Gal 2: 20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Eph 6: 6-7 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers, but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart, With good will doing service as to the Lord, and not to men
Matt 12: 31-32 Wherefore, I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men; but the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him, but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this age, neither in the age to come.
The Holy Spirit is the power and communication of the Father, and the only access to the Father. Isaiah 63:9-10 describes the Holy Spirit as the angel of His presence. Where the Holy Spirit is, the Father is.
Matt 10: 19-20 But when they deliver you up, be not anxious how or what ye shall speak; for it shall be given you in the same hour what ye shall speak. For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaketh in you.
The Father speaks through those who are indwelled with His Holy Spirit.
John 14: 6-9 Philip saith unto Him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been such a long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? He that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?
No one comes to the Father but by Jesus as a member of His body. Jesus is so full of the Father's Spirit that the Father talks to Philip directly.

John 10: 30,38 I and my Father are One. But if I do (the works of my Father), though ye believe not me, believe the works, that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
John 17: 11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to Thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name (Baptism in the name of the Father) those whom thou hast given me (the Father chooses) , that they may be one, as we are.
John 8: 29 And He that sent me is with me (because the Son is filled with the Father's Holy Spirit which in Isaiah 63: 9-10 is referred to as the "angel of His presence". Where the Holy Spirit is, the Father is). The Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please Him. The Father communicates, empowers, and speaks through those who are indwelled with His Spirit.
Mark 2: 5-7 When Jesus saw their faith, He said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins are forgiven thee. But there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts, Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God only? This is another example of the Father speaking through Jesus.
John 12: 49-50 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father, who sent me, He gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that His commandment is life everlasting; whatsoever I speak, therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
In these verses Jesus is explaining that the words that He speaks are not His but belong to the Father. Throughout the Bible people who received the Father's Holy Spirit were able to communicate with Him. They would then relay His message to the people. These people are called prophets. Jesus was explaining that He was a prophet of the Father and obeying the Father's Spirit means eternal life.
John 3: 34-35 For He whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God; for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto Him. The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into His hand.
John 14: 24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings; and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's, who sent me. Christ is Lord of all creation and all creation is created for Him by His Father (the invisible God). Christ is our Lord, Savior, and God, but the Father is the Father and God of all (including Jesus Christ). The Father speaks through those He indwells.
John 14: 10-11 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak unto you, I speak not of myself; but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me; or else believe me for the very works' sake.
Matt 7: 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father, who is in heaven. We can only do the will of the Father when we know what His will is. We can only know what His will is when we receive His Holy Spirit which He uses to communicate and empower. Matt 7: 22-23 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out demons? And in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you; depart from me, ye that work iniquity. After doing all those wonderful things, they expected credit. Jesus never knew them because they were not indwelled with the Holy Spirit.

Dan 12: 10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tested, but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand. The test is our motivation: whether every thought and action is motivated by love for God first and everyone else as we love ourselves or self.
John 7: 37-39 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spoke He of the Spirit, whom they that believe on Him should receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.)
Acts 11: 14-18 Who shall tell thee words, by which thou and all thy house shall be saved. And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them, as on us at the beginning. Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how He said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit. Forasmuch, then, as God gave them the same gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, what was I, that I could withstand God? When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.
Isaiah 42: 1,5 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my Spirit upon him; he shall bring forth justice to the nations. Thus saith God, the Lord, He who created the heavens, and stretched them out; He who spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; He who giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk in it:
Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not food and drink, but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Rom 15: 16 That I should be the minnister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit. To sanctify means to make holy by helping us to live for God. As Peter indicates, our participation in this can be described as obedience. Sanctification is the work of the Holy Spirit in the moment-by-moment process by which we more and more submit our hearts, minds, and bodies to the will of the Father and Son.

