I saw a nice documentary titled "The Power of Forgiveness" a few days ago. It's on Netflix instant, for those of you who have that. I wouldn't say it is a "Christian" movie, but the point of the movie is to show how necessary and powerful forgiveness is. So since it is one of the fruits of the spirit, and one of the things we Christians are called on to do, I think it counts.

I've watched Saving Sarah Cain, Jesus Camp, God Grew Tired of Us, and The Case for Faith this past week. I also watched The Case for Christ awhile back.

Saving Sarah Cain was OK. I liked Jesus Camp alot. God grew Tired of Us, isn't so much a christian movie as it is a documentary in which one of the stars shares his faith. The Case for Faith was Good, as was the case for Christ. I recomend both of them for athiests, or anyone trying to evangilize to one, or a christian having doubts about Jesus being the only way to God, or struggling with the question of why there is evil in the world.

I've also got Max's 3:16 short film, but havent watched it yet. I watched Crusade: The life of Billy Graham awhile back. It is a good movie, and if you watch it and then Lee's The Case for Faith, you'll see how the devil can destroy a man's faith (if it was even there). I'm not talking about Billy, but a man who knew him and evangelized with him when he was young yet helped start the neo-orthodox movement in Evangelicalism, who is featured in the movie about Billy, and also in Lee's movie. For further insight on that I'd look for the Gideon's book on inerancy, infallibility and inspiration of the Bible.

I also watched atleast most of Max's movie called Be Still awhile back. Also Bruce Wilkenson's DVD's he made for his books are good. I've watched the one on The Dream Giver, and A Life God Rewards, I recomend those.

I've been looking for three titles and havent found them: Pilgrim's Progress, God's Ambasador, and The Visitation.

God bless. -Tyler

Just got done watching The River Within. Good one. I watched The Walk and Second Chance awhile back. Didn't like those a bunch. I tried watching The Gospel, but i turned it off and quit watching it awhile back too. If you can't find many christian movies at your local rental or movie stores, I suggest making an account at Net Flix.

God bless. -Tyler

The Fisher King

It's not a "christian movie" by title. But I consider it to be a christian movie by principle.

I found those movies i was looking for at NetFlix. I watched Billy Graham: God's Ambassador last night. Great movie about a great man doing great things for a great God. I've also got Beyond the Gates of Splendor, one of two movies I've found about the true story that End of the Spear is based on. Right now I've got 25 movies in my queue at NetFlix, being sent two at a time. They have the movies we've talked about here plus lots of others I'm interested in. God bless you all. -Tyler
