Since you believe Micah 4 prophecy is yet to be fulfilled, I assume you believe chapter 5 hasn't been fulfilled either? o_O

Well Starfield, it depends on which portion in that chapter you are referring to.

Let's read Micah 5:

Micah 5
King James Version (KJV)

5 Now gather thyself in troops, O daughter of troops: he hath laid siege against us: they shall smite the judge of Israel with a rod upon the cheek.
2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.
3 Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel.
4 And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of theLord his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.
5 And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.
6 And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders.
7 And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the Lord, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men.
8 And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver.
9 Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all thine enemies shall be cut off.
10 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord, that I will cut off thy horses out of the midst of thee, and I will destroy thy chariots:
11 And I will cut off the cities of thy land, and throw down all thy strong holds:
12 And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers:
13 Thy graven images also will I cut off, and thy standing images out of the midst of thee; and thou shalt no more worship the work of thine hands.
14 And I will pluck up thy groves out of the midst of thee: so will I destroy thy cities.
15 And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.

I believe Micah 5:2 was fulfilled partially at the birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem. And that it will be completely fulfilled at the Second Advent of the Lord Jesus Christ. Because notice in verse 2 we read: "
that is to be ruler in Israel;"

Right now Christ is not ruling in Israel. But He will be in the Millennial Kingdom.

Micah 5:2-3 is a reference to both the first and Second Coming of Jesus Christ the Lord.

Micah 5:3-4 go on to describe the complete status and standing of the Lord Jesus Christ's literal Rule and Reign in His Millennial Kingdom.

Notice the phrase:"for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth."

Also Notice that it said earth.

Therefore the Reign that is being described here is a Reign that is on Earth and not Heaven.

Micah 5:5-6 will take place sometime in the Millennial Kingdom.

And Micah 5:7-15 is also a Description of the Millennial Kingdom.

Those passages don’t even hint of such things happening in a literal millennial kingdom. Your problem is that you view the bible with dispensational premillennial lenses. Take them off and you will see the light.

Yes they do. It is very clear. Micah 4 and Psalm 72 both are references to the Millennial Kingdom.

Perhaps you just need to spend much more time in your Bible studying those passages.

No, I view the Bible Dispensationally, because I am commanded to rightly divide the Scriptures, just as every Christian is.

I know it is tempting for a lot of the brethren to just ignore the Dispensations and pretend that they are not there, since then it is easier for them at that point. But nope, that does not work. There are clearly different economies, administrations, dispensations that are in the word of God. It takes time and Study Starfield.

Zechariah 14 has been fulfilled.

No it has NOT been fulfilled Starfield. Again, you are wrong.

Zechariah 14
King James Version (KJV)

14 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
9 And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.

Zechariah is a description of both the Second Advent of Jesus Christ and His Millennial Reign in Jerusalem.

When Jesus Christ comes to the Earth at His Second Coming, His feet will stand upon the Mount of Olives, just as Zechariah 14:4 describes. Notice in verse 9 the Scripture says: "the Lord shall be king over all the earth."

Referring to the
Millennial Kingdom.

Try to read these passages literally Starfied.

What is Jesus doing now, ChosenbyHim?
Is He presently King and reigning in His kingdom or not?
Does He not have all authority in Heaven and on earth?
Your doctrine is an insult to the work of Christ. :(

Jesus Christ the Lord is in Heaven right now seated at the Right Hand of the Father making intercession for us (Heb. 7:25).

And yes Starfield, Jesus Christ our Lord is reining in Heaven right now. But also understand that there will be a full and ultimate culmination to Christ's Reign.

And do you know when that ultimate Culmination will take place??

At Christ's Second Advent and also in the Millennial Kingdom where Jesus Christ will be seated on the Literal, Davidic Throne in Jerusalem before the end of this world and before the Great White Throne Judgement, and before the creation of the New Heaven and New Earth.

Right now as our Lord Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of God the Father, He is waiting for the complete and ultimate Culmination, which again, will take place at Christ's Second Coming and also in the Millennial Kingdom.

Psalm 110
King James Version (KJV)

110 The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
2 The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.
4 The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.
5 The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.
6 He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.
7 He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.

Hebrews 10:12-13

King James Version (KJV)

12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.

Starfield, you have got to start reading the Bible and taking what it says literally.

God fulfilled His promises to Abraham.
Israel got the land.
Joshua 21:43-44
43 And the LORD gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein.
44 And the LORD gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand.

Nehemiah 9:7-8
7 Thou art the LORD the God, who didst choose Abram, and broughtest him forth out of Ur of the Chaldees, and gavest him the name of Abraham;
8 And foundest his heart faithful before thee, and madest a covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give it, I say, to his seed, and hast performed thy words; for thou art righteous:

The Land Covenant will be fulfilled when Jesus Christ comes back to set up the Davidic Kingdom in Jerusalem, and at that time will the Land Promise be fulfilled.

Read Ezekiel 47-48, in those two chapters, the borders of the Promised Land in the Abrahamic Covenant are described.

The inheritance of the Land under the leadership of Joshua was only a partial fulfillment of the Abrahamic Covenant and here is why:

Acts 7:1-5
King James Version (KJV)

7 Then said the high priest, Are these things so?
2 And he said, Men, brethren, and fathers, hearken; The God of glory appeared unto our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran,
3 And said unto him, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and come into the land which I shall shew thee.
4 Then came he out of the land of the Chaldaeans, and dwelt in Charran: and from thence, when his father was dead, he removed him into this land, wherein ye now dwell.
5And he gave him none inheritance in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on: yet he promised that he would give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him, when as yet he had no child.

You see, God promised to give Abraham all that Land as well as his descendants.

Genesis 13:15-16

King James Version (KJV)

15 For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.
16 And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered.

Again, let's take a look at the entire Land area which was promised to Abraham and his descendants:

1a.jpg

Present Day Israel does not own or possess all that Land which is bordered by the Red Line Starfield, but Israel will posses all that land in the Millennial Kingdom.

And therefore; all the Land that was promised in Genesis 15:18-21 has yet to be fulfilled. Its entire fulfillment will come to pass at the future return of Jesus Christ the Messiah.

The first Dominion of it will be given to Zion (Micah 4:7-8):

7 And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the Lord shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever.
8 And thou, O tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem. - Micah 4:7-8 (King James Bible)

Therefore Israel's possession of the Land under the Leadership of Joshua was not a complete fulfillment of the Abrahamic Covenant with its Land Grant (Gen. 15:18-21).

The Land Covenant awaits its entire fulfillment at the Second Advent of our Lord Jesus Christ where He will set up His Throne in Jerusalem for His Millennial Reign.

No it isn't. You're simply making a bunch of conjectures.

There's no indication that the thousand years is literal.

Wrong again. The Thousand years is Literal. Because if the thousand years mentioned in Revelation 20 is not literal, well then guess what? Neither is the battle at Gog and Magog, and neither is the Great White Throne Judgment, and neither is the Lake of Fire (Rev. 20:15).

But thankfully, the 1,000 years is talking about a Literal, physical Reign on the Earth by Jesus Christ our Lord, the Messiah, which will take place after the Judgment of the Nations (Matt. 25:31-46).

I have prayed and I’m out of the apostate system, dispensationalism. You need to come out too.

No, Dispensationalism is Bible Truth. And if you continue to reject Dispensational Truth, then you will only continue in error. And you need to be ashamed of your error.

Could you please be succinct in your replies next time? Thanks. I’m not fond of long-winded posts.:)

If you are not fond of long posts Starfield, well then you can find another topic to discuss. Because the topic that is being discussed in this thread; Dispensational Truth, it takes lots of Scripture at times.
