I wonder sometimes how many of us actually check in with ourselves before we post. What attitude do we have in our heart driving to post. Are we just zealous and need to make sure "truth" is made clear. If so, the Pharisees were zealous "truth" spouters and Jesus has more issues with them than anyone else. Truth should not be a blunt object used to bash someone over the head. And guess what, YOU cannot make truth clear to anyone. You may speak it humbly but only the HS can reveal it. I've been judgemental with my desire to speak truth just as we all have. How many of us actually pay attention to what we write from a heart perspective rather than a logical perspective. There is NO truth without love. And if your spewing truth from a purely logical perspective leaving you heart outside somewhere, you are not speaking in love. You are judging.
People, what is the difference between arguing and debating. It seems a lot of people want to justify their sin of judgement by saying "oh it's just a friendly debate". First of all, when you are typing, there is rarely ever a friendly debate. Interpretation is more so Based on body posture, tone of voice, and facial expression none of which accompanying your post. In posting you have to take the utmost of care to be sensitive. Use your heart, not just your head. And learn when to stop. You see the Pharisees didnt know when to stop. They accused (yes that is what many posts look like) on regular days, high holy days, Sabbath, morning, night, in strangers homes, in the temple, in fields... They just wouldn't stop.
And btw, denominations are NOT created by Satan.