1 John 5 : 20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know Him that is true; and we are in Him that is true, even (that is) in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
As in John 17:3, life eternal is knowing the only true God, the Father, and Jesus the Christ, whom He has sent. Here is understanding: Jesus is our Lord, Savior, and our God, but the Father is God of all (including Jesus).
John 17: 1-19 These words spoke Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee. Jesus is praying to the Father that his time to die is near and is asking Him to fill him with His Spirit to strengthen him (obedience unto death), and he in turn would be glorifying the Father for His mercy. As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. Christ died on the cross for all mankind, but eternal life is given by Christ to those that the Father gives him. We are all guilty in the eyes of God and deserving of death according to His perfect justice. If He condemns all to hell, He would be merciless. If He saved everyone, there would be no justice and disobedience would run rampant and out of control. The only way that the Father can be merciful and still have justice is to save a few. You get baptized in the name of the Father when He grants you repentance for sins committed and you turn to Him for forgiveness. You get baptized in the name of the Son when you put your trust on the forgiveness of sins committed through Jesus' death on the cross. You get baptized in the name of the Holy Spirit when the Holy Spirit of the Father and Son reside in your being to perfect you by changing your motivation from love of self to love for God first, and everyone else as you love yourself. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. Life eternal requires an accurate understanding of the relationship between the one true God, the Father, and the Son and Holy Spirit as well as their relationship to us. I have glorified thee on the earth; I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. The Son obeys the Father both in heaven and on earth. The work that the Father gave Christ to do was to become human and die. Through Christ's death sins are forgiven and the Father's Spirit is distributed. That is how the Father is glorified. The Son is also glorified because He obeys the Father to the point of death. Before He ascended up to heaven, He told His apostles that He was going back to heaven to get glorified and that they were to wait in Jerusalem because He was going to send the Comforter (the Holy Spirit of the Father and Son). In the time-line of Christianity, the Holy Spirit is distributed by Christ to those that the Father gives to Him to fill His spiritual body. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self (the Father's Holy Spirit) with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Before the world was, Christ was so filled with the Holy Spirit of the Father that He was able to create all things created. I have manifested thy name unto the men whom thou gavest me out of the world; thine they were, and thou gavest them to me, and they have kept thy word. Christ has manifested the name of the Father unto those that the Father has given to Him. In other words, it is the Father who controls all things, and all those given to Christ have kept the Father's word which is to love Him first and everyone else as he loves himself. . Now they have known that all things, whatever thou hast given me, are of thee.
All power and authority, title, and kingdom of saved souls (the Church) is given to Christ by the Father through His Holy Spirit. For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me (through the Holy Spirit of the Father); and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. I pray for them; I pray not for the world, but for them whom thou hast given me; for they are thine. And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; All that are in Christ's kingdom also are in the Kingdom of the Father. and I am glorified in them (us). Jesus, when He went back to heaven to get glorified, was then able to use humans as a temple of His Spirit (which houses the Father's Spirit). And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. Just as Christ is the image of the invisible God because He is filled with the Father's Spirit and becomes one with the Father, we become One with the Father and Son because we are filled with both of their beings through the Father's Holy Spirit (which the Son baptizes with).

While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name; those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition, that the scripture might be fulfilled. And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth; thy word is truth. As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. To sanctify means to fix in order to operate as intended. Christ fixes Himself by fixing His body of saved souls through the real truth of what is really going on. He does this through the Holy Spirit.
John 14: 23-26 Jesus answered, and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words; and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings; and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's, who sent me. These things have I spoken unto you, being present with you. But the Comforter, who is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your rememberance, whatever I have said unto you.
Isaiah 44: 3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring;
Col 1: 26-27, 29 Even (that is) the mystery which hath been hidden from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to His saints. To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory; For this I also labor, striving according to His working, which worketh in me mightily. Truth is sometimes revealed in parts throughout the human timeline. Here is the mystery revealed. Christ is the temple of the Father because he is filled with the Father's glory which is His Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is a portal through which the Father communicates, empowers, speaks through, and informs.
1 John 5: 11-12 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son hath not life.
1 Tim 1: 14 And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. When we are indwellt with the Holy Spirit of the Father, who is in Jesus, who is in us, we receive that exceedingly abundant faith and love so that we can be perfected in order to fulfill the Spirit of the Law which is to Love God first and everyone else as we love ourselves.
Matt 12: 17-18, 28 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah, the prophet saying, Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased; I will put my Spirit upon Him, and He shall show Justice to the Gentiles. But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
When you receive the Holy Spirit of God, you have entered His kingdom.
Acts 1: 16 Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit, by the mouth of David, spoke before concerning Judas, who was guide to them that took Jesus.
Acts 10: 38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit, and with power; who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil;
for God was with Him.
Acts 11: 28 And there stood up one of them, named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great famine throughout all the world, which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar.
1 Cor 12: 12-13 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. For by one Spirit were we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Greeks, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
Psalms 68: 18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive. Thou hast received gifts for men, yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them. This seems to refer to the time that Christ ascended up to heaven to get glorified (receive the Father's Holy Spirit) and receive a spiritual body sealed by the Holy Spirit which is given to those humans who the Father gives to Christ. With the Holy Spirit comes the presence of the Father and Son.
Gen 5: 24 And Enoch walked with God (received and followed the Holy Spirit), and he was not, for God took Him.
Gen 6: 9, 13, 22 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. And God said to Noah, .......God was able to talk to Noah because Noah was filled with His Holy Spirit. Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.
Gen 22: 18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because thou hast obeyed my voice.
Gal 5: 18 But if ye be led by the Spirit, ye are not under the Law.
Gen 15: 1 After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision (the Holy Spirit), saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceedingly great reward.
Judges 3: 10 And the Spirit of the Lord came upon him, and he judged Israel, and went out to war; and the Lord delivered Cushanreshathaim, kinng of Mesopotamia, into his hand; and his hand prevailed against Cushanreshathaim.

