Also I realize my behavior was childish, I just get upset sometimes at the lack of love in the body of Christ, but I know it's up to the Lord to work ... so my apologies.

Why do you all do that? When I say homosexuality is a serious sin, that they are in bondage, lost and in need of Jesus I have a bunch of people jump me and say "well theres this sin and that sin and you sin and I sin" Whats your point?? When Jesus spoke to the woman in adultery He spoke to her about HER sin,HER need of a Savior! He told HER to sin no more. He didn't say "well Christians aren't perfect so you're good." He didn't say "well there is this sin and that sin and another sin so we can't compare sin". He didn't just give her a bear hug and say "hey I'm Jesus and I love ya,you're good to go." NO!
She knew she was in sin, some don't. She admitted her sin and Jesus clarified that she sinned. He forgave her sin and gave her water to never thirst again. Then he said "go and sin no more"

Um.... Who was saying all that?

Lady, I merely pointed out that God hates pride, (it is an abomination) , which in your Bible is not...

Quote " because pride is the worst sin going "

Not according to the Bible.

I think she meant that pride is NOT the greatest sin out there. No one sin is worse than another. Pride is no worse than murder. Of course pride is an abomination to God. God hates ALL sin. But to try and make one sin worse than another is pointless, because all sin is equal in God's eyes.

I didn't say pride was or wasn't an abomination. He said "pride was the worst sin going". I said pride was punished in the Bible but it did not give one the death penalty, like homosexuality did. So therefore its not "the worst sin going" now is it it,lady?

Maybe you need to read your Bible more. Coming to the passage you quoted with Jesus and the woman caught in adultery, Jesus saved her from a crowd wishing for her death.

He wasn’t condemning her to death or goading for her to be stoned, despite being sinless.

John 8:7

So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up[g] and said to them,“He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.”

Your macabre obsession with death penalty and statements espousing for death of homosexuals is really sad and scary sister. :(

John 3:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Scripture passage I was referring to ....

9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.
10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?
12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?
13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.
16 Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither.
17 The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband:
18 For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly.
19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.

And apparently you can't read, sister, as I said more then once we are in "the age of grace" and that happened in the OT. No one said homosexuals SHOULD be put to death,I said they WERE in the OT.

I have never, ever ever seen Kayla post a comment anywhere on this site, where she has advocated for the death penalty for gays. Nor have I ever seen her post a comment "espousing for the death of homosexuals"..

Well I don't know how well you understand the passage in John 8 but the accusers were the same ones that were engaging in the sin for which the woman was accused. Jesus was defending her from what we would call today a kangaroo court.

LGBT has been judge by God. The verdict is clear and unchangeable.

Romans 1:16 ¶ For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 ¶ Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

The last verse here is very telling. No shame and no guilt even in the presence of the word of God.

The adulterers and fornicators that accused the woman before Jesus were convicted about their sin when Jesus wrote them out on the ground before them. Not so with the LGBT.

For the cause of Christ

Helpful Tip:

When quoting the Bible and Scripture passages, please ACTUALLY USE scripture verses instead of using what you think Jesus said or did.

It's the Bible according to the Holy Spirit, not Bible according to Kaylagirl.

The woman at the well in Samaria was living with a man who was not a husband. While she could be condemned for adultery, she is usually not referred to as the woman caught in adultery.

Such finer technical mistakes would not happen had you actually taken the time to read the Bible and post verses accordingly.

Oh Alright.

“Age of Grace” as a dispensationalist term but again not a phrase that technically appears in the Bible.

Please refer to Helpful Tip above.

Have a good day :)

It don't matter whether the woman was married or not. She was living with a man who was not her husband. That means she WAS committing adultery. And Kayla DID use scripture, she even posted scripture.. And Kayla doesn't use scripture according to what she wants it to mean. She uses it for what it DOES mean. In Jesus' own words, he classified this woman as an adulterer when he acknowledged her sin of adultery, then pardoned it by forgiving it and saying "go and sin no more". As far as being in the age of grace, it's true. It is only by God's grace that ANY of us are here. It is only by His grace that we are saved and going to heaven one day.. Kayla is one of the most upstanding people I know on here, and I've never ever seen her twist scripture to fit her own agenda or to fit to her own idea of what she thinks scripture says. She goes by what JESUS says, not her own interpretation of what she thinks he's saying..

More commonly it's called premarital sex. And you don't need to be married to commit adultery, boyfriends and girlfriends cheat on (commit adultery) all the time.. and they're not married.

"But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." (Matt 5:28)
