Looks like Paul believed in rebuking people(looks like Paul disagrees with you, hmm), maybe you should adjust your false belief systems according to your claimed Apostle Paul's?
1Tim 5:20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.
2Tim 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
Titus 1:13 This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;
Titus 2:15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
All you are doing is MOCKING church discipline and obedience, calling it "hypocrisy". This is the reason churches are no better than the world today and we are looked at as hypocrites.

Yes, Paul does teach when it is appropriate to rebuke, it is not without scripture to follow clearly....I have never claimed that Paul was deficient in his application of rebuke....He did it in such a way, worthy for all of us to follow. Here is a passage where he demonstrates...
1 Corinthians 5 King James Version (KJV)
5 It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife.
2 And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.
Notice he says “not even something the gentiles would tolerate”. This is obvious, a man was sleeping with his fathers wife, and the church was puffed up with arrogance, and did not even mourn the event, glorying in it...Have you personally dealt with this in your church? Incest? Fornication so bad, that it is not even tolerated amoung the gentiles?
Paul is clearly emphasizing that this is “in the open” and has become something wicked...Fornication has always followed “idols”, make no mistake, a Pastor would need to handle this quickly......obviously Hevo, even the wicked like me and others that follow Paul’s epistles have our limitations.....
I’ll go on to clarify what I believe, through reading scripture, a process of rebuke may look like.....it’s ok Hevo, even though scripture does not support your desire to rebuke, in the fullness you have demonstrated..you are not left without a side arm, for those that would openly and clearly mock your congregation with fornication on this level...you can keep your 22 cal. So...Mary is a member of the local church for 6 years now, she is very successful, she drives a nice car, has made many friends in her congregation, and a Facebook profile to prove it. One day, Mary stopped at a gas station to refuel. As she stood at the pump, she looked over and noticed a new member, Tim, walking into the convenient store, just as she finished pumping gas, Tim walks out with some goods he purchased, Mary walks over to greet him, “Hi Tim, how are you? we missed you in church last week!” and notices that through the thin bag, she can make out the word “Budweiser”........
