Debbie, start standing your ground. God gave everyone enough faith. Start speaking out. Say I don't have a spirit of fear. I don't have panic attacks. Say I am a child of God. I am healed. I am the rightousness of God. When I am weak God is strong. Pretty soon I will never have panic attacks ever again.
Say God loves me and he doesn't want me hurting like this.
