I was walking through Walmart one day and saw a soldier walk past a family with two young boys (like 5 and 7 or something). The older brother pulled his younger brother aside and I just barely heard him say "Look out Benny, it's a warrior!" Too awesome.

LOL! my brother is christopher michael too... he called himself topher before he could talk properly. He's a pretty wonderful guy so i'm inclined to think the same about you (also based on some of your posts in here):)

Laura's niece is here visiting...and she's playing with the guinea pig. Well, she was picking it up and swinging it's bottom legs back and forth. Her mom was like what are you doing, Sophie?? She said, "Mommy he's shaking his bum bum!" I almost died of laughter...

My friend brought her 2-year-old over to my house a few months ago, and she let him play with my rabbit. My rabbit's name is Stormy, but for some reason he kept calling her Sugar. I thought it was cute. :)

One day, I walked into the living room to see my second youngest son (3 yrs old at the time) jump off the back of the couch on to the cushions landing on his bottom and bouncing off the couch.
I exclaimed, "son you may not jump on daddy's furniture!"
Looking a little perplexed he said, "But Dad, I said to infinity and beyond."
Which indeed he had done.
I chuckled. What could I say except, Buzz is not allowed on my couch.

My son asked me "where is papa Jesus?"

and i replied
"His in heaven! someday papa Jesus will come down from heaven, and will fetch us and take us to his kingdom in heaven."

my son replied
" Where is heaven?"

"up there in the sky." me smiling

" in the sky?, we can't go up there?"

About a year ago, my brother and his family were in town. My neice, Megan, is a pretty smart little girl, anyway... u know, for a five year old. She's always got something smart, and cute to say, like "I'm a pretty little princess." She is, and she knows it! Anyhow, the last day they were here, she looked right at my mom, and said very seriously, "I'm you, grandma, and youre me." When my mom was speechless, she said it again..."I am. I'm you, and youre me." Now, I dunno what she meant, she does look like my mom a little, but I dunno if thats what was going on in her little head or not!? Still, I thought it was a pretty cool, strange thing for a little girl to say! :)

Aww, that was really sweet of him. The saddest thing ever, and it broke my heart to pieces was when that beanie baby craze was going on. My brother was about 3-4 and he LOOOVED monkeys. So my mom took him to the store to get him a beanie baby monkey. He found the last one in the bin and was so happy. Mom said to look some more to see if he found another one he liked, so he put the monkey down by his foot. Some grown, adult lady came by and SNATCHED the monkey from him, and took off to the register. My brother just sort of looked down and looked at her and said, "My monkey..."

To this day, still hold a little bit of resentment in my heart towards that woman.
That breaks my heart. The things some people do.

The other day my 5 year old was throwing a fit in the car (BIG TIME!!). I have a low tolerance for that lol (they have heard me say a million times....."acting like that WILL NOT get you what you want" lol

Anyway...my patience was really thin @ this point...and I guess my daughters was too. She sits in the back of the minivan with him....she finally said in a quite exasperated voice; "You get what you get, and you don't throw a fit!!...and at this rate with the way your acting I would hate to see what you get!"

What do you do with that.....?? LOL I have no idea how she came up with that....but it took me from seeing red to laughing so hard!
