These are numbers only God knows. "The secret things of God's are His and His alone."
And where you might be correct that they are finite....still uncountable by man. Maybe one day we will know the number....maybe not. It's not important to me to know....there's a LOT of other more pressing issues to search out.
Some are really pressing....
Like when is a prophet's testimony at its end?
What is the formula of a prophesy of near term, far term and mid far term?

And that's just two highly relevant questions that have answers and need answers today.
Fair enough. I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my questions.

Justified before God simply by the fact some were chosen in Christ before the foundation, Eph 1:4 which makes them Gods Elect, hence based soley upon that they were Justified Rom 8:33

33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

The word for elect here, the greek word eklektos which means:

  1. picked out, chosen

    1. chosen by God,

      1. to obtain salvation through Christ

        Its an adjective of eklegomai, the verb Paul uses in Eph 1:4 chosen, as God chose them for Himself in Christ before the foundation, and that fact alone Justified them before Him ! 21

Those Christ died for are Justified [Before God] while they are being ungodly Rom 4:5

5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

John Gill writes:

but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly: or that ungodly one: particular reference is had to Abraham, who in his state of unregeneracy was an ungodly person; as all God's elect are in a state of nature, and are such when God justifies them, being without a righteousness of their own; wherefore he imputes the righteousness of another, even that of his own Son, unto them: and though he justifies the ungodly, he does not justify their ungodliness, but them from it; nor will he, nor does he leave them to live and die in it; now to him that worketh not, that is perfect righteousness; or has no opportunity of working at all; or what he does, he does not do, that he might be justified by it; but exercises faith on God as justifying persons, who, like himself, are sinners, ungodly and destitute of a righteousness: 22

Isa 45:25

25 In the Lord shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
Isaiah 45:25 does not replace Israel with the church.

The church, which came into fruition on Day of Pentecost, is comprised of born again believers as members and the Lord Jesus Christ as Head (Col 1:18 – And He is the Head of the body, the church ...).

The church is comprised of Jews and gentiles who are born again wherein there is neither Jew nor Greek ... for ye are all one in Christ Jesus – Gal 3:28).

Jews (whether believing or non-believing) are the seed of Israel.

believing gentiles are the seed of Abraham ...

Galatians 3:

26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Justification is promised to only one people, Israel which is Gods elect.
:rolleyes: ... the erroneous dogma of replacement theology ...

The believers mentioned in Hebrews 11:4-20 were not "Israel":

Hebrews 11:

4 By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

...

17 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son

...

20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

What Scripture teaches is that God imputes righteousness to those who believe ... those who do not suppress the truth in unrighteousness (Rom 1:18):

Romans 4:

20 He [Abraham] staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;

21 And being fully persuaded that, what he [God] had promised, he [God] was able also to perform.

22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it [righteousness] was imputed to him;

24 But for us also, to whom it [righteousness] shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;

25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ

Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

those whom God Justified by the death of Christ
The Lord Jesus Christ died for the whole world:

John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

1 John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Again ... God's Word tells us when God imputes righteousness:

Romans 4:

20 He [Abraham] staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;

21 And being fully persuaded that, what he [God] had promised, he [God] was able also to perform.

22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it [righteousness] was imputed to him;

24 But for us also, to whom it [righteousness] shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;

25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ

When God reveals Himself to those who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, they will suffer the consequence ... not because the Lord Jesus Christ did not die to take away their sin ... but because they rejected Him:

Romans 1:

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold [Greek katecho = suppress, restrain] the truth in unrighteousness;

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Those who do not believe suppress the truth in unrighteousness. They reject the truth of Scripture ... not because they do not have faith, but because they hold to something (place their faith in something) other than the truth of Scripture which God has clearly revealed to them.

Justified by Christ's Redeeming Death alone !

Many in false religion deny this most precious Truth, that if Christ died for one, that fact in and of itself Justified you. This is not Justification by Faith, even though that is true also, but this is Justification solely by the death of Christ, which redeems, and the Grace of God. Here's a scripture that declares it Rom 3:24

Being justified freely by his grace [How] through[on the account of] the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

The redemption that is in His Blood Eph 1:7; Col 1:14 Eph 1:7

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

The word redemption in both Rom 3:24 and Eph 1:7 is the greek word apolutrósis:

release effected by payment of ransom; redemption, deliverance.

The ransom payment that effected the release was not mans repentance or faith, but the Life Blood of Christ ! For instance Matt 20:28

Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

That done, the many He gave His Life for were released. Now released from what ? The debt of sin,

purchasing them from the debt of sin ,deliverance effected through the death of Christ from the retributive wrath of a holy God and the merited penalty of sin, deliverance from the penalty of transgressions, effected through their expiation

Thats why its also correlated with forgiveness of sins !

Forgiveness of sins is automatic with Christ shedding His Blood alone Matt 26:28

For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins And that's Justification ! So in essence to teach that one isn't Justified before God, based solely upon the death of Christ, that teaching is an attack on the blood merits of the Blood of Christ before an Holy God, its in fact against Christ ! 22

How were believers redeemed ?

According to Gal 3:13 how were these believers redeemed ?

Gal 3:13

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law[How], being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Now does this say that believers were redeemed from the curse of the law by believing in Jesus Christ ? How about by repenting ? Absolutely not! It says plainly, by Him being made a curse for them, which denotes His death, His death on the Cross. And through His death, redemption is Justification Rom 3:24

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

So now. Are men and women born in sin, for whom Christ died, and redeemed, are they born into the world already redeemed and Justified by the blood of Christ before God, before they believe ? Yes or No ?

The ones God Justified through Christ are Justified while ungodly
If "ones God Justified through Christ are Justified" then they are no longer "ungodly".

Romans 4:25 ... the verbs are in the present tense:

Romans 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth [present tense] on him that justifieth [present tense] the ungodly, his faith is counted [present tense] for righteousness.

The verbs are in the present tense which means that at the very moment the person believes, his/her faith is counted for righteousness ... at that very moment, God justifies the one who believes ... at that very moment the believer is no longer ungodly.

All born again ones were "ungodly" until the moment they believeth on Him that justifieth ... once justified, they are no longer "ungodly".

I know you need to have the "ungodly" justified before they believe ... I believe you have even indicated that the "ungodly" are justified before they were even born. However, your erroneous dogma does not align with Scripture as Scripture tells us that if one is justified, he or she is no longer "ungodly".
