Interesting you make this claim, considering many use Malachi 4 to claim to otherwise. Even if Malachi 4 was not speaking of John the baptist.

Man is not the body. Man is a Spirit Being, Programmed in the soul and immersed or baptised into their physical body. Elijah of tishbe is not the Most Holy Spirit of GOD, His Spirit being is himself. John the Baptist is the same. What John the Baptist's biological mother felt, that was called "The Holy Spirit" is actually the Spirit Being of John the Baptist.
You, and me, and all the children of the kingdom are Spirit Beings, programmed in the soul, and immersed into the physical body by the GOD. This we learned happens in the 6th - 7th month of pregnancy. The evidence is the fact that it was noted that John the Baptist bioloigical mother was 6th months into her pregnancy at that time.
Proof is that it is GOD who gives children. A child is born, a son is given. The physical body is what was formed in the womb, stitched by the seed that the Man sows into the woman that fertilizes an egg. The Spirit Being of the person is the real person. What matters is where the Spirit Being is from. When GOD does not respect the comception, HE does not send a child of the kingdom into that womans womb. It is Elijah, yes. Elijah, along with the Prophets have innate abilities in their Spirit Being. That is why only a Prophet can hear from GOD inaudibly, in GOD's Height of Communication and Frequency, then decipher and assimilate the revelation, and then to teach the people is another.
All the children of the kingdom have their innate abilities, which is determined by the Spirit Being who produced them, and their order of birth in the mankind Race. But Prophets, Prophets have the Spirit of Prophecy. And what determines if they are Major, or minor Prophets, is the measure of their Spirit of prophecy. Some have great measure, such as Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Jeremiah, others have less.
And this is not a talent given to them, they inherited it by birth. Among the Prophets, only the Elijah have the Spirit of Prophecy in full.

Well friend you are very much allegorizing the word of God and ignoring what the very Bible says. John the baptist
in Luke 1:15
says by the word of the Lord through the messenger Gabriel
For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.
Now you are saying that is not the case / The Messenger of the Lord got it wrong? Or did you? Let's read on.

And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:

The Holy Ghost, is a Spirit Being programmed in a soul. GOD is the Most Holy Spirit. GOD's Spirit Being is HIMSELF, and HE is not Programmed in the soul. I am not allegorizing anything. That is why all the children of kingdom are numbered. This birth in the earth is not their beginning. We came from the Fathers Bosom.
The WORD of GOD is Spirtual and Life giving. i am not allegorizing, i am bringing it into reality with Revelations, the hidden Manna.

Why is there a place in the instructons that Moses was given, called the Most Holy Place?
