I posted similar 2 pages back, although not as detailed. Its the metal way of getting together for show and tell, and sharing band members that you need a break from after that incident with the missing cupcakes.

Lyrics:

Will you send me a sign to show me that you're up there?
I want to believe
open my eyes, i want to know what I'm missing
I want to believe

Why should I trust in something I've never seen before?
in someone I've never met before?
why should i trust in you?
how do I even know that you're even there?

Will you send me a sign to show me that you're up there?
I want to believe
open my eyes, i want to know what I'm missing

I'm not the man I thought I would be
can you help me?
I'm so full of sin, the evil's inside me
will you help me?

They say there's nothing, and that I'm foolish to believe so
and that it's all inside my head
tell me this is what I've waited for

Will you send me a sign to show me that you're up there?
I want to believe
open my eyes because I want to feel your grace
and this time I'm sure, I know that you're listening

Cover your eyes, forget what you see.
Go West Young Man, Let The Evil Go East

************************************************** ***********

This song is such a great example of the inevitable desires to understand God. The entire earth will sing your praise one day, Lord!

OK, i'm just learning about this. Katy Perry was a backup singer for POD?
But i believe this may have been after i lost interest in them, so may be why i was unaware.

Interesting find. I didn't realise this either. Gotta give some slack to P.O.D though, this was Katy in the early days before she became famous according to information on the net.

Why do I need to give them slack when I never criticized to begin with? I just thought it was an interesting bit of trivia to share and was aware it was before she was popular.

Yes, that's Katy Perry. I believe you can see her for a brief moment in P.O.D's 'Youth of the Nation' music video. She should have done a better job of listening to the lyrics she was singing. I totally didn't know she did more than one song with them though. Good find!

Making things awkward Ugly lol. Post wasn't to you. Theres no "you" in it. A simple message carrying on from what you posted for anyone who was interested and may not have known. Basically like saying P.O.D is no less because of Katy Perry. Its also proof that Katy Perry has seen better days.

Quoting and responding means aimed at me. Otherwise why not just make a general statement about the band? Quoting is typically meant to say 'I'm responding to this persons post'. So really I made nothing awkward.

It doesn't mean that if I don't want it to. My post you see :p. I think its quite clear there's nothing in it mentioning you. Besides it was the easiest and quickest way at the time to reference the song. Moving on...

I was very privileged to see Saving Grace, War of Ages, Sleeping Giant + some other local bands at a gig last weekend. It was a great night. All the bands were straight up about their faith, which I respect heaps.

the message of an end of a prolific season in Christian extreme metal landed in my inbox a short while ago:

Armath Sargon – The End of the Ministry:
No, this is not the title of an upcoming album by my friend and unblack metal minister, Armath Sargon, from Finland. The man behind the band has been called by the Lord to refocus his days on other outreach and ministry needs for the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, it is a bittersweet situation to know that there will no longer be more new material from Armath Sargon. But wait… although he will not be making new music, he has four albums that have never been released, all recorded after his epic (and long since sold-out) opus “Under the Moon and the Sun” that we released on Nokernal Hemizphear. Though this news is sad in some ways, it is understood as well. In addition, Nokternal Hemizphear has been given the rights to produce the last Armath Sargon albums “Winter”, “Autumn”, “Damnation/Salvation”, and perhaps some other musical productions in the near future. We at Nokternal Hemizphear have been slowly working on the plans for releasing the above albums for the last year and will continue to do so.

Armath Sargon farewell note:

End of Armath Sargon Ministry (R.I.P.)

This is the official anouncement of ending my ministry and ends of my part of other bands that I am in as well. I will move forward to other tasks that God has put me to do.
Here is the word that I did get when I prayed how to say this:
Ecclesiastes 3 Amplified Bible (AMP)
3 To everything there is a season, and a time for every matter or purpose under heaven:
2 A time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to pluck up what is planted,
3 A time to kill and a time to heal, a time to break down and a time to build up,
4 A time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 A time to cast away stones and a time to gather stones together, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6 A time to get and a time to lose, a time to keep and a time to cast away,
7 A time to rend and a time to sew, a time to keep silence and a time to speak,
8 A time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.
9 What profit remains for the worker from his toil?
10 I have seen the painful labor and exertion and miserable business which God has given to the sons of men with which to exercise and busy themselves.
11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. He also has planted eternity in men’s hearts and minds [a divinely implanted sense of a purpose working through the ages which nothing under the sun but God alone can satisfy], yet so that men cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

So I think that this is enough from this about why I am moving onward.

There will still come some releases from Armath Sargon, Katumus, and Antivenom.
And maybe in the future there will be reissues and defenently dowloads from all Armath Sargon albums that I ever made.

I hope that the albums are blesings to you and I hope that God uses them in your life. I hope all blesings in your life and may Yeshua bless your ways through Ruach Kadosh!

In name of Adonai, Elohim, Lord of all!!!

The wind blows where it wants, and you hear the sound thereof,
but can not tell from where it comes, and where it goes:
so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Yeah, I'm sad to see him go. I got to talk to him briefly on Facebook. The guy was really into his faith, and his music and loved talking about God. He's a really cool person.

Good to see some new stuff from the Mortification front though.

I heard all but one or two members of Miseration were christians. I thought that was cool, I only heard a couple songs on Pandora a while back, but I really liked what I heard. I also heard rumors that the lead singer of Blind Guardian either was a christian, or a "speculative" christian. Apparently he made some quotes about believing in God. I was curious seeing some of their lyrics and that's what I found. I love Blind Guardian...
