Hello fellow Believers,

I would like to address the oft brought up subject of the trinity of God.

First we should consider that the word God is a generic word, not in the original
hebrew bible, but rather added later in the english bibles.

This has caused some consternation in modern Christianity.

But made simple the word God should be thought of as three personalities.

YHVH - Jesus - Holy Spirit

Now we can say God and mean Jesus or The Holy Spirit,
such as God within us. And there is no rule that we should only say God and
mean YHVH or any particular of the triune.

Sometimes people say -
"Who then was Jesus praying to when he prayed?" Simple, he was praying to
YHVH.

Its really as simple as that, we can get into the technicalities of
definition from hebrew to english and proper names. But for the sake of simplicity
thats it.

I will add some biblical references to support this, as should anyone if they
desire to make biblical comments that people may disagree with. So you can see I'm
not making "Wild assertions."

John 14:9 - "Jesus saith unto him, have I been so long time with you, and
yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father;
and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?"

2 Cor. 4:4 - "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them
which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the
image of God, should shine unto them."

Col. 1:15 - "Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:"

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.

1 John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word,
and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

There my friends.

Jesus Christ is God, one with Father and the Holy Spirit.

But YHVH is no biblical name even if they tell you the contrary!
Jesus Christ is the great I AM.
The four letter tetragrammaton called YHVH is a masonic counterfeit.
You can find in masonic, occult, black magic and kabbalistic writings.

Please do not let anybody deceive you!

the name YHWH or yahweh appears all over the bible... anywhere you see LORD in capital letters...or GOD in capital letters depending on which bible translation you are using...the original hebrew name there is YHWH

Have you ever used a Hebrew / Greek / English concordance in your personal bible studies? You should try it some time. :)

English: God
Hebrew: El
Greek: Theos

These are all generic. None is a specific name. They refer to a class of being.
The divine name -- YHWH (Yahweh, Jehovah) is a particular name for the whole godhead (ie, trinity).
It is not limited to the Father only.

Many English version mimic the Greek Septuagint by substitution.
The Septuagint often replaced YHWH with Theos and when brought into English they used LORD rather than Lord or lord.

Reading a Bible that uses Yahweh instead of LORD is rather weird at first as well. But the NJB, JB and ASV are the only Bibles I know of that use Yahweh or Jehovah consistently.

How can Jesus be the Son and the Father at the same time? If God is the Father then he must have a son right? Jesus is not God, He is the SON of God. When it says that the Father has appointed his son heir, how can he appoint himself heir?
Isaiah 63:16 "....You, O Lord, are our Father, our Redeemer from of old is Your name."
Jer 3:19 "....And I said, 'You shall call Me, My Father,"

Now, the connection
Jer 2:13 For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken Me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.
Joh 4:10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

Jesus didn't come out and claim to be God, He just claimed the titles of God and did what only God can do. By claiming the titles of God and doing what God does, that makes Him God.

James it is actually real easy to see how God is one.... And you ay three personalities. Never. God has ONE peronality... Holy Father in all Glory! Now here in what teh Bible teach...

Jesus as Father, is God in all His Glory.

Jesus as Son is Jesus in flesh. Jesus in flesh and the Son of God is in only a part the Fahter's Glory. (a lesser part of the great Glory of God). Look what Jesus pryed in John 17.... Father (greater Glory of God in heaven) glorify thy Son, with THINE OWN SELF with the GLORY I HAD BEFORE THE WORLD was... This clearly indicates that Jesus as Father (God in Spirit in heaven) has more GLORY than Jesus as Man (God in flesh on earth).

So now we know how Jesus as Man and Jesus as Father God are different, yet the same and ONE! If God wants to be God with us in flesh, God cannot fit all His Glory in a fleshly body. But if He does fill that flesh with Glory and Holy Spirit, then God can live in flesh.... Jesus Christ the MAN that walked with us was Emmanuel... God with us in flesh.

Now the Holy Spirit.... God is Spirit... John 4:24... And Jesus is a MAN born of that Spirit, that is why He and the Father are ONE!
Spirit = the LIFE in a SOUL... God's soul and spirit will reveal His Charactor (personality) And since Jesus was the MAN God made from the Holy Spirit, that will be 100% what God is like in flesh. Whenever God fills flsh wth His Spirit, Jesus will be the result. So if God fills me with His Spirit, this body of mine will live EXACTLY like Jesus did when that flesh of Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit can only be ONE Spirit. And that is again the Spirit of God HIMSELF in flesh when He moves into my flesh. God in all His Glory in Spirit is God our Lord. And God in me, in the glory Jesus had is again a SON OF GOD in flesh. And that is how we are made children of God, BORN OF GOD, by the Spirit HE GAVE US... And that is how we know WE ARE IN HIM AND HE IN US.... Be the SPIRIT he given us... 1 John 3:24... And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

I read this and it is very interesting and something I want to study further. But I am trying to fit one scripture into this theory and it isn't making sense...

Mark 12:29 "And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:"

That would make Lord and God the same being. Not God and Lord seperate?
John 1

King James Version (KJV)

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

[SUP]2 [/SUP]The same was in the beginning with God.

[SUP]3 [/SUP]All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

[SUP]4 [/SUP]In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

[SUP]14 [/SUP]And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

John 16:27-29

King James Version (KJV)

[SUP]27 [/SUP]For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

[SUP]28 [/SUP]I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.

[SUP]29 [/SUP]His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb.

John 17:11
And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

Wrong, sometimes and more towards the end of the OT it is "Adonai" Meaning the Word of the Lord. Which is Jesus.
