Spiritual warfare

Ephesians 6:10 Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.

We can learn a lot about spiritual warfare by looking at some great examples of warriors that the Lord has given us. Let's begin with 3 great boxers: Rocky Marciano, Mike Tyson, and Mohammed Ali. In every case what made these guys great was not their size or power but rather their ability to avoid getting hit. Don't be strong in yourself, don't be strong in the strength of your might. Ali was famous for dancing and keeping his head out of reach. Ali had a longer reach than most of his opponents and he used that. Tyson was shorter than all his opponents so he took a very different approach, it was a peek-a-boo style. Stay behind the bible verses and then pop out with a punch and then duck back down behind the bible verse. Rocky Marciano was also the same in that he was very difficult to hit. In all three cases even though they looked completely different in style the one similarity is they were very hard to hit.

11 Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Dive into the word, especially look at Jesus and the apostles. They will teach you about "the whole armor" of God. If you are going against an inexperienced boxer you will know it immediately because they aren't concerned with defense. But when you get into the ring with an experienced boxer it is not good enough to be hard to hit, you have to have "the whole armor". You need footwork, you need an elusive style, you need to understand angles, you need to understand combinations and you need to understand the basic laws of physics that every action will result in an equal and opposite reaction.

12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world-rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

You are no match for the real enemy, but conversely they are no match for Jesus. So then be strong in the Lord, hide in Him, put on all the armor from Him, stand in the strength of His might. The blood of Jesus is your most powerful covering so pray to appreciate that more and more every day. The blood of Christ terrifies the enemy.

13 Wherefore take up the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.

The purpose is to stand in the evil day, not to run and hide. Note that often you must first withstand the enemies attacks which will often be a surprise. You have to be in a state of readiness at all times to withstand a surprise attack and having done that to stand. When you get attacked do not run, and when it stops do not think "please go and hit someone else" rather that is the time to return the blows. The best time to throw a punch is after the enemy has thrown his best punch.

14 Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth

This is step 1. Know that you have spoken the truth. The enemy will call you a liar, attack your credibility, and it is crucial to know that you are standing on the truth. Do not make up stuff, do not embelish, as much as is possible stick to the word of God. What many preachers do is completely avoid talking about current events because if you only speak the word of God it is much safer. That to me is pointless. People want the word of God to shine a light on their path today.

and having put on the breastplate of righteousness

The second kind of attack will be against any unrighteousness that you have committed. Mike Lindell is an excellent example, he used to be a crack addict and had all the sins associated with that addiction. However, he confessed, he repented, and he has the fruits of repentance trying to help others get free from addiction. When he was accused of being a paranoid because of his previous addiction his response was "by saying that you condemn all former addicts". Yes we are sinners, but you confess, you repent, you take the Lord's blood to wash you of your sins and you have the fruit of righteousness. Do that and you will have the breastplate of righteousness.

15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

We are not preaching the gospel of condemnation or of self righteousness or of holier than thou. We are preaching the gospel of peace. Peace with God and peace with man. If you preach that gospel your feet will be well protected from snakes and scorpions. Interestingly Paul calls this "the preparation of the gospel of peace". How do you prepare for this gospel? You tell them that Jesus is the savior, you tell them He can save you from your sins, His blood washes away all the stain, you need to receive Jesus as Lord in your life, confess your sins, repent of them, and then be baptized into the triune God, dyed with the same color as Jesus.

16 withal taking up the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.

How do you do that? Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Read the word, pray over the word, fellowship with others concerning the word, sing the word, and be filled with the word.

17 And take the helmet of salvation,

Notice we have completely covered up our body as long as we are facing the enemy. This means he only has one place left to attack and that is our head, our mind. You need to wear a helmet to protect from a shot to the head. You need the full assurance of salvation. That is not the "once saved always saved" despicable teaching of the apostate church. How do we know that we are saved? We do the things that Jesus commanded us. We love our neighbor as ourself, we take in His word daily, we do not forsake the assembling of ourselves together, we confess our sins. The Lord said if you love Him you will do what He says. That is how you put on the helmet of salvation. The Lord told you to take up your cross and follow Him. If you are carrying your cross and following the Lord then you know that you have the helmet of salvation on your head.

and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

Only at this point do you pick up the sword of the Spirit. Everyone wants a ministry. How many have we seen come roaring out the gate only to get struck down after a year or two. They picked up the sword before they learned how to avoid getting hit and how to protect themselves. Ali was not known as "bonecrusher" they said "he stung like a bee". Tyson was said to not hit that hard, more like a corvette, Rocky Marciano was also not about destroying you with his power but rather avoiding punches till he could get the perfect shot. Learn from them.

