Saying that a "particular agency" believes a source is "questionable" means... nothing.

That's not argument or evidence.... that's just labeling... like children do.

Also, this independent journalist has a long history of doing undercover work which has brought down a number of corrupt politicians and organizations. People can all go watch the videos for themselves.


Back On Point - Bias:
- My contention was never to prove or disprove some nebulous bogey man called "fake news"... my entire point was to counter your argument where you stated, "I don't agree that left or right do biased reporting."
- You stated there is no biased reporting in media, and I think that's incredibly naive, biblically unsound, historically inaccurate, experientially dissonant, and provably false.... not to mention that the existence of "bias in media" is an opinion held by the majority of people in all political camps.
- Also, when you pointed out that lies come from Trump, you essentially disproved your own thesis. We all know that virtually anything spoken by Trump will be championed by Fox, even lies... that alone proves bias in media based on your own assertion that Trump lies.

As for Freeland her book is not based on her "economic theories" but on her research years as a journalist for various outlets. Although she does give her "slant" the book references her sources for her research so they can be fact checked.

As for Freeland, or Climate Barbie, as we love to call her, she is right in bed with Justin and his globalist agenda. The review sounds apt, having seen her in action.

There will be no Canada by design, if Justine and all his globalist friends have their way.

In 2015, my FB was filled with all this slanderous stuff about Harper. All posted by my leftist high school friends. I would have checked every source, if I had know what was transpiring. I don't like conspiracy theories at all. But this was obvious propaganda. After the election, it came out 2 American leftist organizations, Lead Now and Tides, funded by the likes of George Soris, conducted this campaign of lies.

We went from an articulate prime minister with a Master's degree in economics in Harper, who literally steered us through the recession, to a brain dead light weight, who can't even speak well, and who has put us $60 billion in debt in 3 years, flooded our country with immigrants who were jumping queues, and cares nothing for vets, seniors or Canadian values, and his claim to fame is legalizing pot!! Can you say Roman bread and circuses??

CNN should according to you provide some pretty easy pickings of biased news.

Harper might be educated - but he was a crap prime minister. Good riddance.

As for caring for the Vets etc, the Conservative never spent all that was set aside for them:

Interestingly, Harper talks about his reasons for that exact bailout in this interview with Ben Shapiro last week. It might enlighten you to watch this show. He does explain the bailout and watching it is such a joy! Harper is so articulate, educated and has a deep understanding of economics, politics, trade, foreign policy.

To think Canadians elected the class clown, who said he didn't need to balance the budgets, because "budgets balance themselves," and the "modest" deficit has blossomed as he continues to give borrowed money away to every globalist cause.

I found it admirable when Harper left his party

it was like he said 'well ok. if this is what you want...:rolleyes:'. I did vote for him but was not surprised when party boy won.

and unbelievably he campaigned on a 'I will put the country deeply into the red' platform

people are so fickle and easily led astray. I was kind of well who knows about him until I watched a 'special' on CBC about him and his family. it was a no brainer after that :(

As for college campuses only greeting leftist speakers, well of course that's going to happen. Campuses have become the breeding ground of leftism. Just like corporate shareholder boards create extremist rightism. My question is, whatever happened to the middle? It doesn't even exist anymore.

I agree.
