"Water and wet are one. U can’t separate water from wet. U touch water, u get wet."

An excellent illustration, thank you Grace777x77 for taking the time to find it and quote it here.
I have learned so much about God by those who take the time to explore the riches of His Grace and share it with others.

I post whatever or whoever I think is appropriate at the time despite what malice others may have for certain teachers in the body of Christ. If this offends you - well you will just have to be offended as I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ.

Prince has hundreds of great videos addressing different subjects on youtube so I use him if I think it fits in with the thread topic. I actually post more stuff from other people then him but perhaps he disturbs you and thus it registers on your emotions more.

I don't agree with everything any teacher in the body of Christ says about everything including Prince but as far as the gospel of the grace of Christ goes. Prince is solid and when I do post his teachings - it is always about the grace of God.
It doesn't offend me, I just feel sorry for how much you are caught up in him.

Give Prince the glory, not Grace777, after all it came from JP.

I was showing that fear is more universal than just the West.
Yes, but even Hindus don't fear like we have been taught to... nor did native Americans. Not even the ancient Jews. It seems to be us Westerners who have woven fear into our religion.

The truth is I hardly listen to him....LOL.....I just use his resources to help preach the gospel when I think it will help others in a thread. If they bother you - just don't watch them. Thank you for your concern for me and for praying for me though. I do covet your prayers in the spirit.

Not in English for sure! Or any Romance language, which is what she said she was fluent in. Now German is a different matter - all nouns have capitals. But most people don't know that, do they?

I am really shocked to realize how many people here are deifying grace. Instead of God! Has this been going on a long time, and I didn't realize - or did it just start?!

I'm not too on the ball these days, between RA and surgery!
It's been going on since I came back to this site (Last December.) The first trickle came before I left, but it wasn't truly started when I left, (late last summer? I kind of forget.) This is the cause of all those annoying grace/hypergrace/antigrace/My-Grace-is-Better-Than-Your-Grace Grace posts.

Honestly? I thought it would fade out like the old OSAS ad-nauseum posts did the first time I was on this site. If enough of us ignored it long enough they'd get bored with the same ole arguments, and even get tired of patting each other on the backs for agreement. But this is different.

This one came with a cheering section. Kind of like Amway rallies -- get enough being really excited about the pyramid scheme and the upper echelon get richer and richer, forever willing for the lower echelons and foot soldiers to either convert or not convert new recruits, but just as long as they sell a product or two. Even if the new recruits only sell one product, the upper echelon get their commission. Enough pennies from enough recruits is a buck, and enough bucks give you ten, and enough tens... so? Who cares if the new recruits last or not? The math is right. If you can make just one of 100 recruits into a lieutenant, then that lieutenant can find a few more over the years to keep going. (You think I've been suckered enough in my life to figure out THAT math? lol) Except, at least Amway gave commissions to everyone. This seems closer to just the upper echelon gets the money. The recruits just get the high.

So, at first it was just a few. Then more came. And more. (Notice how many people named grace lately?) And they rahrah each other until they got the buzz. (And no mistake with that term. It is a high. It is an "experience." It is a drug!) And the buzz gets them rahrahing others until more come.

And all the time those of us who have been here long enough to remember the before are something like 40somethings listening to teens. Most of the words we understand, so we think they're talking the same talk, but all the while some of the words have change just enough that they can talk in front of others without anyone catching on to some words have changed their meanings enough that they most certainly aren't talking the same talk.

The new word -- "Grace" (with a cap.) The rest are catch phrases.

When we were young, the illegal substance many were smoking was called "pot." A few years ago I answered questions on a gardening forum, and people kept coming in to find out how to grow weed. I'm stuck wondering why anyone wants to intentionally grow weeds in their garden, (also didn't understand they were growing them in their basement for a while -- really would have helped to know the plant wasn't going to be grown outside
), until I got the definition of what they meant.

We're busy thinking Grace means grace. It really takes something like this to catch on that there are two worlds happening on this site, and...well. I think I've been clear that one of them is a cancerous growth.