Like a bear robbed of her cubs

Hosea 13:8 Like a bear robbed of her cubs, I will attack them and rip them open; like a lion I will devour them— a wild animal will tear them apart.

The tribulation will be "like a bear robbed of her cubs". I have heard they are forcing people in some countries to get the vaccine otherwise they will hit them with a $20,000 fee. Kids are being forced to be vaccinated. And yet, the death rate from those who are vaccinated is up 50 fold. Israel, one of the most vaccinated countries in the world with a complete digital system for tracking everyone's health has seen a very large spike in myocarditis, heart attacks and strokes associated with the vaccine and not associated with Covid19. Everything about this Uvalde shooting of 19 kids and 2 teachers smacks of a false flag event. It seems impossible that this 18 year old kid did this on his own. It seems someone provided the money to buy everything he had, someone damaged the door so that it wouldn't lock and someone kept the police from storming the school for 40 minutes. Abortion has killed over 60 million, this vaccine is causing miscarriages to spike dramatically among women in the military. We may not know all the facts, but God does. There will be a reckoning.

Elohim Reveals the Rapture by Holy Spirit to his servants!

Ecclesiastes 1:9. The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. 10. Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.

Since the thing that has been will be we expect examples of the rapture that we could refer to. Jesus talked about Noah entering the ark and Lot being rescued from Sodom. Enoch and Elijah would be examples, the Lord's ascension would be another example.

Ecclesiastes 3:15. That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.

God requires certain things. God required Abraham’s prayers, He also required that Abraham be told and God required Noah to preach the gospel for 120 years and Noah was told what was going on. In both cases Abraham knew ahead of time when the judgement on Sodom would come and Noah knew a week beforehand when the flood would come. Elijah and Elisha knew the day that Elijah would be raptured.

John 13:19. Now I tell you before it come, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I am he.

This is why we must speak concerning the rapture in our gospel. Surely Noah did. The enemy is not going to allow a “come to Jesus” moment after the pre tribulation rapture. You have to tell people before Satan has a chance to twist the story into some kind of “close encounters of the third kind” story.

Matthew 24:35. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 36. But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

God, the Father does know. We should ignore the words of man on this as well as their logic and all the other things that they say. We should also ignore the words of angels. For example the books of Enoch are considered genuine by the apostles as they referenced it several times in the New Testament but they don’t have special insight. There are also fallen angels as well that we should ignore. No, what we should do “as we see the day approaching” is look up. God the Father can give us the word that we need at the time we need it.

1 Corinthians 2:10. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

I feel there are a lot of deep things that are to be revealed concerning the end of this age, the least of which is the date. I like to compare this to a final exam for school. You can go the entire year without knowing the date. During the first few months of school the date of the exam in June is trivial. What is important are the things you are learning at the time. If someone thinks that knowing the date will somehow help them they could be terribly mistaken. That said the Lord talked about “those that love His appearing” and commanded that we watch. This is why I feel it will be very tough on those who are pan tribulationists (“it will all pan out in the end”).

Amos 3:6. Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the Lord hath not done it? 7. Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Do you think we had WWII, the holocaust, 9/11, the Gulf War, the Mortgage meltdown or a hoast of other huge events these last two thousand years and the Lord hadn’t done it? Consider the pandemic, some argue that we have had other pandemics (Black plague, Spanish flu) before. They even argued that this one was far less severe (foolish since the Spanish Flu took place over several years and they were saying this after several months). It is true that we have had two or three major pandemics in the last two thousand years, but this is the one and only time the entire world operated as though there were one world government and shut down the economy. That has never happened before, unless you wish to compare an economy to a river, then the only time this happened previously was when the Israelites crossed the river Jordan. Therefore it is contrary to the word of God to think that God is not behind this pandemic or that this pandemic is not revealed in the word of God. If you do open the word and ask “where is the pandemic revealed” then obviously it is the book of Joel and this signals that the day of the Lord is near.

John 14:29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.

Isaiah 46:9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, 10. Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

God declares the end from the beginning. We can look at the beginning of the Bible to see the end of man. We can look at the beginning of Jesus’ ministry to see the end. This is a key principle.

