Do you believe that? But then most of you believe the answer lies in the Bible.
Reading the Bible can trigger more questions than answers. But sometimes it answers very clearly. If only the truth were as easy to see as people say.
I believe many answers lie within. Because God is there. When we have "fruitful suffering" sometimes the course of action required becomes clearer. Other times other people can provide the answer. There are wiser people out there than me Ive discovered. 😂

The Bible teaches me to keep going back to it. Its full of people making mistakes and the consequences are there for all to see.Gods mercy is always available should we choose to humbly admit we screwed up. But that can be hard. Its easier to blame others. And lets face it. Admitting you screwed up is going to make you a target if you tell others. People love playing the high and mighty sage adviser. It takes their mind off their own sin. We all want to escape the feeling of our own imperfection.

You don't necessarily have to tell others that you screwed up unless it is to say that you're sorry if you wronged them in some way. I no that I am not a perfect person and have no desire to escape the feeling of my own imperfection. God may indeed still have mercy and compassion on someone who has yet to admit they screwed up. After all, Jesus died on the cross for our sins while we were still sinners. My counsel is to simply confide in God any shortcomings and not tell anyone else.

Our imperfections reveal themselves gradually on a forum like this. Just by the way we respond to other posters. the way we communicate.

When we really hear the word of God it connects to God in us.
Thats why reading the Bible can really take us to a holy place. It triggers the sacred space in us.

The Jesuits and Karl Rahner believe that God is in all things. Not just the Bible . We encounter God in nature, in animals and in other people. We need to notice when God is present in our lives.