1 Sam 10: 6, 10 And the Spirit of the Lord will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man. And when they came there to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met him, and he prophesied among them. To prophesy doesn't just mean to fortell the future. It means that you can also communicate with God and God with you and through you.
1 Sam 16: 13-14,23 Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren; and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day onward. So Samuel rose up and went to Ramah. But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him. And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand; so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.
1 Sam 18: 12 And Saul was afraid of David, because the Lord was with him, and was departed from Saul. The Lord can bestow His Spirit to accomplish His goal, and has the power to take it back.
1 Sam 19: 20, 23 And Saul sent messengers to take David. And when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying , and Samuel standing as appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied. And he went there to Naioth in Ramah and the Spirit of God was upon him also, and he went on, and prophesied, until he came to Naioth in Ramah.
2 Sam 23: 2 The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me, and His word was in my tongue.
2 Chron 18: 13 And Micaiah said, As the Lord liveth, even (that is) what my God saith, that will I speak.
2 Chron 24: 20 And the Spirit of God came upon Zechariah, the son of Jehoiada, the priest, who stood above the people, and said unto them, Thus saith God: Why transgress ye the commandments of the Lord, that ye cannot prosper? Because ye have forsaken the Lord, he hath also forsaken you.

Job 32: 8 But there is a spirit in man; and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.
Psalms 51: 9-10 Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.

From the above we may understand that the Holy Ghost is a distinct person in the Godhead. His titles, offices, and work support this argument. It shows Him to be a Divine Entity, equal in power and glory with the Father and Son concerning the creation, and the salvation of mankind. His work is both ordinary, and extraordinary. This by immediate inspiration, and by His regeneration, and sanctifying influences. He will inform us and remind us that we are the children of God.

Acts 7: 51 Ye stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do ye. When you resist the Holy Spirit, you are choosing to not succumb to the direction and sway of God. Basicly, you resist the Holy Spirit whenever you put yourself ahead of God and others.
Gen 41: 38 And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such an one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?
1 Cor 2: 10-13 But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit; for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, except the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man , but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Spirit teacheth, comparing spiritual with spiritual.
Rev 21: 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God (Christ) is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God himself (the Father) shall be with them, and be their God. That's because Christ is filled with the Holy Spirit of the Father. Where the Holy Spirit is, the Father is. When Christ sits on the throne, so will the Father that is in Him.
1 John 4: 1-4, 6-17 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but test the spirits whether they are of God; because many false prophets are gone out into the world. By this know ye the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God; And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God; and this is that spirit of antichrist, of which ye have heard that it should come, and even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world. We are of God, He that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. By this know we the Spirit of Truth, and the spirit of error. Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God, and everyone that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God, for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be the propitiation for out sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and His love is perfected in us. By this know we that we dwell in Him, and He in us, because He hath given us of His Spirit. And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love, and He that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Hearin is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgement, because as He is, so are we in this world.
Job 26: 13 By His Spirit He hath garnished the heavens; His hand hath formed the crooked serpent.
Acts 4: 31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

Psalms 139: 17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O god! How great is the sum of them!
Gal 3: 5 He, therefore, that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Water baptism was instituted in the Jewish faith in the book of Leviticus for spiritual cleansing. That was what they had to do to get spiritually cleansed. It became a tradition through the years up to the present. That is why all the Jews came to get baptized by John. The first Christians were Jews that still practiced their Jewish holidays and traditions.
Luke 1: 67 And his father, Zacharias, was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying, ...
Gal 4: 6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying Abba, Father.
Romans 5: 5 And hope maketh not ashamed, because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who is given unto us.
John 6: 63 It is the Spirit that giveth life; the flesh profiteth nothing. The words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
Exodus 23: 20-22 Behold, I send an angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions; for my name is in him. But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine adversaries.

