You know sometimes life throws us some curve balls, like the baseball game playing, throwing, catching, running with the goal of making it to home plate...it can be troubling to be still and not get ahead of God and His leading, but when we let God direct us at least we will know we are in His will and plain for our lives. Like when our health needs some tending to I find myself at times not waiting on the Lord and running ahead and trying to figure things out on my own, so now God has slowed me down to be able to listen getting back into His peace. I know I trust God yet why do I find myself being in a tizzy at times the unknown, the changes that can happen in our lives, body's etc. Its like 1 test after another seeing how I go through seeing and knowing God is faithful yet in my frailty God has mercy, in my unsettled spirit the Lord brings rest. Wow how I need you Abba my God to make a home run in the game of life, you are my coach Father in that I know life goes on and you make it all worth living, because I know Father your with me on this journey.
Isaiah 40:29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Psalm 18:1....I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
Psalm 18:2....The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
Psalm 18:32....It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.
Psalm 22:19....But be not thou far from me, O Lord: O my strength, haste thee to help me.
Psalm 27:14....Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord. Love in Christ Sherril....
