our mother. I died "with" Jesus in 1961 when God ,Jesus, "applied" His work on the cross, 2,000 yrs ago, to my heart and made me a NEW creation in Christ. "If anyone be in Christ, a NEW CREATION, old things pased away, new things come, all these things are of God." 2Cor.5:17-18. In a very real and dangerous way, you are denying the work of God's power IN our hearts that saves us from a life of sin to holiness of life, in a moment of time ,in 1961, Jesus came into my life and gave me SPIRITUAL birth into His family. Jesus' death on the cross did nothing TO me or IN me. Jesus death on the cross SECURED the salvation of all the "elect of God of all time, BUT King David and all the rest of the dead saints, were already "born of God" and in Abraham's bosom ,saved, when Jesus was dying for them, They were already saved and safe from Hell fire. The death of Jesus did nothing TO them ,BUT Jesus death did everything FOR them. Jesus' DEATH garranteed their eternal life. This is the big problem with sal. teaching today: it denys the Born again exp. as a POWERFUL TRANSFORMATION of God's power IN us ,TO us, UPON us. Justification is God's work FOR us, BUT Sanctification is God's work, IN us.

AND Sanctification comes FIRST
,
Not according to the NT.

Justification is "declared righteous," declared not guilty.
It is being given right standing before God.
It does not change our character, it is merely a legal standing before God, the Judge.

It is the result of grace through faith, and happens when one is born again and believes to salvation.

Sanctification follows faith and justification, and is the process of changing our character through holiness.

Juses death never saved anyone;
BUT Jesus' death secured the sal. of the "elect" and provided sal. for all who would believe on Jesus.
Paul disagrees with you. . .Jesus' death saves all who believe in him.

"You are justified freely by his grace, through the redemption (salvation from God's wrath on sin) that came by Christ Jesus.

God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement (removal of the penalty of condemnation on my sin) through faith in his blood.

Faith saves from God's wrath, it does not "secure" or "provide" salvation, it is salvation.
There is no separation of faith from salvation.

You put asunder what God has joined in the NT.

And since the foundation is built upon the "prophets, the apostles, Christ JESUS being the Chief Corner stone," shouldn't we know what those commandments are about?

Considering the gospels and the words that Jesus spoke, shouldn't we be seeking HIM and HIS righteousness from beginning to end? (Genesis through revelation?)
Jesus' righteousness is a free gift (Ro 5:17, 3:21).

It is the practice of love of God and neighbor.

This just brought tears to my eyes as this is so true in my life people and I bet some of you out there feel it to, take courage in this post? you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Have you ever felt forgotten by God? I know I've felt that way. Does God seem to be blessing everyone except you? Do your expectations of God seem to meet with cold indifference from Him? Do you find yourself asking "What is God doing?" and "What's going on here?" If your answer is "yes," then rejoice, because you are at the edge of a miracle! You are on the verge of a breakthrough! Don't give up now your door is about to swing open!
God knows how to separate us from our false expectations regarding him.

Jesus ain't looking for perfect children with perfect doctrine no Jesus is with the weepers today the mourning, the quiet prayer person ?,
It's not either/or, it's both/and.

Christianity is both about the truth and about love.

Either one, without the other, is not Christianity, it's just humanism.

The endless debate on here regards laws let me tell you meeting needs in real life with real people's issues in real time today tomorrow every day, being Christlike is saying hello, wat needs you gt, can I help you, all sorts stuff keeping quiet wen others are giving it mouth , the list is endless, so are the needs of people so let this mind be in you? Christ is we're most people choose to avoid, in the drug clinics, in shelters, in the gutter? Yes you lookin for Jesus visit one these places put money on it brothers you will find him there no ifs buts doubts about it he there ??
Jesus is within those who believe in him.

That's where you will find him.

Service of Jesus is by those who believe in Jesus and where service is needed, whether Jesus is there or not.

Everything else is just humanism.

Mattithyah 22:37-40, "Yahshua said to him: You must love Yahweh your Father with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your hneighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."

Mattithyah 7:21, "But then I will declare to them; I never knew you. Get away from Me, you who practice iniquity."
And there you have it. . .love of God and neighbor fulfills all the law.

No one is good, apart from the grace of God.

God doesn't save the good, God makes the saved to be good.