Revelation 3:3 Remember therefore how thou has received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

He doesn’t say “remember what thou hast received” but rather “remember how thou hast received”. The Lord can give us a fresh and new word when we need it. For two thousand years Christians have done just fine not knowing how the calendar worked. Seventh Day Adventists have been preaching that you need to keep the Sabbath day and yet didn’t even know when the Sabbath was. Paul said don’t let anyone judge you for this because keeping those days and that calendar were not part of our covenant. However, Paul also said that those days were a shadow of things to come, so as the day approached we needed to understand and as a result we have been on a short learning curve concerning the various Old Testament feasts and how to calculate the day. We were commanded to keep the Lord’s table and were told “whenever you keep it” indicating that there is no judgement on us for not knowing when the Lord’s day is.

1 Thessalonians 5:1 But of the times and seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon then, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 5. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

9. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ.

These verses really bring home the point that knowing the day or the hour is the least important thing. If you knew a thief were coming there are things you need to do to prepare. If you don’t prepare knowing the thief is coming may not help and in fact could make things worse. This term “the day of the Lord” does not simply mean the pre tribulation rapture. Rather the day of the Lord refers to a whole host of things, judgement on all, the establishment of His kingdom, the wedding, etc. The day of the Lord is likened to the birth of a child. When a baby is born there is a lot of blood and guts. The baby will be caught up and taken to the nursery while everything else will go into the trash and be burned. But look at this verse, can you imagine a pregnant woman who is nine months pregnant not realizing that the day of the birth is approaching? She doesn’t know the day or the hour but she is supposed to be watching and ready, just like a pregnant woman who knows it could be any minute. Suppose a pregnant woman had been clueless, had not been going to the doctor, had been eating and drinking with the profligate in the world, what would you think of her? That is the analogy the Lord has given us for “you don’t know the day or the hour” and “you are not in darkness that that day would overtake you as a thief”. You have to prepare for a baby otherwise that day will overtake you as a thief. In this context “we are not of the night but of the day” and “we have not been appointed to wrath but unto salvation”.

What happens when you replace the Good Shepherd with a sociopath?

The 9th of AV is August 6th. That is the date that the AntiChrist should be revealed/released. Therefore I would expect a war to precede his release and to aid in his "being a rider on a white horse" promising peace and security.

I also suspect that this "security" has a lot to do with the man made shortages and so called 70 days of wheat left which will supposedly run out by the end of July. If you look at production worldwide it does not appear to be as dire as they are saying, so the way i understand this is like taking a hose and crimping it so the water doesn't come out and then saying we have an emergency, no water. The supply chain issues are the globalists crimping the hose so that there is a crisis which will be the ideal situation to bring in their "man of the hour".

Not only so but he gives articles showing that the food is being sent to underground bunkers by the DHS preparing for a war. If you are going to justify stage 5 martial law in the US there must be an attack to convince people. Now that we have the internet and a cyber economy we don't need places like NYC with their high density population. The location of these cities is ideal, but what do you do about the masses of people living there and the "useless eaters" who do jobs that you can easily replace with AI and robots? Nuke em! This would allow you to seize complete control while removing tens of millions of people who would only riot and loot anyway. This is what happens when people reject the Good Shepherd and choose a sociopath to be their shepherd.

Let's reiterate:

Jesus is the savior, He has seen this coming, He has warned us, and the Bible tells us there is salvation in no other name.

But, what about...

1. Joseph's kitchen selling the packages to make bread? I bought one of these and it is great. I did not buy this so I could "hunker down" during the tribulation. That will not be an option. I bought it because it makes very healthy bread and the price cannot be beat. As a result it is a "inflation buster". They can double the price of food at the grocery store and I will be just fine.

2. EMP shields? Did not buy this. My thinking is this. If I put this on my car so it continues to work, will it make any difference? Only if all the gas stations continue to work, and if all the trucks that supply the gas stations continue to work, and if all the power stations between the depots that fill up the trucks with gas and my gas station are located. If it is as bad as they say none of that would be true. Also, if the city is filled with rioting and looting who wants to drive into all that, stop at a gas station, get out and try and fill up your gas? Also, I will not be getting the mark so they won't allow me to buy or sell anyway, what is the point?

So yes, I have braced myself so that I can continue speaking up to the rapture and beyond (if I am left behind). But my trust, my hope, and my plan of salvation are Jesus.

I would hate to be a Christian who is at Disney world when the rapture takes place.

