Worship is a bowing down--- a posturing of Position to humble one's self to acknowledge God's sovereignty to show Him honor and respect -----it puts God first in our lives ---worship is the foundation for true Servanthood ----

Giving Praise is to be thankful for all the Blessings God has bestowed on us ----we are to praise God even in our worst circumstance -----Praise is an outward expression of our gratitude for all that He has done for us ---- praise can be seen as a sacrifice to God -----

Hebrews 13:15 AMPCE
15 Through Him, therefore, let us constantly and at all times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of lips that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His name.

Praise is an aspect of worship. It is an expression of thankfulness but also includes an acknowledgement of His attributes and works and ascribes to Him the glory due His name.

Praise and worship go hand-in-hand for sure. For me, praise is an expression of my joy and gratitude to our loving God. Worship is an expression of reverence and awe.

While I don't have biblical references at hand, I have come to view the terms as largely overlapping, though worship can be wordless whereas praise uses specific words (not necessarily expressed aloud).

Related to that, I don't hold that "praise and worship" is the musical part of a service, or that "worship" is the quieter portion thereof.

worship means that Christians think, speak & act towards God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit in a way of respect, admiration, gratitude, etc., because the three who are one, is our God, the only omniscient, omnipotent & omnipresent God. Praise means we give the Lord thanks, blessing, admiration, pronounce His Holy Name, proclaim praise as a daily reminder to our communication to the Lord.