Eph 1: 3 Blessed be the GOD and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ,
It is the Father who is the God of Jesus and who blesses us with spiritual blessings in Christ. We are in Christ when we become part of Christ's body. This happens when we receive the Father's Spirit which was given to Jesus when Jesus was glorified.
Eph 1: 2 Grace be to you, and peace, from God, our Father, AND from the Lord Jesus Christ.
Grace and peace comes from God, our Father, and from the Lord Jesus. That is two separate entities.
Eph 1: 18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,
The Father's Spirit through Jesus helps us understand that we are called by the Father and as part of Jesus' glorified body will inherit all the love and blessings given to Jesus. Just as in Jewish history the firstborn son received (inherited) the blessing of the father as well as a special place in the father's heart, Christ, as the Father's first born, and those that make up His spiritual body will inherit the Father's blessings and love.
Eph 1: 21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come;
Because of this position (the Father's right hand), Jesus is above all things,
Eph 1: 22 And hath put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be the head over all things to the church,
As part of His body, we hold the same position and our status will change from being below the angels to above the angels.

Eph 1: 23 Which is His body, the fullness of Him that filleth all in all.
The Church is defined as Christ's body. Christ's body is filled by the Father through His Spirit which He bestows on those that receive His grace and joins with our spirit to form spiritual parts of Jesus' body. We become new creations with our hearts filled with love for God and people. Our desire is to do the Father's will which is with love for Him and for all people.
Heb 1: 1 God, who at sundry times and in diverse manners spoke in times past unto the fathers by the prophets,
During Old Testament times the Father would communicate with the prophets by filling them with His Spirit who then would communicate His message to the fathers and their people.
Heb 1: 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds;
In the Apostalic Age, the Father's message is relayed through Jesus Christ who made and maintains the worlds by the power of the Father's Spirit.
Heb 1:3 Who, being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high,
Jesus is so full of the Father's Spirit that the Father can express Himself completely through His Son ( who is given power to accomplish His will to purge our sins ). Sitting down on the right hand of the Majesty on high means that the Majesty on high (the Father) is the one who accomplished His will through Jesus Christ.

Eph 1: 20 Which He wrought in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and set Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, Love and blessings come through Jesus Christ, who is placed at the Father's right hand. At the Father's right hand implies that the Father's will is accomplished through Christ. The Father's spiritual essence (the Holy Spirit) in Christ communicates His will and provides the power to accomplish it.
Eph 1: 17 That the GOD OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, the Father of glory (spirits), may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, The God of our Lord Jesus is the Father of glory because it is His Spirit that is given to Jesus and the Saints. It is His Spirit that gives us direction and revelation in the knowledge of Him. (truth)
Eph 1: 19 And what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, This love and blessings are given to those that believe due to the working of His mighty power (and not our own).
John 6: 28-29 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered, and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom He hath sent. The Father uses us to work His will of choosing who to cause to believe on Jesus Christ. Our work is to spread the Gospel. The Father's work is to choose who to add to the spiritual body of Christ.
John 1: 13 Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Those who are born again when they receive the Holy Spirit of the Father is only through the Father's choosing.

Hi Grace_ambassador, I would like to suggest that it would be helpful in your personal study if you purchased a bible concordance. I believe that is where 10-22-27 got the information that he copied.