The message from Pastor Sandy was "don't go swimming in the waters, they are infested with sharks"

He makes some very interesting points about a thief having to make restitution. So, yes there are those who gave their soul legally and knowingly to Satan. However, if Satan is caught stealing he must repay 7 fold, not just the souls that were stolen but even more those that weren't. So then, this is just a guess, but I suspect during the millenial reign many who are destined to the lake of fire will be released. This is why Satan will be able to mount another rebellion.

For example, how do you refine silver? You melt it down and skim off the slag. Now that slag will have silver in it. So then you take that slag, crush it, melt it down, and skim the slag off that a second time. There will be people who are incapable of receiving Christ so even though they are released they will be making a deal with Satan again.

He does make a good case for this idea, and it is certainly consistent with a God of mercy who does not want any to perish.

The Weapons of our warfare

World history since the cross of Christ has been about the battle between the kingdom of the heavens and powers of this world.

When the economic system based on slavery in the US collapsed we had a civil war. Slave holders used every lie and artifice to justify their cruelty and criminality. The collapse was due to a large extent with the industrial revolution starting a new economy. You could see this as a victory for the gospel but also it was two steps forward and one step back. Likewise we have seen the collapse of the Feudal system in Europe. In part this was due to the bible being printed resulting in revivals and the powers that be being shaken. WWI and WWII were the reset for a new economy. First we saw a communist revolution in Russia followed by Nazis in Germany protecting the Aristocracy from communism. Interestingly the other enemy of the Aristocracy were the Jews who had created international trade, foreign exchange and a capitalist system that undermined their power. What we are seeing is a battle between the 90% and the 1%. Every 50-70 years we are seeing a reset in the world order. We have seen the gospel move forward, first with the printing press, then the radio, TV and now internet. At the same time we see the corruption of the gospel with the apostasy and Hollywood.

During the height of the imperial powers the navy decided who was king. "Might makes right". When kings ruled it was "the law of the land". Whoever owned the land made the laws. This is why those who owned land were called "Lords". After WWII capitalism dominated the landscape and it was the "golden rule", "whoever has the gold makes the rules". Fifty years ago Nixon got us off the gold standard and we went to a fiat currency. You could say that it was based on the faith in the US government, but in reality they were "petrol dollars". You couldn't buy oil without using dollars. But now we are coming to "climate change" which is really an energy change. If no one needs oil and gas anymore then no one needs dollars anymore. The bottom line is that you need something of value to make your currency valuable.

So then what does the US have? We used to have manufacturing, but that has been sent abroad. We used to have gold but that was 50 years ago. The one thing we do have is agriculture, but there is nothing unique about that. We used to have the biggest market in the world, but not anymore. We are 5% of the world's population and our influence as a market is diminishing rapidly. Multinational corporations may have started in the US but they have no allegiance to us, instead they are focused solely on profit and earnings.

No, the only thing the US has that the rest of the world doesn't is a desirable place to live and work. That has been under attack. Antifa riots, LGBTQ laws, CRT, inflation, throwing the borders open to immigrants, all this is designed to destroy the US as a light set on a hill for other nations. The only thing the US had was the gospel, they were a country dedicated to the belief that all men were created equal. If you lose the gospel you lose everything.

The reason the world has moved towards freedom over the last two thousand years is because of the gospel, because of the word of God, because of our faith in the Lord Jesus. If you abandon that you lose everything.

What a shame, right when the corrupt leaders and oligarchs have been exposed. They have looted Social Security. Every dollar we pay in taxes has gone through their hands. They are no longer acting as servants for the people but rather an elite class that rules the people. The plan is very simple: absolute power. Imagine people are like cattle. They decide if you live or if they sell you to market. They decide when to thin the herds. If we go to a system where the government pays everything then the government has maximum motivation to eliminate retirees. If you are no longer productive you are simply a drain on the economy.

Think of our biggest problems -- Social Security is bankrupt. That is no longer a problem if all retired people were to die. Climate change would no longer be a problem if 7 billion people were to die (a stated goal of the 1% is to reduce world population to 500 million). It cannot be any clearer than this, the battle we are seeing is between the kingdom of heaven and the spirit of this age, between life and death, darkness and light.

2Corinthians 10:4 (for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the casting down of strongholds);

How do you cast down the strongholds?

The strongholds are the imaginations of man's mind and everything that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. Share Jesus, share His love, His sacrifice, His redemptive work, His forgiveness. Share your testimony of being saved, transformed, lifted up out of prison to sin. Bring every thought into the obedience of Christ, first your thoughts, and then share with others how they can bring their thoughts. Once your obedience is made full you will be in a position to take up the sword of the spirit to avenge all disobedience.
