In order to pray the kind of prayer you claim to pray, you have to know the Israelites are. Because keep in mind Revelation 2:9 and Revelation 3:9. You have to be careful or you might be praying for the Synagogue of Satan and you don't want to be doing that.
GO learn what this means...

1 Timothy 2:1- 1I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people-

Romans 11 states

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Isaiah makes clear that God intentionally set aside Israel and doing so allowed Gentiles to "grafted in" so that He can then turn His attention to Israel during the Great Tribulation and bring them Home as well.

This is my understanding as well, although I would be careful say God has not set aside the Jews as a people, but rather Israel as a nation (temporarily).

I'm curious as to why you decided to forego interpreting Roman 3:4 to quote scripture from a different book of the Bible. I was not even asking about the Book of Acts at all.
If I could just take a stab at this. My father was scholarly about this chapter thru ch 11. But a mystery to me. But I can faintly remember him saying that Paul was willing to lay down his life for his people if it would lead them to faith in Christ. However knew full well they we blinded by God, temporarily. It all began with the Hebrew people of God...and it will end w/ them
