For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.-1 Corinthians 11:31

Here is the Judgment...God has declared the whole world guilty and has provided a Remedy...most have refused that Remedy...they remain judged.

Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil.
(Joh 3:18-19)

that the judgement will come, and its outcome made known.
that the only hope of salvation is seizing and clinging to the free gift of Christ's atoning sacrifice - that this hope is as sure as the everlasting faithfulness of God.
that we all have need of Him, and that it is by mercy in every case, for everyone, if we would but accept it - and let our judgement be complete in the cross, and redeemed in the empty tomb - lest it be before the throne, and we suffer His just condemnation on that day He returns to settle every matter.

okay guys thanks for the responses
People are dying all around me and I can't get to them fast enough to give them the gospel and some of them make it hard to give them the gospel.

I think God will ask two questions: Why should I let you into my kingdom? And: How many people did you bring?

I dred believing I'll hear the question, "Why didn't you witness to him or her?" And my response would be everyone's response: I didn't want to.

That is a good heart you have for sharing the gospel brother, I pray you never lose that desire. some people will simply reject the gospel, some people are entrenched in pride and accept the name Jesus, but refuse to let go of their understanding that is rooted deeply, and they make it hard for themselves to receive understanding of the gospel, some people will accept it with Joy and then lifes struggles will put out the flame...on and on. I just want to encourage you to not lose heart, if 1 person accepts the gospel of Jesus Christ because you spoke it to them, then there is a far greater value to your life . God bless you. about the day we face Christ to give our account there is no doubt. whether one calls it judgement or not. I know a picture He gives of that day and one of the standards He will use . did you feed the hungry, give water to the thirsty, clothe the naked, and invite the stranger. to me it is clearly a standard given By Christ. I believe in Grace. but I also believe that the meaning of many words have been lost words such as "faith" "belief" "Love" we are saved by faith and not works, yet the evidence of faith is the fruit it produces wich are good works done for the sake of others. if a person lives their life for themselves and says jesus is lord...to me that is not belief. if I believe something, I will do it. if I believe my child is in danger, I would act upon that belief. I fear that by losing the meaning of important words, we are left with empty words. I appreciate your good heart bro, God bless

That is one way to look at it, I guess. After all it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth. Like Jesus said, “Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?”

Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. (Joh 3:18-19)
For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all. Rom 11:32

That 's sufficient for me, how bout you all?

will we all be judged by the same standard?

Let's hope so...

Didn't want to? I think the answer is laziness yes but namely fear.
I went to a Bible study well a simple practical one of a man that has saved 2000 souls in 2 years with his small team by just healing people on the street. He said: Don't get it in your heart to go out without first getting the baptism in the Holy Spirit. Most preachers only say you have to and you have absolutely no idea how and feel guilty. This guy just calls you, encourages you, helps you, prays for baptism in the Spirit and does like Jesus taught his disciples: a show and tell ministry. The best leaders show how it's been done.

If you don't want to be called a lazy servant you can always pray for salvation and give money to those that do reach the lost.

I don't think that you are going to find many that think that the LORD God in the OT is the Jesus of the NT, or at least that was the responses I have gotten previously.

I would hesitate on judging another persons motives. I think he was pretty honest and forward in speaking a fear he has in His heart. I'm not sure, but do you know him? or have any other reason besides this short comment to say hes lazy in ministering to some people? The best leaders are out in the world helping people. they are providing food, clothing, shelter, kindness, encouragement, comfort ect. Jesus saves, anyone who tells of the gospel is no more than an instrument used by God to bring another into the knowledge of salvation. All glory goes to Jesus in all ways, eternally. giving money to some ministry wont save anyone either. Giving our selves to God allows Him to do much good. I find it interesting that what you chose to comment on was a small part of what was said, it has an appearance of someone who is looking to criticize another who belongs to and is Loved by Christ and also has a pretty apparent zeal for sharing Jesus with others. I would look to the minister you are talking about and do as he does...encourage , help, pray for...and do as Jesus taught, Love others in Him.

huh? I honestly don't understand your comment. but, now that you bring it up. There is only one God, the same in o.t. times and also new testament times as well as today and forever. and scripture is not unclear that Jesus Christ is One with Him and has always been and will always be One with Him. God bless you

James 3:1 Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.

Romans 2:12 All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.

Chalk it up to my unbelief but if the man saved them and healed them then look at how many people the Pope has saved and healed.
