and as far as people in the military supporting this mental midget.....not surprising as there were people in the military who also thought Obama was a good idea. This is no gauge of legitimacy or mental/emotional stability.

interestingly, I know veterans who supported Kaepernick
Show us one.

And for every one who you paid or who was lying, I have 100000 that would slap your paid liars upside the head.

And on the deeper level, 99.9% of veterans would say." I won't kill the freak, because my brother died for the freaks liberty."

One of my friends to be specific. He served in Afghanistan. We were discussing this on Facebook and his exact words were.... if you think people should be forced to stand for the anthem then you have no idea what we were fighting for and you don't understand what Freedom really is

Did you see that Mika break down yesterday almost in tears about Trump? These people in their gilded cages are corrupt to their core.
These pitiful spineless crybabies really do make me sick with their pathetic whimpering.

Do you have any friends who disagree with this opinion?

Man you really are messed up. And so is your friend if your not making the story up.

It's called respect. And He is fighting for the freedom that we are not MADE to stand.

And if one doesn't stand to respect, then you had better have a backbone.

So, your friend fought/death on the line for your freedom to not stand for our nation.............do you sit? And Colin is fine in your mind for spitting in your friends face?

Football players have freedom in the U.S. to act however they please.

And fans have freedom in the U.S. to stop buying tickets to their games.

It all works out just fine.

I stand for the anthem but if other people choose not to then that is their personal choice. I think some have religious objections because they feel like it's idolatry

Great...just great. We need more people in powerful positions to raise the bar on hating America. I would suspect your "friend" is in the minority and either currently eats his lunch all by himself or soon will be.

And this is NOT about being forced to stand. If we keep your mentality in this nation............we will be FORCED to stand.

It is about, Colin disrespecting YOUR friend by refusing the fact that he put his LIFE on the line for Colin to have the freedom to shit in the face of your friend.

My brother and my Nephew are fighting for your pathetic and narrow view of life.

But you have no issues gaslighting those who have the opinion that the NFL should not have enforced this behavior from one of it's key employees? We should be tolerant of this behavior against our deep seated belief? Just trying to understand.

then I would suggest you take your complaints to NFL officials because currently there is no rule that requires players to stand for the anthem

There may not be a rule but it looks like the ones who refuse make themselves out to be unemployed pariahs! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Your trooper friend might find himself in the same boat if he doesn't respect the flag and constitution he has apparently hook or by crook sworn to protect! Lol

And yet, they have a week in their schedule dedicated to honoring Veterans...ironic to some.

Ya man....article 54 section 127. I think it was added sometime around when the 57th state joined the union.

No. We can be bastards if we want. Thousands upon thousands died for us for that right.

My buddy who served in Afghanistan actually had a valid point. Hypothetically if we forced people to stand for the anthem then what exactly were they fighting for?
