I would agree about the parable of the sower, and the stages of transformation by the word of God.

1 Peter 5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

I love that section in 1 Peter 5:6-11!!! God tells us over and over again that we are going to go through suffering, affliction, persecution, etc., etc. And He always encourages us to stay the course ... to remain steadfast in faith and unmovable and He also tells us that while we are going through our trials and tribulations, that He is working inwardly in us to perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle us. I love that God works in us in times of distress. What a loving Father we have!!!

It's easy to say I'm not conformed to the world because I don't agree with it.
Many are conformed already because they are brainwashed by their govt. & the media.
We should never forget that these decent-sounding people we come into agreement with are mostly going to Hell for their sins.
That's one of the reasons we are to watch as well as pray.

Heard a very powerful teaching and thought of this part of the verse in romans 12:2
Before I reveal who and what was said I would like to have some saints give what they believe the meaning of it is.
I think we all could learn a little something that needs to be corrected. I certainly did.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, romans 12:2

You are your worst enemy.It's one of my favorite verse's as well.In the fight between what is good and evil.It's your mind and body.You are in control of what goes in or out.

In 1975 billy graham gave a sermon to the navajo reservation and said that the early missionary christians along with the united states government made a great mistake in there endever to reach out and convert the native american.
The preaching of the gospel should never include conformity but we should pray for transformity.

This message of conformity is included today among many along with the gospel.....it shouldn't be.
It separates, it causes confusion, it brings anger and resentment toward the word of God.
As the old saying goes "catch the fish jesus will clean them."

The native americans were told to cut there hair, to stop dancing, to stop using there native language.
Forcing them to go to white schools, dressing them in what was then proper attire.
The rejecting of the gospel was in full force with many native tribes.
As many viewed that God hated the red man.

40 yrs After the sermon was preached a great revival took place and still is taking place across the reservations.
They had taken their beliefs and compared them with the story of the gospel. There they found profound similarities of there costom practice.

The documentary came be found on Netflix..... The awakening...the great nation.

Recently I watched Netflix's "Saints and Strangers," based on the journals of William Bradford, who arrived in America on the Mayflower in 1620, and was the governor of the settlement at Plymouth for more than thirty years. Unlike many others, his dealings with the indigenous peoples was largely honorable and above reproach. As a Puritan separatist, he had previously left England in 1607 due to religious persecution, since he believed the Church of England ought to eliminate all vestiges of Roman Catholic practices, and that this would result in a purer Christian church. Unfortunately to this day, we see evidence of these vestiges.

Thank you saint will do. I believe what the bible says that God has called all nations, kindred , and tribes of all tongues to believe in the son of God. What we call pagan in many beliefs may be just mis understood teaching carried down through time.
One of the most striking comments in the program was a dakota practice of hanging yourself from a tree in order to get more spiritual...the comment was "now we don't have to as we see jesus already done that for us. Brought tears to my eyes to say the least.
It is mentioned in the program many times about unity....to come as one....how profound is that.
Israel and china's church has visited many times to the native americans .
Never thought I would see a native american with wearing a prayer cloth and blowing a shofar over the land as a means to call assembly. Of a native american speaking hebrew to a messanic jew.

and perhaps you find God, and I trust that any native American that sought after God with their whole heart came to know the vanity of the doctrines and commandments of men.
Just as we ourselves are to find Him. Jesus makes us free with His truth. We grow from glory to glory as we serve Him, and that's serving each other as He asked and He did Himself.

Shamanism and syncretism... oy, both make me a little uncomfortable for different reasons, but it is wonderful when anyone is saved regardless of ethnic, geographic, or religious/spiritual background

It is largely Arabic and Hebrew spoken but has some English, and of course subtitles are included It is very realistic having been created and penned by Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff, drawing on their experiences in the Israel Defense Forces. I was introduce to Lior Raz from seeing "Hit and Run" which also takes place in Israel In 2016, Fauda took six awards, including Best Drama Series, at the Israeli Academy Awards. The New York Times voted Fauda among the best international shows of 2017. In 2018, the show took 11 Israeli TV Academy Awards, including best TV drama, best actor for Lior Raz, and also best screenplay, casting, cinematography, recording, special effects and in other categories. It is quite suspenseful

So as I was meditating on the difference of conform and transform seeking God's meanings it happened...the visit from the mormons.... usually I chase them away but the Lord spoke to me to speak to them.
I asked them ....what are there thought on conformity? They assured me that there only entrest was to serve Christ.
This was as all three with name tags, fresh hair cuts, white shirts, and dress pants stood before me and tried to explain how Jesus came to north america after his assendion.
I pointed out that this was not anywhere in the scriptures but they assured me their prophets told the truth.
I told them if you are truly seeking the truth with all your heart then God will reveal to you the truth.
But no Christ did not visit the americas afterwards regardless of your so called prophets say.
Needless to say ...short visit.😊😊😊

I love to have background knowledge of the what ifs that are brought up in conversations.
Also how God moves through times and events.😱😱😱 I believe it increases a better understanding of the father's heart.