(For all those who have officially lowered the boom on me. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I remember. I'm judged as being judgemental, intolerant, against humanity and a divider-of-the-brethren, and, oh yeah. Now I'm afraid. And just so I'm perfectly clear, yupper. I am judgemental.

At least you're not continually quoting and posting his vids.
To tell you the truth..... that is mostly because I really don't like listening to him speak. I absolutely LOVE his books, I have several of them transposed onto my hard drive, but that accent is too rough on my poor ears. LOL

You really think just the West in general suffers the fear of death or is Paul just pulling our leg?

Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

Yeah, sort of like the word, "repent", I guess. There is the "repent" of the Bible that God did 28 times in that book, and then there is the "repent" we have turned it into. I suppose many people make Grace (grace) more than it might be, but then others seems to devalue it to the point that it was just God being a nice guy.

I watched much of one of his videos posted here (could be this thread but honestly there are so many vids of his plastered all over the BDF I could not assuredly attest to the fact that it was this thread without going back to check and I am not going to do that :p) that was quite disturbing on how much he focused on the number five and how he associated it with grace, he was occultish in his obsession with that number, and the resultant insistence that everyone of grace is a Benjamite generation.

Jesus is the living embodiment of grace. It is His very nature.

It's the reason He came and died, and offers salvation to every person who will receive it.
What was he before he was "a living embodiment?"

Or which came first -- Jesus or Grace? Because it really sounds like you're saying Grace is something Jesus reflects. Kind of like the moon reflects the sun. The sun is the light. The moon merely reflects it. Grace has always been until it came to "living embodiment," and then Grace became Jesus.

And Jesus came for Grace? Why come for something you already are? Kind of like me going to Jersey to pick up some brown-eyes. I am brown-eyed. Why do I need to go somewhere to become something I already am? Did Grace need Jesus? And did we just get dropped off as the reason Jesus came, or are we like Grace -- more important than Jesus?

I don't know what bible you've been reading, but the ones I read say that Jesus came for whosoever will believe, (unless whosoever is all named Grace.) The "embodiment" he took on was homo sapien, not Grace. Oh and the real biggie. Jesus is God in full nature -- embodied or otherwise.

STILL not working for me. STILL different language?

You keep saying that, when the truth is you're only focused on the left top outside of the lifesaver and blaming everyone else for not noticing we have a lifesaver.

We are the ones enjoying the whole of the Lifesaver. You're focusing on the left top outside part.

Let's take that to wet water, if you must. You're all excited abut the hydrogen atom. We're excited about the hydrogen atom, the other hydrogen atom, and the oxygen atom. Hydrogen isn't wet by itself. It needs to bond with two other parts to hit "wet." Meanwhile you keep saying we're the ones separating wet from water. Noper. We know the full of the water molecule, while you keep focusing on one aspect of it.

Repetition doesn't change the reality.

Lynn,

be assured that you are not alone in your discernment of what is going on here with some
posters, especially with those who 'excuse' themselves from a thread and in their next breath
'post-once-again', in the very threads that they positively excused themselves from!!!

their 'credibility' with us, is automatically gone,...if only they could see-read-discern, themselves,.
what a liberation would overcome them, and set them free and on a path of honesty and truth.

Well..that is not the truth...I have listened to those that I have posted sometime in the past and most often do before I post it too...as I say I have posted way more videos of other people's stuff then his...your malice towards him just stands out more when you see them.

Here is one I have posted a lot...more then anything - speaking of repenting...it's a goody!

It has been going on at least as long as I have been here. At first I thought only about half a year, since certain people joined, but then remembered Jason0047 and I think his name was KevinC; both have left one way or another, but they were both here when I joined, arguing what others called the legalistic side, due to their insistence on obedience to the revealed written Word of God and Jesus Christ.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh! That's what Jason was always talking about. I knew it was strange, something I disagreed with, but just couldn't pinpoint what was wrong with it.