Hello everyone that is reading this post. I realize that what I've being posting is very lengthy. That is because I've spent hundreds of hours researching what the bible has to say about the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I don't think that they are dormant in our present on the timeline of humanity. All that I can tell you is that 45 years ago a brother introduced me to the bible. I was raised a catholic and didn't really know the bible that much. I asked him questions and instead of answereing with his voice, he opened up his bible and pointed to the answers. That was in the 1970's. On his advise, I said a prayer asking God that if He was real, then to help me to believe. The brother invited me to his church and when I attended, I actually felt the Holy Spirit's presence as individuals stood up one at a time to recite their prayers for everyone to hear. This was quite different from a catholic mass which at that time was in Latin. Anyway, I was water baptised and thought of myself as a Christian. Unfortunately, the only change occured in my mind because I still had a sinful nature. I attended a non-denominational church of wonderful, loving, Christians and I was a babe in Christ for a long time, picking up the bible when I went to church for bible study and on other rare occasions for curiosity. I don't think I was filled with the Holy Spirit until about 4 or 5 years ago. I retired from being a secondary school math teacher after 42 years and retired around 13 years ago. I was under the control of the flesh and I hated it. I prayed and prayed for control and at the same time was very repentant of previous grievous sins. About 4 or 5 years ago He helped me overcome the flesh. I remember praying to God the Father many times for Him to help me to do His will just like Jesus' bread was to do the Father's will. All of a sudden I have this hunger for bible knowledge and I am overwhelmed with the understanding that I'm getting. Since I've been born again, my priority in life is to serve the Lord and to spread the knowledge that is given to me. I want no credit for the extensive research on the Holy Spirit that I've posted. I realize that most of you already are set on believing what you want to believe. And you have that right. If you briefly skimmed through what I've posted, you will end up not changing your mind and you haven't learned anything. As a brother that truly loves you, please devote a little of your time reading and reflecting on all that I've posted that took hundreds of hours to research. I believe that I've done my part. I will just pray that someone on this site will desire to investigate a perspective that answers every question and fit's perfectly with scripture.

In the Council of Nicea in 325 AD which was convened by the Roman Emperor and sun worshipper Constantine in order to strengthen and unify the Roman empire. Christians experienced the worst persecution ever under Emperor Diocletian who retired and divided the Roman Empire into 4 parts with a general to rule in each part. The generals fought each other for control of the whole empire. The last two generals to survive got together and signed the Edict of Milan in 315 AD which made Christianity an accepted and legal religion in the Roman Empire. The decision was probably influenced by the fact that Constantine's mother, Helena, had converted to Christianity. By 325 AD Christianity grew exponentially. Anyways, 1800 bishops from all over the empire were invited by the emperor to attend the Council, but only around 300 attended due to long distance, age of the bishops, modes of transportation, etc. Many were not even bishops, but representatives. Originally, christian churches were scattered all over the Roman empire and held to their basic belief that Christ was the Son of God and died to erase our sins and make us acceptable to God the Father. With the acceptance of Christianity, churches were then able to delve into deeper concepts, such as the divinity of Jesus Christ. That was the main topic discussed in the council. Other topics were when to hold the Easter celebration which was too close to a Jewish holiday and whether or not to accept back into the fold bishops and christians who denied their faith during the Diocletian persecution. Arius who was a deacon from Alexandria who believed and preached that Christ, before he became Jesus, was a created being for which the council exiled him and insisted that Jesus was God. They came out with the Trinity, which states that Jesus is God, the Father is God, and the Holy Spirit is God. Since the Jews believed in only one God, they simply stated that even though the three had different minds, they made up the one God. In other words, 3=1 or the one God is a three-headed being. This is the only way to align the belief of the Jews in one God with their belief that Christ was God. They came up with the Nicean Creed which contained the Trinity and denounced the belief that Christ was a created being (Arianism). All that they had on the Holy Spirit was the statement, " and we believe in the Holy Spirit. Constantine then ordered all bishops to only preach what the council came up with. This was the first time that the Christian Church was backed by government and spawned the beginning of orthodox religion in the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church. The apostles, the early Church, the church during the time of Constantine, and even christians in the present time are not sure who or what the Holy Spirit is. I would love to know your thoughts and then after a few posts, I will reveal mine. I'll just say that in order to understand the relationship between the Father and Son, you have to understand the Holy Spirit.
the reason folks have a problem with understanding God's triune nature is because man does not comprehend how that God is everywhere present all the time. Jesus was/is a living vessel prepared for the indwelling of the Godhead, Father Son and Holy Ghost. One God.

Matt 13: 10-11 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
Matt 13: 13-14 Therefore speak I to them in parables, because they seeing, see not; and hearing, they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah, which saith, By hearing, ye shall hear and shall not understand; and seeing, ye shall see and shall not perceive;
Apparently, not everyone is destined to know and for that reason, Jesus spoke in parables. My posts are in plain English and now, it is not up to me to try and convince others of what I posted. All that is required is for you to read and reflect on all of my posts on this thread and then consider if you have a better understanding of what the Holy Spirit is and does. My motivation is love for God the Father, God the Son, the Holy Spirit, and you.

The Holy Spirit is the second Paraclete that the Father (i.e. the triune God who generated all created things) sent into the world to convince humans to trust in Christ. He is one of three ever-existing Persons who each possess all the essential divine attributes.
