Heresy would be like denying that Jesus is God. Just sayin'

Heresy is not just anything you misunderstand and think you disagree with.
Denying the gospel, doctrine and words of Jesus Christ is heresy. Also this is what we are specifically told to watch out for--->>>>

1 John 2:22
"Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son."

Christ is the anointed Word of God made flesh in Jesus, as I explained in that other post. Those who deny this Truth are in fact of that same spirit of antichrist.

Be the grace of God, I am a Saint because I believe.
I wish you luck if you are working your way to Heaven by keeping commandments.

And if you would quote all of those "in context"
You always find reasons to disagree with and totally reject the words of God, and you even try to find excuses to explain away the proof I provided by your own quotes that you are indeed spreading lies and heresy in these forums. Why this false doctrine and heresy is allowed to continue in this forum is beyond me? :)

The grace of God is given for the obedience of the faith, we are His workmanship created for good works.

Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Because my friend.....I am not rejecting the words of God - many of us here are rejecting your personal "application" of those words and that is not heresy nor lies no matter how much you want it to be.

Believing what Christ has done for us by grace through faith is the true Christian life. Depending on Jesus' finished work on the cross and resurrection is the whole Christian life. His blood and righteousness is what we believers live from.

We can trust the Holy Spirit in us for life and living now but that is all done by grace through faith too. The whole Christian life from start to finish is based on grace through faith in Christ and all that He has done and that we are now one spirit - joined as one spirit with Him.

We are new creations in Christ!

As I told you before, I believe every word of God, just not the rewording of scripture by men who do not understand the mysteries between God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ.

Again, here is what I believe--->>>
1 Corinthians 8:6
But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him;and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

If you believe the above is heresy, then you also are calling Jesus Christ and his holy apostles heretics. :)

No, the grace of God is given to sinners....because He loved us even in our sin

the obediance of faith is fruit and stems from acceptance of His grace personified in Jesus

@ISIT how is it that when you quote scripture it's truth but when anyone else does it's heresy?

Exactly. Obedience is our response to God's grace, not the cause of Gods grace.

Here is where I was drawing the above from....

Romans 1:4-5[SUP]4 [/SUP]And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

[SUP]5 [/SUP]By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:"

And here....

Ephesians 2:10
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."

Again, you people are rejecting the very words of God over your own spin on the words.

Because I actually quote the words of God, but they just speak in their own words like you just did in the above. :)

Romans 1:5 is talking about Paul receiving grace and apostleship to bring about obedience of faith to the gentiles. This was Paul's calling to preach Christ to the gentiles so that they would have obedience of faith in Christ alone for salvation and life.

Romans 1:5 (NASB)
[SUP]5 [/SUP] through whom we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the obedience of faith among all the Gentiles for His name's sake,

Obedience of faith is believing on Christ's finished work and not in our own self-righteousness/holiness. Even the law-keeping -holy living priests were told to be obedient of faith.

Acts 6:7 (NASB)
[SUP]7 [/SUP] The word of God kept on spreading; and the number of the disciples continued to increase greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were becoming obedient to the faith.

Romans 16:26 (NASB)
[SUP]26 [/SUP] but now is manifested, and by the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, has been made known to all the nations, leading to obedience of faith;

Doing good works does not make one "obedient of faith ". Good works are a fruit of the life of Christ being expressed in and through us. It is His fruit bearing on us the branches because we are in the Vine.

[h=1]Romans 16:17-27[/h] [SUP]17 [/SUP]Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

[SUP]18 [/SUP]For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

[SUP]19 [/SUP]For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.

[SUP]20 [/SUP]And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
[SUP]21 [/SUP]Timotheus my workfellow, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my kinsmen, salute you.
[SUP]22 [/SUP]I Tertius, who wrote this epistle, salute you in the Lord.
[SUP]23 [/SUP]Gaius mine host, and of the whole church, saluteth you. Erastus the chamberlain of the city saluteth you, and Quartus a brother.
[SUP]24 [/SUP]The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
[SUP]25 [/SUP]Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
[SUP]26 [/SUP]But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:

[SUP]27 [/SUP]To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen."

Obedience of faith is believing on Christ's finished work
Your heretical doctrine makes a total disconnect between Christ's imputed righteousness and your own disobedience. That's why you think wilful sinners, even practicing homosexuals are still saved despite practicing willfull sinning. News flash.....Your under strong delusion, willfully sinning is not obedience of the faith, and neither is it a reflection of Christ's righteousness being manifest in that person.

Romans 6:16
Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

1 Corinthians 14:34
Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

2 Corinthians 10:6
And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

Notice YOUR OBEDIENCE HAS TO BE FULFILLED. :)
